板栗优良新品种‘黄棚’

 ‘黄棚’是20世纪90年代初从海拔300 m以上的山地栗园选出的实生变异优株。经多年高接鉴定和丰产栽培试验表明, 该品种早实, 丰产, 抗旱, 耐瘠薄, 品质优良, 为中早熟、适应范围广的炒食型板栗新品种。     

Study on integrin-mediated albumin microbubbles adherence to activated leukocytes

AIM:To investigate the mechanism responsible for albumin microbubbles adherence to activated leukocytes. METHODS: In vitro studies were performed in which activated or nonactivated leukocytes were incubated with albumin microbubbles and observed under microscopy. The suspensions of leukocytes and microbubbles which contained or absented of integrins were analyzed with flow cytometry.RESULTS: A minimum of 50cells were identified under transillumination. 5 min after microbubbles were incubated with leukocytes, the number of cells interacting with microbubbles was greater for activated cells than for nonactivated cells(20.30±2.67 vs 4.50±1.43, P <0.01).Microbubbles attached to the surface of activated leukocytes were phagocytosed and remained intact for up to 30min. Microbubble attachment was inhibited notably by blocking the leukocyte β₂-integrin Mac-1(P <0.01) and by VLA-4mAb slightly(P <0.05) CONCLUSION: The mechanism of albumin microbubbles attaching to and phagocytosed by leukocytes was due to β₂-integrin and VLA-4 mediation. Phagocytosed microbubbles can remain at the regions of inflammation for15 min, also responsible to ultrasound.     

阿魏蘑与杏鲍菇高产优质栽培模式研究

试验证明，阿魏蘑和杏鲍菇最佳栽培模式为菌棒半脱袋竖向畦栽半覆土栽培模式；最适环境条件为菇房温度13～20℃，空气相对湿度85％～95％；最佳栽培设施为半地下冬暖式塑料大棚。     

三尖杉枝叶粉末防治花生根结线虫病

采用盆栽及大田小区试验,研究了三尖杉Cephalotaxus fortunei枝叶干粉末对花生根结线虫病的防治效果.盆栽试验结果表明,每盆(2kg土)施用三尖杉枝叶干粉末10、15及20 g三种处理,与对照组相比,初侵染相应推迟4、6、10天,并能减少侵染量,降低根结增长率,显著减轻花生根结线虫病病情.大田小区试验结果与盆栽试验结果相似,每小区(5m2)沟施三尖杉枝叶干粉末120、80、50 g,处理后34及53天的2次平均防治效果分别为89%、82%及50%,施药对照10%益舒宝颗粒剂25g处理(相当于45kg/hm2)为74%.综合使用剂量及花生生长情况,建议沟施150kg/hm2三尖杉枝叶干粉为宜.     

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in chronic inflammatory mucosa of lacrimal sac

AIM: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in inflammatory mucosa of lacrimal sac. METHODS: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expression of VEGF in the mocusa from 12 patients with chronic dacryocystitis and 8 volunteers. RESULTS: The positive rates of VEGF expression in different parts of the mocusa were: basal lamina: 44.3%±7.6％; surface epithelium: 16.9%±4.6％; connective tissue: 15.2%±4.9％, all normal mocusa of 8 cases were negative. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01), a significant difference among each part of the chronic inflammatory mocusa of lacrimal sac. CONCLUSION: VEGF may play an important role in hyperplasia of inflammatory mucosa of lacrimal sac.     

Effect of indomethacin on tumor invasion in human laryngeal cancer Hep-2 cells

AIM: To assess the effect of indomethacin on tumor invasion in a human laryngeal cancer Hep-2 cell line in vitro. METHODS: Hep-2 cells were exposed to indomethacin at different concentrations for 48 h. Then cell growth rate, the colony formation in soft agar medium and cell mobility were examined, and monolayer invasion assay was performed to assess cell invasion index. RESULTS: Preteatment with indomethacin inhibited the colony formation of Hep-2 cells and the cell mobility, and decreased the invasion index. CONCLUSION: Indomethacin can inhibit the invasion of Hep-2 cells.     

