Analysis of the Game Model of Supervision on Swindle in the Securities Market

Swindle exists commonly in any securities markets, where swindle has led to serious influences on regulations and the normal development of our securities market. The paper attempts to develop a game model of supervision on swindle in the securities market so as to investigate the relationship between supervisor and supervisee from the microcosmic aspect, and analyze the microcosmic mechanism resulting to swindle in the securities market, and enlighten our securities supervision as to swindle in the securities market.     

Experimental Study on the Extended Length of Negative Reinforcement Cut-in Phases in Continuous Beams

In this paper through the static loading tests of 6 inflexion zones and 2 cantilever zones in full-size constrained R/C beams, the stress performance in rebars cut-in-phases and subjected to negative moment is studied. The stress properties of extended length of rebars with different shear-span ratiosare analysed on basis of the full measurement of strain distributions combined with the investigation on state and regularity of the diagonal cracks development and series of new knowledge are obtained. It is found that current Concrete Design Code provisions on the extended length are inadequate for the high shear-span ratio and superfluous for the low shear-span ratio. The theoretical and experimental foundations are provided for determining proper value of extended length for rebars cut-in-phases.     

CALCULATING SYSTEM FOR SECOND-ORDER EFFECT IN THE COLUMNS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAMES

This paper makes an analysis and comparison of the calculatingsystem for second-order effect in columns of reinforced concrete frames proposedby scholars at home and abroad,and the systems adopted by codes of manycountries.The focus is on explaining the conceptual error and deficiency in somemethods.After expounding the basic law of the second-order effect in framecolumns with different restraints,this paper suggests an improvement of thecalculating system for second-order effect in frame columns for China's DesignCode of Concrete Structures.     

An Expert Knowledge-acquisition Method on Line of Automatic Excluding Errors

Aimed at soving the problem existing in the knowledge-acquisition directing-operation expert systems, a new method is proposed to acquire knowledge of expert-operation, excluding errors existed in examples and reinforce the accuracy of examples,the goal of knowledge acquisition can be achieved, the method presented in this paper solves the problem of self-enhancement of expert knowledge on line efficiently.     

软包装调味笋的研制

对软包装调味笋加工的色泽和口感进行研究。研究表明,用质量分数为0.005%的NaH SO3溶液预处理原料,用质量分数为0.1%的CaCl2溶液预煮杀青10m in,并用0.15%的醋酸浸泡30m in,焖煮时间控制在5m in,就能较好地保持新鲜笋的色泽,同时兼顾产品较高脆性和较好的滋味,达到良好口感的需要。     

粉花石斛组织培养快速繁殖

采用种子培养(胚培养)和茎节培养直接诱导成苗的方式进行了粉花石斛组织培养快速繁育试验.试验结果表明,无论是以种子还是以茎节作为外植体,均能诱导成苗.种子培养的最适培养基为N6 6-BA 5 NAA 0.4;茎节培养的最适培养基为I/2MS 6-BA 0.9 NAA 0.2;适宜的生根培养基分别为:N6 10%香蕉汁、1/2MS.移栽最适基质配方为腐叶土:珍珠岩为1:1.     

X射线灭活活体日本沼虾精子的初步研究

为检测X射线对日本沼虾精子的灭活效果,利用X射线对雄性日本沼虾进行不同时间的照射处理,将处理后的雄虾与刚完成生殖脱壳的雌虾交配。待雌虾产卵后,计数雌虾抱卵天数,并在显微镜下观察卵的畸形情况。X射线管照射强度为100 k V,5 m A,源距10 cm,照射时间为0、30、60、90、120 min。结果发现:照射30 min组的抱卵天数及卵的畸形率较0 min组无变化,卵的畸形率为0,卵能正常发育至孵化出膜。随着照射时间的增加,在30~90 min之间,雌虾抱卵天数逐渐减少,且所抱卵的畸形率呈上升趋势。照射120 min组的抱卵天数较90 min组变化不大,卵的畸形率达100%。在本试验照射时间范围(0~120 min)内,灭活日本沼虾精子遗传物质的最佳照射时间为90~120 min。     

新型脉动流化干燥机设计与试验

研制了一种新型脉动流化干燥机，解决了气流旋转阀分配器的设计、脉动气流在干燥机床面上的分布和流动方向、瞬时脉动气流速度的周期变化与床层物料状态的配合、物料在床面上的运动和连续输送等问题。与气流干燥机和振动流化床干燥机相比，该种干燥机不仅具有结构简单、重量轻、整机无振动件、床层压降小、干燥均匀等优点，而且节能优势明显。     

中国农业机械化财政投入分析

针对实现我国2020年国内生产总值比2000年翻两番目标对农业机械化的需求，研究了农业机械化水平与农业机械净值、农业机械化投入之间的关系，以及政府财政投入对农业机械化投入的带动作用；对实现2020年我国农业机械化水平达到65％的目标所需的财政投入进行了测算，分析了财政投入的可行性。     

基于结构相似度的关中平原旱情空间分布特征

季节性干旱是影响关中平原农业生产最主要的灾害,研究气候变化背景下的关中平原旱情空间分布特征和变化规律具有重要的科学意义与应用价值。基于关中平原2003—2014年每年3月上旬—5月下旬的旬时间尺度条件植被温度指数(VTCI)的干旱监测结果,采用结构相似度(SSIM)研究关中平原VTCI的空间变化特征及其影响因子。结果表明:关中平原VTCI的空间变化特征具有明显的区域差异性和空间异质性,结构性因素是VTCI空间变化的主要影响因子,总体上受水热、地形分布格局等因素的结构性影响,但微地貌、下垫面覆盖的不同及变化和人为因素导致其主体产生变化。当微地貌、下垫面覆盖类型和人为因素成为主导因子时,结构相似度与其高度相关,对其变化的响应非常敏感。与利用某些指数直接作为干旱的指示因子或构建统计模型分析干旱特征相比,引入研究图像的结构信息的参量SSIM实现了定量、准确、形象地描述干旱的空间分布特征和变化规律。
