系统介绍了多营养层次生态养殖模式在淡水养殖及海水养殖中的应用与发展,对比了国内外有关该养殖模式发展方向的异同,简述了该养殖模式通过提高物质和空间利用率、改善养殖环境的原理以及在我国推广应用情况,并汇总了我国沿海省份近年来开展该养殖模式选用的品种搭配及产量产值。指出了多营养层次生态养殖模式还存在的问题,对今后发展提出了建议。  相似文献

王正非林火蔓延模型是目前国内比较先进的森林火灾蔓延模型,但是由于林火行为的复杂性,此模型在准确率和普适性方面仍存在许多不足。本文结合已有的成果进一步改进王正非模型,增加了可燃物湿度对林火蔓延速度的影响,改进了林火初始速度的计算方式。针对各种坡度对林火蔓延行为的影响给出了一个计算公式。与改进前相比,改进后的模型使其对林火蔓延情况的预估更为精准。  相似文献

The analysis of spontaneous environmental initiatives undertaken by individuals and communities in cases of conflicts has led to a growing research field in social science, according to which the community-based stewardship of nature seems to conduce to the resilience of co-evolved social-ecological systems. In Colombia, where no such research exists so far, the conflict which officially ended in November 2016 has led to massive internal migration due to forced displacement, as well as to widespread degradation of the environment. Based on evidence provided by case studies of top-down and bottom-up living memorials and urban agriculture initiatives, the article explores the potential of urban greening in the process of memorialisation and in generating new social cohesion, as well as better living conditions in urban areas. It analyses cases both where the conflict has taken place and in the cities where refugees have settled, in order to explore avenues for public policies in post conflict Colombia. The author concludes that greening initiatives offer manifold, so far overlooked, opportunities to restoring social and ecological resilience in urban areas and thus contribute to a lasting peace in Colombia.  相似文献

本文采用酶法预处理结合超声波辅助提取的方式,最大程度地提高了花生壳总黄酮的得率,并优化大孔树脂纯化工艺,提高了有效成分的纯度。花生壳黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:花生壳粉与水混合,半纤维素酶与木聚糖酶按1:1(m/m)复配,用量0.25‰,50℃酶解30 min后,按料液比1:20(m/V)加入乙醇至终浓度60%,于功率1000 W,55℃超声波辅助提取60 min,花生壳总黄酮的得率约为2.5%。选用D101型大孔树脂,上样缓冲液为pH 5.0的60%乙醇溶液,洗脱液为pH 10.0的70% 乙醇溶液,上样与洗脱流速为0.75 BV/h和1.5 BV/h。纯化后的花生壳总黄酮和木犀草素的纯度分别为10.54%和5.85%,提高了90%和120%。  相似文献

为了研究不同小麦品种萌发期的耐盐性,为小麦萌发期耐盐性鉴定提供快速、准确的鉴定方法和理论依据。本研究以40个冬小麦品种为试验材料,通过主成分分析法(PCA)与神经网络自组织映射(SOM)聚类分析法,研究盐胁迫对40个小麦品种萌发期各项形态指标的影响。主成分分析法结果表明,发芽势、发芽率、最长根长、第一片叶长及胚芽鞘长在PCA下载荷量最大;根据SOM聚类分析结果,‘德抗961’等4个小麦品种属于高度耐盐品种,‘济麦22’等14个小麦品种属于耐盐性品种,‘济麦20’等16个品种属于中等耐盐性品种,‘鲁麦21’等6个小麦品种属于盐敏感性品种。发芽势、发芽率、最长根长、第一片叶长、胚芽鞘长能够作为萌发期小麦耐盐性筛选的主要评价指标,并且结合主成分、SOM聚类分析方法进行小麦萌发期耐盐性鉴定更为科学、方便。  相似文献

