Portal vein anomalies are common in dogs and cats. Diagnostic imaging is central in their diagnosis and fundamental with regard to choosing the best therapeutic option. Various imaging techniques are used in veterinary medicine to assess the portal vein. Each has individual advantages and disadvantages. Contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (CE-MRA) is used routinely in humans to image the portal system and has excellent spatial and temporal resolution and three-dimensional (3D) acquisition. Herein, we report the development of a CE-MRA protocol that resulted in fast 3D imaging of the arterial splanchnic and portal venous system in normal dogs. Multiphase acquisition strategy allowed acquiring the same volume several times during one single breath-hold, thereby capturing the portal venous phase with excellent signal. Excellent depiction of the vascular anatomy, especially the portal afferent vessels and branches, was observed. Elliptical centric view ordering of k-space was used to acquire the contrast-sensitive data faster. Parallel imaging was used to increase coverage in the dorsal to ventral direction while keeping imaging time short. It is anticipated that 3D CE-MRA is a fast and noninvasive imaging method that could be used to diagnose various portal vascular anomalies in small animals.  相似文献

[目的]运用不同分析方法比较城市污染河道浮游生物和底栖动物样品,探讨适用于重污染区域生物数据分析的方法。[方法]采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数,多元分析中的聚类分析法和非度量多维标度排序(Non-matricMulti-dimentionalScaling,MDS)分析法对采集自珠江三角洲典型城市污染河道-佛山水道浮游生物及底栖动物数据进行分析。同步采集底泥样品,测定了Pb、Cd、Hg、Cr、As、Cu、Ni、Zn和间隙水CODCr、NH3-N,并运用Hakanson潜在生态危害指数法对生态危害进行评价。[结果]Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分析结果不能有效地反映重污染区域污染状况差异,其分析结果与实际污染状况有较大差距;尽管存在一些问题,在城市重污染河道生物监测结果分析方面,多元分析方法优于Shannon-Wiener多样性指数法。[结论]为重污染区域生物监测数据分析提供理论依据。  相似文献

南沙群岛春季灯光围网渔业资源调查初步分析   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
2010年4月和5月,采用灯光围网作业在南沙群岛的永暑、赤瓜、美济、安塘、华阳和南薰等6座珊瑚礁水域及礼乐滩和西南渔场进行了2个航次的渔业资源调查。结果显示,灯光围网主要渔获品种为蓝圆鲹、鸢乌贼、扁舵鲣、裸狐鲣、珍鲹和金枪鱼类等品种,最高产量5.05 t,单位网次产量CPUE为1.256 t/net,渔获率约154.95 kg/h。永暑礁和赤瓜礁水域产量最高,且各个礁区、各月份渔获差异显著,金枪鱼类主要集中在永暑礁与赤瓜礁附近海域,在其他海域没有捕获,还需在不同水域和季节加强调查。  相似文献

以西瓜品种"金陇5号"为试材,在宁夏中部干旱带开展了旱地地膜西瓜不同播期、种植方式研究,分析了不同播期与种植方式对旱地西瓜产量及土壤水分利用的影响。结果表明:4月15日采用暗窝播种方式西瓜生长状况、产量、产值、纯收入及土壤水分利用效率方面均优于其它处理,较4月25日、5月10日播种的产量分别增产4.8%和28.0%,纯收入增加6 700.02元/hm2和19 604.31元/hm2,水分利用效率提高23.1%、54.4%,抗旱节水、增产增收的效果明显;说明当地旱地西瓜适宜的播种时期为4月中旬,种植方式采用先播种后覆膜的暗窝播种。  相似文献

以鲈鱼为实验对象,采用迷宫装置研究中草药单体及中草药复合剂对鲈鱼Lateolabrax japonicus(Cuvier et Valencinnes)的诱食活性.结果表明,中草药单体的诱食效果比中草药复合剂诱食效果好.不同的中草药单体对鲈鱼的诱食效果差异明显,阿魏对其有显著的诱食作用,陈皮的诱食作用次之.同时发现鲈鱼对肉桂、白芷、山楂和大茴香有一定的趋避反应.不同的中草药复合试剂对鲈鱼的诱食效果差异较大,其中,中草药组合栀子 陈皮 阿魏对鲈鱼有显著的诱食作用,而中草药组合陈皮 栀子对其有显著的抑制作用.  相似文献

