With the progress of science and technology, the astronautics has obtained great development and researched in many countries, the problem on rocket safety control is important during the rocket launching proceeding, and is also the focus of every space country. At first, the importance of rocket safety control is introduced and the characteristics of the existing system for the safety of rockets are analyzed. After indicating its disadvantages, the design idea, system framework and method for realization of the knowledge-based intelligent decision-making system are proposed to improve certainty and authenticity of safety decision, containing correspond knowledge and adopting the technology of intelligent decision and reasoning on AI.     

Design Process Simulation Based On Information Dependency

A modeling method based on DSM is introduced. In circumstance of iterative task, the ways concerning about the input of data,the generation of stochastic variables and the set of the simulation clock are dipicted. While considering the learning curve of activities, the way is studied express the movable process of a single project and then list the corresponding Monte Carlo simulative block diagram .The program based of EXCEL VBA is also written. The result of a given simulative example shows that the method can simulate complex design activities and plan the project in terms of scientific basis.

Accomplishment of Elastic-plastic Analysis in Geotechnical FEA

In order to realize elastic-plastic analysis in geotechnical FEA, in this paper, firstly, the method how to realize elastic-plastic analysis in Super-Sap is discussed. Then, this paper stresses to introduce the principle and the steps used to achieve the accomplishment of elastic-plastic analysis in Super-Sap. Finally, an engineering practice is given to prove that the geotechnical FEA elastic-plastic analysis and visualized post-processing can come true by it rapidly.     

A STUDY ON HEAT AND MOISTURE STATE OF HULL LAYER FOR THERMAL INSTULATION OF A COLD STORAGE

This paper analyses the thermal moist characteristics of the hull layer beside an air layer at lower temperature in an envelope for a cold storage and presents a new method of waterproof by air layer. With test data from engineering practice, the theory on the barrier of self moisture proof at the surface sublayer of the hull layer in an attic on a cold storage is proven. The dried zone about three phase point is confirmed. It is a new knowledge for thermophysics on thermal design of a cold storage with an optimum thermal performance.     

农田土壤含水率与坚实度快速信息采集系统

介绍了一种农田土壤含水率与坚实度快速信息采集系统.本系统包括土壤介电传感器、圆锥指数传感器及深度传感器,可以快速、同步、实时地获得0～500mm范围内土壤剖面含水率与圆锥指数信息.同时,本系统还结合了GPS和GIS技术,实现了土壤参数的空间分析,可以更方便地把系统应用于农田信息管理.本系统为实现土壤水分和坚实度的同步测量搭建了一个智能化的试验平台,并且在与德国波恩大学农业工程研究所的合作中成功地应用于田间测量.     

基于集对分析的区域水资源开发利用综合评价

基于集对分析方法建立了区域水资源开发利用程度的评价模型，并应用该模型对汉中盆地水资源的开发利用程度进行了综合评价。评价结果表明，汉中盆地水资源利用处于中、低级阶段，还有很大的开发潜力。通过与模糊模式识别、模糊综合评判、属性识别方法、人工神经网络方法进行对比分析，可以看出集对分析模型不仅理论严谨、方法简便，而且评价结果精确可靠，从而验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。因此，集对分析理论为区域水资源开发利用程度的综合评价提供了一种新的思路。     

正反转旋耕灭茬机刀片的功耗分析

旋耕机是一种应用非常广泛的耕耘机械.人们目前使用的大部分都是正转旋耕方式和正转刀片,对反转旋耕方式及其刀片的研究相对较少,并且对其中的一些性能和适用条件尚未完全了解.为此,分析了旋耕过程中不同的旋耕方式对于旋耕功耗以及各种负荷的影响,提出了在一定渠道条件下的旋耕方式,为设计出合理的刀片形状提供理论依据.

机械化挤奶站是我国牛奶行业快速发展的产物,目前还是一个新生事物,急需一套科学、有效的奶站设备选择评价方法。针对挤奶设备、牛奶冷却设备、挤奶厅供热装置和整体配套方案,从技术、经济和安全质量等方面,构建出了机械化奶站设备选择的评价指标体系。     

基于PIC16F877的蔬菜大棚自动控制系统研究

为了实现蔬菜大棚的测量、控制以及管理的自动化和科学化,采用PIC16F877作为主控制器,设计了一种蔬菜大棚自动控制系统.为此,介绍了自动控制系统的功能、结构框图,并阐述了其硬件和软件的设计与实现.实验证明,本系统能够对蔬菜大棚内的温度、空气湿度、土壤湿度和光照度等环境因素进行监测与控制,且具有结构简单、成本低和可靠性高等诸多优点,具有很好的推广及应用前景.