Goatpox (GTP), sheeppox (SPP) and lumpy skin disease (LSD) are three severe diseases of goat, sheep and cattle. Their typical clinical symptoms are characterized by vesicles, papules, nodules, pustules and scabs on animal skins. The GTP, SPP and LSD are caused by goatpox virus (GTPV), sheeppox virus (SPPV) and lumpy skin disease virus (LSDV), respectively, all of which belong to the genus Capripoxvirus in the family Poxviridae. Several capripoxvirus (CaPV) isolates have been virulently attenuated through serial passaging in vitro for production of live vaccines. CaPV-based vector systems have been broadly used to construct recombinant vaccines for delivering foreign antigens, many of which have been demonstrated to induce effective immune protections. Homologous recombination is the most commonly used method for constructing recombinant CaPVs. Here, we described a methodology for generation of recombinant CaPVs by the homologous recombination, and further reviewed CaPV-vectored vaccines for delivering foreign antigens.  相似文献

This study aimed to establish a shrimp eyeball-weight relationship model for Litopenaeus vannamei using machine vision technology. A total of 295 shrimp were sampled from a recirculating aquaculture system (RAS). The long-axis length (d), body length (L), and body weight (W) of each individual was measured. The long axis length of the shrimp eyeball was identified and measured using machine vision technology. Continuous fitting and piecewise fitting models were used to construct the eyeball-weight relationship model for L. vannamei. The continuous fitting relationship model was described as: W = 38.865d2.7914, while the piecewise model was described as: d < 2 mm, W = 0.0326d3.7363, R² = 0.9288; 2 mm ≤ d < 3.9 mm, W = 0.0401d3.104, R² = 0.9629; 3.9 mm ≤ d < 5.8 mm, W = 0.0421d3.0311, R² = 0.9216; 5.8 mm < d, W = 0.103d2.6226, R² = 0.9457. The root mean square error (RMSE) of the piecewise fitting model (0.0244, 0.1575, 0.5034, 0.7072) was smaller than the continuous fitting model (0.8229). The correlation coefficient (R2) of the piecewise model (0.9288, 0.9629, 0.9216, and 0.9457) was similar to that of the continuous fitting model (R2 = 0.9621). The results indicated that the piecewise fitting model is suitable for calculating the biomass of L. vannamei in RAS and provides a novel way of estimating the biomass of L. vannamei cultured in RAS. The piecewise fitting model can also provide the foundation of evaluating the production of shrimp using underwater image recognition in intelligent aquaculture systems.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate DNA ploidy and the expression of TIMP-2 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma in order to understand its molecular basis and probable mechanism of invasion and metastasis. METHODS:Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression for TIMP-2 and E-cadherin in 99 cases of gastric carcinoma, 16 cases of adjacent noncancerous mucosa, 16 cases of distant metastases and 25 cases of metastatic lymph nodes. Flow cytometry DNA ploidy and S-phase fraction (SPF) analysis was performed on 47 cases of gastric cancer, 6 cases of adjacent noncancerous mucosa and 4 cases of distant metastasis cancer with the use of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded specimens. RESULTS:The expression of TIMP-2 was significantly correlated with Borrmann’s classification, LN metastasis and the depth of invasion. The expression of E-cadherin was significantly correlated with tumor cell differentiation, Lauren’s classification, Borrmann’s classification, LN metastasis and the depth of invasion. There was a positive relationship between DNA aneuploid rate and differentiation and LN metastasis. There was a positive relationship between SPF that is higher than 15% and tumor size, differentiation and LN metastasis. And there was a significantly difference between carcinoma and noncarcinoma when the expression of E-cadherin, DNA aneuploid rate and SPF were analyzed. There was no correlation between TIMP-2 and E-cadherin. There was a positive relationship between DNA ploidy or SPF and the expression of E-cadherin. CONCLUSION:As the development of tumor progression and heterogeneity, the abnormal expression of TIMP-2 or E-cadherin or the rate of DNA aneupoid or higher SPF gradually correspondingly increases, suggesting that they play a crucial role in gastric carcinoma progression. Furthermore, each factor influences one another and further accelerates the process of tumor progression.  相似文献
