菜地土壤氮素矿化和硝化作用的特征   总被引:23,自引:4,他引:23  
采用培养试验对南京郊区 6 对菜地土和水稻土的土壤 N 素矿化和硝化作用特征进行了研究。菜地土为相同类型水稻土改种蔬菜约 20 年的土壤。结果表明,培养 28 天期间,6 对供试土壤中有 4 对土壤都是菜地土壤矿化 N 量低于相同类型水稻土,其日矿化速率也低于相应的水稻土,而其他 2 对供试土壤之间无明显差异。大多数菜地土的土壤硝化率低于相应的水稻土。培养28 天时的矿化率和硝化率与土壤 pH、速效 P 呈显著相关。  相似文献

Nutrient content and pH of rain samples collected at nine sites during 1988-1996 were studied to determine the amounts of N, P and S added by precipitation over Maracaibo Lake basin. The basin is a wide depression occupied by Lake Maracaibo and extensive alluvial plains and delimited by a mountainous zone of variable physiolgraphic characteristics with different cattle ranching and industrial activities. Rain pHs averaged ≈ 4 to 6, individual samples occasionally reached as low as pH 3 in the south basin. NH4 + levels were significantly higher (up to 2.6 mg/l NH4-N) than NO3 ? plus NO2 ?. Phosphorus levels were low, ranging from undetectable to 1.5 mg/l. The amounts of inorganic N/ha/yr added ranged from ≈ 5.4 Kg in the north to ≈ 8 Kg in the south basin; around the lakeshore, it was estimated that ≈ 9.8–16.8 Kg TN/ha (≈ 55 % as organic-N) are annually deposited. The annual amounts of SO4-S/ha added range from ≈ 10 to 13 Kg. The contribution of precipitation to P in the ecosystem is very small; ≈ 0.02 – 0.8 Kg of PO4-P/ha/yr was added in basin. The results of this study show that precipitation represents a significant factor for the total nitrogen and sulfur loading to Maracaibo Lake Basin.  相似文献

The effects of four rates of N (0, 40, 80 and 120 kg/ha) and three rates of P (0, 13 and 26 kg/ha) on chemical characteristics of soils and earthworm casts for no-tillage and conventionally disc plowed systems were investigated for a tropical Alfisol. Worm casts contained 2.3 to 1.5 times more organic matter, 1.8 to 1.2 times more nitrogen, 1.6 to 1.3 times more Bray-P, 3.2 to 2.1 times more exchangeable Ca2+, 3.8 to 2.5 times more exchangeable Mg2+, 3.1 to 2.2 times more exchangeable K+, and 1.4 to 1.2 times more exchangeable Na+ than the top 10 cm of the soil. The ECEC of worm casts was 3.1 to 2.1 times higher than in the surface soil. The nutrient status of both casts and soil in no-tillage plots was generally superior to that in conventionally plowed treatments. Different rates of N and P application had a significant positive effect on the nutrient status of worm casts. The results are discussed in terms of the role of earthworms in soil productivity.  相似文献

Application of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms (PSMs) has been reported to increase P uptake and plant growth. However, no information is available regarding the ecological consequences of the inoculation with PSMs. The effect of inoculation with phosphate-solubilizing fungal (PSF) isolates Aspergillus niger P39 and Penicillium oxalicum P66 on the bacterial communities in the rhizospheres of maize (Zea mays L. ‘Haiyu 6') and soybean (Glycine max Merr. ‘Heinong 35') was examined using culture-dependent methods as well as a culture-independent method, polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). Compared with the control, the number of culturable microbes for soybean was significantly greater with P39, whereas for maize, the same was significantly greater with P66. In addition, a greater number of microbes were found in the rhizosphere of maize compared with soybean. The fingerprint of DGGE for 16S rDNA indicated that inoculation with PSF also increased bacterial communities, with the P66 treatment having higher numbers of DGGE bands and a higher Shannon-Weaver diversity index compared with P39; the composition of the microbial community was also more complex with the P66 treatment. Overall, complex interactions between plant species and exotic PSMs affected the structure of the bacterial community in the rhizosphere, but plant species were more important in determining the bacterial community structure than the introduction of exotic microorganisms.  相似文献

采用室内模拟降雨装置,研究了三峡库区紫色土在不同雨强和坡度条件下的养分流失规律。结果表明,紫色土坡面流失养分主要由径流和泥沙携带,其中径流养分含量与雨强和坡度无关,但与产流过程一致。泥沙中养分含量与雨强无关,但随坡度增加而降低;泥沙养分含量与产沙量过程无关,但其流失量与产沙量过程一致。泥沙中各养分含量略大于降雨前表土养分含量,远大于径流养分含量,但由于径流中以速效养分为主,故径流携带的养分流失量不容忽视。  相似文献

