豫南地区野生地被植物资源现状调查与研究

豫南地区野生地被植物资源丰富,为了在城市绿化中引入新的具有利用价值的种类,对以信阳为中心的河南省南部具有典型立地条件的区域的野生地被植物资源进行了调查。结果表明:筛选统计出野生地被植物56科,359属,822种,其中具有较大开发利用价值的50种。通过对50种野生地被植物中的15种进行利用价值研究得出,随着植物的生态适应性的增强,该种植物同时观赏价值、经济价值也相对增高,在园林应用中可利用价值也越大。     

菱传粉生物学研究

以6 个菱品种为试材，对花器形态特征、群体花期及单花开花动态、开花时间、柱头可授性、花粉活力、杂交指数 及传粉形式等进行观察测定。结果表明：菱花单生，两性，单花花期15 h，群体花期在5～10 月，盛花期在7～8 月；不同 品种在一天中的开花高峰期存在差异；柱头可授期主要在萼片开裂后2 h 内，结实率在50% 以上；花粉在自然授粉条件下活 力可保持7.5 h；以自花授粉为主，同时存在一定程度的无融合生殖和少量异花授粉。     

Research Progress on Influence Factors of Mutton Quality

Meat quality means the characteristics such as appearance is related to palatability in fresh meat or manufactured meat, it includes meat color, meat structure, hardness, marbling, water holding capacity and so on.The physical characteristics of mutton quality determines the consumer acceptability of meat and there is a close relationship between chemical composition of mutton quality and nutrient substance.With the improvement of living standards, consumers are increasingly high demand for mutton.From quantitative to qualitative change, we need to continuously improve mutton quality.At present, the production of high quality animal products has become a hot topic.This paper is a summary of the effects of breed, gender, age, environment and feed nutrition on mutton quality, and aims to provide a scientific basis for improving of mutton quality with nutritional regulation measures.     

基于北斗的大坝连续压实监控系统研究及应用

针对目前在大坝碾压施工过程中,传统施工质量控制方式难以满足日益提高的对高坝施工技术的需要,基于北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)和地理信息系统(GIS),对大坝碾压施工质量实时监控技术进行研究。通过安装在碾压机械上的加载设备及振动传感器采集数据,在集成软件处理并记录该碾压机械碾压施工过程,实现对碾压过程全程、全自动的实时监控。将研究结果应用于平桥水库面板堆石坝碾压施工过程中,结果表明,系统实现了对大坝碾压施工过程压实质量参数的有效监控,为大坝高质量、高强度施工提供保障,为工程管理提供便利和依据。     

The localization and expression of epidermal growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor in bovine ovary during oestrous cycle

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is one of the important regulatory factors of EGF family. EGF has been indicated to effectively inhibit the apoptosis of follicular cells, to promote the proliferation of granulosa cells and the maturation of oocytes, and to induce ovulation process via binding to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). However, little is known about the distribution and expression of EGF and EGFR in cattle ovary especially during oestrous cycle. In this study, the localization and expression rule of EGF and EGFR in cattle ovaries of follicular phase and luteal phase at different time points in oestrous cycle were investigated by using IHC and real-time qPCR. The results showed that EGF and EGFR in cattle ovary were mainly expressed in granulosa cells, cumulus cells, oocytes, zona pellucida, follicular fluid and theca folliculi externa of follicles. The protein and mRNA expression of EGF/EGFR in follicles changed regularly with the follicular growth wave both in follicular and in luteal phase ovaries. In follicular phase ovaries, the protein expression of EGF and EGFR was higher in antral follicles than that of those in other follicles during follicular growth stage, and the mRNA expression of EGFR was also increased in stage of dominant follicle selection. However, in luteal phase ovaries, the growth of follicles was impeded during corpus luteum development under the action of progesterone secreted by granular lutein cell. The mRNA and protein expressions of EGF and EGFR in ovarian follicles during oestrous cycle indicate that they play a role in promoting follicular development in follicular growth waves and mediating the selection process of dominant follicles.     

鲜食型超甜玉米新品种朝甜603

近32年来新疆地区植被覆盖的时空变化

基于拟合的长时间序列数据监测新疆植被时空动态变化。结果表明,近32年来,新疆植被总体呈现增加趋势,但存在明显的阶段变化和空间差异;植被生长季NDVI值西部和西北部高,东部和东南部低;1982-2013年间新疆植被改善面积大于退化面积,绿洲农田植被覆盖区改善明显、草原区退化严重;整个研究区域的植被重心从北向南移动,天山以北的植被重心呈现西南-东北方向移动,天山以南呈现近似东西方向的移动。     

Expression,Purification and Activity Evaluation of Mb1230 Gene of Mycobacterium bovis

To explore the value of Mb1230 protein of Mycobacterium bovis in the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis,we obtained the Mb1230 gene by PCR and constructed recombinant plasmid pET-22b-Mb1230.Recombinant Mb1230 protein was obtained by IPTG induction and purified by affinity chromatography.The activity of the recombinant protein was evaluated by TST test,IGRA test and indirect ELISA.The size of the recombinant protein matched with the theoretical value proved by SDS-PAGE;Western blotting result showed that the recombinant protein could react with mouse anti-His antibody,and had specific band;The results of TST test,IGRA test and indirect ELISA test also showed the recombinant protein had antigenic activity.The results indicated the recombinant protein Mb1230 had good B cell and T cell activity,so,it had the potential application in the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis.     

秋冬萝卜新品种晋萝卜4 号的选育

晋萝卜4 号是以雄性不育系4-01A 为母本，自交系03-37-1 为父本配制而成的秋冬萝卜一代杂种，生育期80 d（天）。地上部叶丛半直立，叶片稀疏，肉质根圆柱形，表皮光滑，出土部分皮绿色，入土部分皮白色，近1/2 露出地面。含水量适中，肉质甜脆，商品性好。肉质根纵径30 cm，横径7～8 cm，单根质量1.5 kg，每667 m² 产量5 000 kg 左右。适宜山西省及其周边地区种植。
