巴马小型猪糖尿病前期血脂和血液流变学变化分析

为研究巴马小型猪糖尿病前期对血脂和血液流变学的影响,对正常巴马小型猪和糖尿病前期小型猪的血脂和血流变学指标进行了检测,并进行糖耐量实验。结果表明,血脂四项检测中血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇糖尿病前期组均高于正常对照组（P<0.05）。血液流变学指标检测中活化部分凝血酶原时间出现延长（P<0.05）。其他检测指标无明显差异。实验显示,巴马小型猪糖尿病前期已出现血脂紊乱和部分血流变学指标的改变。因此糖尿病前期患者在控制血糖的同时,应控制血脂,降低血黏度,以预防或减少糖尿病的发生。     

An evaluation of total body electrical conductivity to estimate body composition of largemouth bass,Micropterus salmoides

Measurement of total body electrical conductivity (TOBEC) recently has been used to estimate the body composition of several fish species in a noninvasive manner. The present study was conducted to evaluate the use of TOBEC in estimating body composition of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). A total of 85 largemouth bass weighing 154 to 3 245 g were measured for electrical conductivity after which their proximate composition was determined by chemical means. Significant linear relationships existed between the natural logarithm of whole-body ash, lean body mass, lipid, protein, and water content and the natural logarithm of length and/or weight with r² values ranging from 0.860 to 0.999. Inclusion of the TOBEC value did not significantly improve the prediction accuracy of these models. Equations were developed to allow the prediction of body composition of largemouth bass based on length and weight measurements. Prediction models including only length and weight as variables provided estimates of body components of an independent set of fish that were not significantly different from chemically derived measurements of these components. These models should allow the rapid, nondestructive estimation of body composition of largemouth bass varying in size and condition without the added cost and processing time associated with measurement of TOBEC, although large prediction errors might prevent the detection of ecologically significant differences in body composition. However, with additional data involving narrower fish-size ranges and constant temperatures for the development of prediction equations, TOBEC may improve the prediction accuracy of body composition estimates for largemouth bass.

Effect of extract of Oratosquilla oratoria on telomerase activity in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line

AIM: To study the inhibitory effect and its mechanisms of the extract of Oratosquilla oratoria (EOS) on the activity of telomerase in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z. METHODS: MTT assay was used to determine the effect of different doses of EOS on the proliferation of CNE-2Z cells. The activity of telomerase was analyzed by TRAP-ELISA. The mRNA expression of hTERT was determined by RT-PCR, and the protein expression of c-Myc was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: EOS inhibited the proliferation of CNE-2Z cells in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.01). Telomerase activity was decreased, the mRNA expression of hTERT and c-Myc in CNE-2Z cells was also decreased (P<0.01) by the treatment of EOS. The correlation between the down-regulatory expression of hTERT mRNA and inhibitory expression of c-Myc protein (P<0.05) under the condition of EOS exposure was observed. CONCLUSION: EOS inhibits the proliferation of CNE-2Z cells by reducing the activity of telomerase, which is related with the inhibitory expression of hTERT mRNA caused by the decrease in c-Myc production.     

竹编和草编制品染色牢度测试方法的缺陷与改进

竹编和草编制品因其自然、环保、耐用和易护理等特性,深受消费者的喜爱。然而,目前市场上竹编和草编制品质量参差不齐,对此类产品的质量检测标准也存在缺陷,难以保证产品质量,会造成损害消费者的利益。文章分析了竹编和草编制品的现有标准GB/T 23314-2008《竹编制品》和QB/T 2934-2008《草编制品》在测试、评价“染色牢度”指标中存在的缺陷,提出了改进、优化测试和评价方法的建议,旨在为竹编、草编制品标准的更新提供技术支持。     

