基于集对分析的区域水资源开发利用综合评价

摘    要:基于集对分析方法建立了区域水资源开发利用程度的评价模型,并应用该模型对汉中盆地水资源的开发利用程度进行了综合评价。评价结果表明,汉中盆地水资源利用处于中、低级阶段,还有很大的开发潜力。通过与模糊模式识别、模糊综合评判、属性识别方法、人工神经网络方法进行对比分析,可以看出集对分析模型不仅理论严谨、方法简便,而且评价结果精确可靠,从而验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。因此,集对分析理论为区域水资源开发利用程度的综合评价提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:In this paper, a new model for evaluating the regional water resources development and utilization is built up based on set pair analysis, and the model is applied in evaluation of water resources development and utilization in Hanzhong basin. The evalua- tion results show that water resources development in Hanzhong basin is at middle and lower level, so the area has great developmen- tal potential. Through comparison of the model with other methods, such as fuzzy pattern recognition, fuzzy comprehensive judge, attribute recognition method, artificial neural networks, it is recognized that the model presented is not only correct in theory, but also convenient in use, and it is proved to be reasonable and practicable through analysis of the results. So set pair analysis is a new analysis means for evaluating of regional water resources development and utilization.
