猪用加味玉屏风缓释微丸水提醇沉工艺研究

目的:考察猪用加味玉屏风缓释微丸的水提醇沉工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷的含量及干膏得率作为评价指标,选用L9(34)进行正交试验。结果:猪用加味玉屏风缓释微丸最佳水提取工艺为药材分别加12倍量水,提取2次,提取时间分别为0.5 h;最佳醇沉工艺为浓缩药液相对密度1.15,加醇浓度70%,静置时间为12 h。结论:优选出的水提醇沉工艺科学、合理。     

奶牛TNMD基因的克隆与原核表达

从奶牛组织中克隆Tenomodulin(TNMD)基因的cDNA序列,采用双酶切后连接表达载体pGEX-4T-1,转入大肠杆菌BL21中进行诱导表达。结果表明,TNMD基因的序列全长为957 bp,通过双酶切构建的表达载体pGEX-TNMD在BL21大肠杆菌中成功表达了分子量为59.68 kDa的融合蛋白。     

Biological functions and clinical significance of secretogranin III

AIM: Secretogranin III (SCG3/Sg III) is extensively distributed in endocrine or endocrine-like cells in human body and plays an important role in some biological functions by regulating peptide hormone secretion and neuroendocrine activity.The distribution and functions of SCG3 make itself as not only one of the most useful biological markers in association with neuroendocrine functions, but also a potential indicator of diagnostic and prognostic evaluation in certain diseases.The gene and protein structures, tissue expression, biological functions as well as pathophysiology and clinical significance of SCG3 are reviewed in this article.     

药用植物腊叶塑封标本制作技术

提出了药用植物腊叶塑封标本制作中采集——压制——装订上台纸——塑封等各环节的方法,尤其针对标本制作中存在的变色、叶片脱落等问题提出了用5%酒精溶液浸泡、0.3%沸盐水浸泡、烘干箱烘干、硅胶干燥、醋酸铜溶液保色等解决方案。     

白菜型春油菜新品种陇油18号选育报告

白菜型春油菜新品种陇油18号是甘肃省农业科学院作物研究所油菜课题组以门源油菜为母本、E144为父本杂交选育而成的极早熟白菜型春油菜常规种。2014—2015年参加甘肃省极早熟组春油菜区域试验,陇油18号2 a 10点次平均折合产量为2 130.15 kg/hm2,较对照品种甘南4号增产16.40%,增产油籽300.15 kg/hm2。陇油18号生育期108 d,平均株高126 cm,一次有效分枝数3～6个,单株果数268个,角粒数20.85粒,千粒重2.98 g。籽粒含油量(粗脂肪)38.89%,芥酸含量0.98%,硫苷含量22.41μmol/g,品质达到国家"双低"标准。适宜在甘肃张掖、武威、甘南、定西等海拔2 400 m以上春油菜种植区种植。     

Effect Comparison of Adenovirus Vector Transfer into Different Buffalo Cells

Buffalo mammary epithelial cell,cumulus cell and fibroblasts were transfected by adenovirus vectors and compared their transfection efficiency.293 cells were transfected with pBHGloxdelE13cre and pDC316-eGFP by liposome,the virus was collected and titer was detected.Buffalo mammary epithelial cell,cumulus cell and fibroblasts were exposed to different multiplicity of infection (MOI) of adenovirus vectors.After 72 h,the cells were observed with inverted fluorescence microscope,and transfection efficiency was calculated.When the MOI was 25,50,100,200 and 400,the transfection efficiency of fibroblasts were 0.7%,7.0%,9.0%,12.5% and 34.0%,the transfection efficiency of cumulus cells were 42.5%,55.3%,57.4%,76.0% and 80.0%,the transfection efficiency of mammary epithelial cells were 88.7%,100%,100%,100% and 100%.The results showed that the transfection efficiency of mammary epithelial cell was the best,followed by cumulus cell,and fibroblast was poor.     

芒果采后炭疽菌Colletotrichum asianum鉴定及生物学特性研究

采用组织块分离法从采后发病芒果果肉中分离病原菌,通过形态学观察、r DNA-ITS序列和系统发育树分析对其进行鉴定,并初步研究其生物学特性。结果表明:从发病芒果中分离到的病菌T0408鉴定为Colletotrichum asianum Prihastuti,L.CaiK.D.Hyde。该菌菌丝生长的适宜温度为20~30℃、适宜pH值为5~8;环境湿度在75%~98%范围内,湿度越大,菌丝生长速度越快,在3 000 lx日光灯的光照强度下连续光照有利于菌丝的生长和产孢;孢子萌发的适宜温度为25~30℃、适宜pH值为6~8,环境湿度为75%~98%,湿度越大、在3 000 lx日光灯的光照强度下连续光照有利于孢子的萌发。     

风险厌恶下的供应链收益共享契约协调模型研究

收益共享契约是实现供应链系统绩效改善或完美协调的一种机制.考虑了零售商与供应商分别具有风险厌恶决策偏好情况下，在随机市场需求下建立了由单供应商和单零售商组成的二级供应链的收益共享契约模型，并对模型进行了分析，揭示了供应商和零售商的风险厌恶决策偏好对收益共享契约参数的影响.研究结果表明：当销售商（供应商）的风险厌恶控制在一定程度内时，通过调整收益共享契约参数，可以保证供应链的协调.