GOD法测定鸡蛋、鸭蛋及鹌鹑蛋中葡萄糖含量

为测定鸡蛋、鸭蛋、鹌鹑蛋3种蛋中的葡萄糖含量,将试验分为鸡蛋组、鸭蛋组和鹌鹑蛋组,分别分离蛋清和蛋黄,用葡萄糖氧化酶法对3种蛋中葡萄糖进行定量测定,结果表明,鸡蛋组蛋清葡萄糖含量为(3.77±0.14)mg/g、蛋黄葡萄糖含量为(1.95±0.09)mg/g、总蛋葡萄糖含量为(3.11±0.12)mg/g;鸭蛋组蛋清葡萄糖含量为(3.59±0.32)mg/g、蛋黄葡萄糖含量为(2.14±0.25)mg/g、总蛋葡萄糖含量为(2.88±0.27)mg/g;鹌鹑蛋组蛋清葡萄糖含量为(3.65±0.37)mg/g、蛋黄葡萄糖含量为(2.77±0.20)mg/g、总蛋葡萄糖含量为(3.19±0.16)mg/g;3种禽蛋的蛋清葡萄糖含量均高于蛋黄(P<0.05)。3种禽蛋的蛋清葡萄糖含量均要高于蛋黄。因此,在人们日常膳食中,多摄入蛋清不仅能给机体提供优质蛋白,还能提供优质糖源,这在人们日常营养膳食方面具有重要的指导意义。     

鸡蛋、鸭蛋、鹌鹑蛋中胆固醇含量的比较

目的:比较鸡蛋、鸭蛋和鹌鹑蛋3种禽蛋中的胆固醇含量;方法:实验分为鸡蛋组、鸭蛋组和鹌鹑蛋组,用酶法对3种禽蛋中蛋清、蛋黄和去壳全蛋的胆固醇进行定量测定;结果:3种禽蛋中蛋清、蛋黄、去壳总蛋的胆固醇含量依次为:鸡蛋中:(0.29±0.01)、(11.86±0.80)、(7.55±0.83)mg/g,鸭蛋中:(0.30±0.02)、(13.15±2.21)、(6.08±1.06)mg/g,鹌鹑蛋中:(0.28±0.01)、(11.79±1.46)、(6.18±0.52)mg/g。3种禽蛋蛋黄中胆固醇含量均高于蛋清(P<0.000 1),3种禽蛋中去壳总蛋组间比较,鸡蛋组中胆固醇含量高于其它两组(P<0.01)。结论:3种禽蛋中蛋黄胆固醇含量均大于蛋清,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量高于鸭蛋和鹌鹑蛋。     

微核试验检测5-氟尿嘧啶对小鼠外周血及骨髓细胞的影响

目的探讨抗肿瘤药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)对小鼠外周血及骨髓细胞的影响。方法 80只小鼠随机分为8组,其中4组用于小鼠外周血细胞实验,另4组用于骨髓细胞微核实验;分别为对照组、1/30给药组、1/10给药组和1/3给药组,对照组注射生理盐水0.5mL,其余各组2次腹腔注射不同剂量5-Fu,微核试验观察小鼠外周血和骨髓细胞中微核形成。结果第1次给药后,各组外周血和骨髓细胞中微核率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。第2次给药较第1次给药的微核率明显升高,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5-Fu能引起小鼠外周血及骨髓细胞染色体损伤。     

医学生职业成熟度的发展特点分析

目的了解医学生职业成熟度的发展特点及影响因素。方法采用职业成熟度问卷对225名医学生进行调查。结果医学生总体职业成熟度和职业成熟度各因子的成熟水平均属中等,其中以职业世界知识得分最低。医学生职业成熟度总分在年级上存在显著差异,大三和大四年级显著高于大一和大二,大三是医学生职业成熟度急剧提高的关键时期;性别、专业、学业成绩等因素对医学生职业成熟度无显著影响。结论医学生职业成熟度水平有待提高。     

人B7-H4慢病毒表达载体的构建

目的构建人B7-H4慢病毒表达载体。方法将RT-PCR扩增的B7-H4基因全长编码序列克隆到慢病毒转移载体,通过脂质体转染293细胞,包装成人B7-H4慢病毒颗粒。RT-PCR、流式细胞术和Western blot鉴定B7-H4在重组慢病毒感染293细胞中表达,50%组织培养感染剂量法（TCID50法）检测重组慢病毒滴度。结果成功构建了pMD18-T-hB7-H4质粒和pEZ-Lv105-hB7-H4质粒。基因测序分析证实人B7-H4编码序列成功整合到质粒载体。TCID50法测定Lenti-hB7-9H4慢病毒滴度为1.7×10^9 copies/mL。RT-PCR、流式细胞术和Western blot证实Lenti-hB7-H4慢病毒转染细胞后可有效表达人B7-H4 mRNA和蛋白质。结论成功构建了表达人B7-H4的慢病毒颗粒。