Vitamin C, provitamin A carotenoids, and other carotenoids were measured in freshly squeezed juices from oranges (Citrus sinensis L. var. Valencia late) that were subjected to high-pressure (HP) treatment. Also, the stability of these compounds was studied during refrigerated storage at 4 degrees C. HP treatment is an alternative to heat preservation methods for foods; therefore, it is essential to assess the impact of HP on bioactive compounds. Several processes that combine HP treatment with heat treatment for various time periods were assayed: T0, fresh juice (without treatment); T1, 100 MPa/60 degrees C/5 min; T2, 350 MPa/30 degrees C/2.5 min; T3, 400 MPa/40 degrees C/1 min. Fresh and treated samples were kept refrigerated (4 degrees C) over 10 days. After application of HP and during the refrigeration period, the qualitative and quantitative determination of vitamin C, provitamin A carotenoids (beta- and alpha-carotene; beta- and alpha-cryptoxanthin), and the xanthophylls zeaxanthin and lutein was achieved by high-performance liquid chromatography. T1 and T3 juices showed a decrease in ascorbic acid and total vitamin C just after HP treatment (D0) compared with T0 juices. On the contrary, T2 juices, just after HP treatment (D0), had the same levels of both compounds compared to untreated juices. T1, T2, and T3 treatments led to an increase in the extraction of carotenoids and provitamin A carotenoids. Total carotenoid content after the 10-day refrigerated storage period resulted in no significant quantitative changes in T1 juices, whereas in T2 and T3 juices small losses were found at the end of the storage period (20.56 and 9.16%, respectively). These losses could be influenced by the depleted protection of vitamin C toward carotenoid oxidation during the same period. A similar trend was found in provitamin A carotenoids for the different treated juices.  相似文献

In this paper the determination of the physical/rheological characteristics is described for a series of commercial galactomannans of which the structural details have been reported previously. Both solubility of the galactomannans and rheological properties of galactomannan solutions and galactomannan/xanthan mixtures were determined. Using a statistical analysis approach an attempt was undertaken to recognize correlations between structural and rheological data. The best correlation found was between the abundance of galactose substituents at a regular distance (type of galactomannan) and the storage modulus (G') of mixed galactomannan/xanthan gels, underscoring the hypothesis that branching hinders the formation of a network with xanthan gum. Also, the G' for the group of locust bean gums correlated with the degree of blockiness, that is, the size and occurrence of nonsubstituted regions on the mannose backbone. In addition, galactomannans displayed an apparent decrease in gelling ability with increasing average molecular weight. That G' also relates to the type of galactomannan can therefore partly be attributed to differences in average molecular weight for the various galactomannan types. However, within the series of locust bean gums tested, also an increase of G' with molecular weight was observed. This can be explained by the decreasing number of loose ends of the polymers and the concomitant increasing efficiency in network participation with increasing molecular weight.  相似文献

用50 ml甲醇︰0.05 mol/L硼砂溶液(p H=10)(9︰1,v/v)作为提取剂对20 g(或适量)土壤样品中残留的二氯喹啉酸振荡提取2 h,离心过滤后分取滤液25 ml浓缩,甲醇定容至2 ml,再用滤膜过滤后待测定;高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)以1.0 ml/min的甲醇︰1%乙酸水溶液(55︰45,V/V)为流动相,柱温45℃,在238 nm的紫外光波长下进行二氯喹啉酸的外标法定量。该方法精密度为6.0%,检出限为0.012 mg/kg,不同类型土壤的加标回收率74.9%~98.8%,能满足有机分析要求。该方法既简捷易操作,又能满足土壤中二氯喹啉酸低残留量的测定。  相似文献

[目的]探究堆渣边坡生态棒防护措施的综合防护效果,为露天采石场裸露边坡的生态修复提供依据。[方法]利用人工降雨模拟试验,收集不同降雨强度下地表层和矿渣层的产流量、产沙量,并建立综合贡献度模型。[结果]随着坡度的增加地表层的径流总量和泥沙总量呈递增趋势,而矿渣层的径流总量和泥沙总量呈递减趋势,与径流总量相比泥沙总量变化趋势不明显;对照组与生态棒防护措施下,地表层的产流—产沙相关性均高于矿渣层;当降雨强度为30和120mm/h时,生态棒防护边坡在坡度为15°时具有较佳的防护效果,当降雨强度为60mm/h时,径流量和泥沙量受坡度变化的影响不显著。[结论]生态棒防护措施具有拦蓄坡面径流和泥沙的功能,与对照组相比可以更有效地防治坡面水土流失。  相似文献

A saprolite derived from a gneiss has been sampled in a fault zone at Charlesbourg, near Quebec city. The weathering largely exceeding 6 m in depth and a till overburden suggest preglacial alteration under warmer climatic conditions. This is further supported by the presence of high (up to 15% ) percentages of crystalline iron oxides (goethite and lepidocrocite). Four different facies were defined in the saprolite. Mineralogical analyses were performed on the clay fractions and the following associations were found: swelling minerals + kaolinite, kaolinite, kaolinite + gibbsite, swelling minerals + kaolinite.The degree of weathering of 2:1 minerals into kaolinite seemed to be related to internal drainage conditions. Cation exchange capacity of the saprolite was adequately explained by the clay and silt fraction contributions.  相似文献