Effects of fosinopril,captopril and valsartan on the expressionof tissue factor in human monocytes

AIM: To investigate the effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), fosinopril, captopril and angiotensin II AT₁ antagonists, valsartan on tissue factor (TF) expression on monocytes induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). METHODS: Mononuclear leukocytes from normal delivered female umbilical veins were incubated with bacterial LPS in presence or absence of different ACE inhibitors .At the end of incubation, the cells were disrupted by 3 freeze-thaw cycles. TF procoagulant activity was assessed by a one-stage clotting assay. RT-PCR was used to check TF mRNA expression, and GAPDH mRNA was used for parallel assay. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: The results showed that increased expression of TF mRNA induced by LPS was inhibited by fosinopril, captopril and valsartan, respectively, and the procoagualant activity of monocytes was also reduced.     

水牛附睾尾精子的体外受精

采用肝素诱导获能 ,比较了 TAL P液和 BO液处理水牛附睾尾精子进行体外受精和细管冷冻精液体外受精的效果。结果表明 ,用 BO液和 TAL P液分别处理水牛附睾尾精子 ,受精后的卵裂率分别为 4 6 .6 7%和 5 3.73% ,发育率分别为 2 1.6 7%和 2 6 .87% ,其受精效果差异不显著。综合 2种方法 ,水牛附睾尾精子的受精率为 5 7.14 % ,受精后的卵裂率为 5 0 .39% ;发育率相对于培养卵为 2 4 .4 1% ,相对于卵裂卵为 4 8.4 4 % ;与细管冷冻精液 (5 6 .0 0 % ,5 4 .31% ,2 6 .72 % ,4 9.2 1% )相比 ,差异不显著。形态学观察还表明 ,用保温干储的方法可获得活率好、存活时间长的附睾尾精子。试验结果说明水牛附睾尾精子用于体外受精可以得到与细管冷冻精液相当的效果。     

几种脲酶抑制剂对大豆脲酶和绵羊瘤胃微生物脲酶的抑制作用

本文研究了脲酶抑制剂乙酰氧肟酸 (AHA)、邻苯二酚、氢醌 (HQ)和硼砂对大豆脲酶和绵羊瘤胃微生物脲酶的抑制作用。结果表明 ,在浓度为 0 .0 0 0 1,0 .0 0 1,0 .0 1和 0 .1mmol/L时 ,4种脲酶抑制剂对大豆脲酶的抑制率分别为 :AHA为 6 % ,6 .2 % ,9.6 6 %和 2 9.79% ;HQ为 8.4 % ,13.0 3% ,19.79%和 4 4 .75 % ;邻苯二酚为 2 0 .34% ,19.12 % ,83.16 %和 93.78% ;而硼砂为 16 .5 5 % ,17.18% ,18.95 %和 35 .5 0 %。在相同浓度下 ,4种脲酶抑制剂对绵羊瘤胃微生物脲酶的抑制率分别为 :AHA为 9.5 8% ,14 .0 4 % ,4 1.30 %和 72 .73% ;HQ为 12 .2 1% ,39.99% ,6 4 .6 2 %和 78.87% ;邻苯二酚为 6 .0 7% ,9.36 % ,31.2 9%和 5 0 .4 4 % ;而硼砂分别为 4 .97% ,8.6 3% ,2 1.78%和 32 .0 2 %。     

陕北黄土丘陵区撂荒演替研究一撂荒演替序列

用系统聚类法划分陕北黄土丘陵区撂荒地的次生演替阶段，可以定量的认识不同年限、立地条件下撂荒地群落的相似性，结合DCA数量排序确定撂荒地的演替阶段或序列。其撂荒演替的各阶段分别为：一年生杂类草猪毛蒿（Artemisia scoparia）＋其它杂类草群丛→一年生杂类草猪毛蒿群丛→一年生杂类草猪毛蒿＋多年生草种或小灌木的共优群丛一根茎禾草冰草（Agropyroncristatum）群丛→多年生草本或丛生禾草＋一年生杂类草群丛→多年生草本群丛→小灌木达乌里胡枝子（Lespedeza davurica）群丛→多年生草本＋小灌木或密丛型禾草群丛→短根茎密丛型禾草白羊草（Bothriochloa ischaemum）群丛。