AIM:To study the effects of interferon-α 2b(IFN-α 2b) on the telomerase activity of choroidal melanoma cells of human eyes and the toxic effects to the cells.METHODS:IFN-α 2b was used with different concentrations and times to act on the primary cultured choroidal melanoma cells of human eyes. The toxic effects were evaluated by MTT assay and the levels of telomera activity were detected by PCR-ELISA assay. A correlation between the two results was analyzed.RESULTS:The telomerase activity gradually decreased following the increasing concentrations and times of treatment with IFN-α 2b, which accompany the step-up of restrain rate of the cells. At the point when the concentration attained 5×104 IU/L or the time attained 24 h, the telomerase activity decreased very obviously. However, the appearance of cell death lagged behind the decreasing of telomerase.CONCLUSION: IFN-α 2b is an effective telomerase inhibitor, which can decrease the telomerase activity in choroidal melanoma cells of human eyes effectively. The IFN-α 2b treatment is concentration and time dependent, and can cause the death of cultured cells.  相似文献

AIM and METHODS:To study the immunological effect of measles vaccine therapy on asthmatic children, we examined the changes of interleukin-12 , interleukin-13 and total serum IgE levels in plasma and cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) supernatant by means of ELISA in 13 mild-moderate asthmatic children treated with measles vaccine. Results were compared with 12 anti-symptomatic treatment mild-moderate asthmatic children and 17 normal children control group.RESULTS:After measles vaccine treatment, IL-13 and total serum IgE levels decreased remarkably, statistically lower than that of group receiving only anti-symptomatic treatment. There was no statistical difference in IL-12 level between the two group. Correlation analysis: 1)IL-12 level of plasma was negatively correlated to the level of serum total IgE, there was no correlation of supernatant IL-12 in PBMC to the total serum IgE; 2)IL-13 levels in plasma and PBMC were positively correlated to the level of total serum IgE; 3) IL-12 level was negatively correlated to IL-13.CONCLUSION:Measles vaccine could down-regulate IL-13 level,therefore decrease total IgE synthesis,but not affect IL-12 level in asthmatic children.  相似文献

在60℃温度条件下,使用H2O2作漂白剂,研究了6种不同H2O2浓度和4种漂液pH值对红色月季平面干花漂白效果的影响.结果表明:漂液浓度越大,漂白速度越快,但超过一定浓度时对材料的损伤越大,漂液适宜浓度在15%~20%之间;随着pH值增大,漂白所用的时间缩短,但当pH值超过一定范围时,漂液开始对材料有损伤,漂液pH值在9时漂白效果最好.  相似文献

Increased signal intensity in one of the collateral ligaments of the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint of sound horses in images acquired using a low-field magnet with vertical orientation of the magnetic field was investigated as a possible manifestation of the magic angle effect. Three isolated equine digits were imaged using the following pulse sequences: (1) spin echo T1, (2) turbo spin echo proton density and T2, and (3) 3D gradient echo T1, in different positions by mildly changing the orientation of the long axis of the digit, in the dorsal plane, relative to the magnetic field. The signal intensity in a ligament was significantly increased when the ligament orientation relative to the magnetic field was 55±10°. The signal intensity was markedly increased in pulse sequences with short echo time (TE) 5.0, 4.9, and 3.9 times increased, respectively, for 3D gradient echo T1, spin echo T1, and turbo spin echo proton density) and to a lesser extent with pulse sequences with a longer TE (1.8 times increased for turbo spin echo T2). These changes are characteristic of the magic angle effect. Because of the anatomic orientation of the collateral ligaments of the DIP joint, a slight deviation of the long axis of the digit in the dorsal plane, from the ideal horizontal position, will induce an increased signal intensity that can be confused with desmitis. Careful positioning of the foot in magnetic resonance imaging systems where B 0 is perpendicular to the long axis of the digit is critical to prevent the occurrence of the magic angle effect.  相似文献
