种鸡场鸡白血病净化的研究(Ⅲ)-ALV检测不同样品种鸡场净化效果的比较

应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验 (DAS- EL ISA)在种鸡白血病的净化中 ,针对同一种鸡群 ,同时采用蛋清和肛拭作为试验材料 ,实验反映的结果不同 ;将产第一枚蛋为阳性的鸡隔离饲养 ,检测其以后蛋中 AL V的状况 ,结果发现 :在随后的 2 5天左右的每一枚蛋清中都能检测到 AL V:在不同种鸡场分别采用蛋清、蛋清和肛拭同时作试验样品进行净化 ,跟踪结果发现 :在不同种鸡场中 ,AL V阳性感染率都有不同幅度的下降。另一方面 ,检测雏鸡的胎粪 ,淘汰阳性者 ,到其产蛋期抽检蛋清 ,该群鸡 AL V阳性率有所下降     

A蛋白斑点免疫金染色和双抗体夹心酶联检测齿兰环斑病毒的比较

A蛋白斑点免疫金染色检测齿兰环斑病毒提纯病毒的灵敏度为1.56 ng/μl,检测病汁液的稀释倍数为640倍.同时采用碱性磷酸酯酶标记抗体IgG.IgG包被酶联板的浓度为1 μg/ml,酶标抗体以1 /1000稀释使用.DAS-ELISA技术检测ORSV提纯病毒的灵敏度为0.048 ng/μl,检测病汁液的稀释倍数为20480倍.     

电站机组热经济性在线管理系统的开发与应用

在电厂现有数据采集系统DAS的基础上,开发基于Web发布的C/S(Client/Server)和B/S(Browser/Server)混合体系结构的机组能损实时监测系统。结合锦州电厂汽轮发电机组的实际运行情况,对机组的各项热经济性指标进行实时监控、分析计算,提高机组运营水平及经济效率,在客户端为公司领导、运行人员以及考核人员提供了考核评价的平台。     

Stress Studies in Lentil (Lens esculenta Moench)

A pot experiment was conducted to see the effect of varying levels of soil sodicity on leaf growth, nitrate reductase activity, nodule development and nitrogenase activity in two lentil ( Lens esculenta Moench) genotypes. It was observed that in both the genotypes increasing level of soil sodicity decreased the plant height, leaf area, leaf dry weight, total biomass production and finally the grain yield. Nitrate reductase activity in leaf tissues and concentration of total nitrogen in different plant organs showed significant reduction with increase in soil sodicity. Increasing soil sodicity (15 and 20 ESP) was not only deleterious to nodulation and nitrogenase activity but also caused complete failure of nodulation process at 25 ESP of soil. Reduction in aforesaid characters due to increasing soil sodicity was less in variety PL-406 than that of local indicating thereby the relative tolerance of PL-406 to sodicity.
Prolonged and higher activities of nitrate reductase and nitrogenase at higher sodicity level in PL-406 might be the reasons for superiority of this variety. Significant and positive correlations were also observed between leaf characters and nitrogenase activity.     

Perennial hybrids of Oryza sativa × Oryza rufipogon: Part II. Carbon exchange and assimilate partitioning

Oryza species differ in their degree of perenniality, which has implications for patterns of carbon distribution in the plant. Interspecific F₁ hybrids of Oryza sativa × Oryza rufipogon were compared with their parental lines to assess whether they differed in assimilate storage and distribution at flowering and after maturity of the first cohort of panicles. The F₁ hybrids varied widely in plant type, but on average they had small plant size and low main tiller weights at anthesis, similar to O. rufipogon, and had intermediate tiller numbers and final single plant weights similar to cultivated rice. O. rufipogon had higher concentrations of starch in stems at anthesis, while interspecific hybrids exhibited comparatively low leaf, stem + sheath, and root sugar concentrations. Near anthesis, substantial ¹⁴C label remained in the source (flag) leaf in O. sativa and F₁ hybrids, while in O. rufipogon more label was exported to sink tissues. The hybrids partitioned more ¹⁴C label to panicles than did cultivated rice and less to leaf sheaths than either parent. Hybrids that had previously been identified as having above-average carbon exchange rates (CER) did not differ consistently from the low-CER hybrids in carbohydrate dynamics. The cultivated species itself maintains some perennial features, and changes in these traits might increase productivity.     

自制和进口试剂盒检测马铃薯环腐病的比较研究

采用自制NCM-ELISA试剂盒和进口DAS-ELISA试剂盒进行马铃薯环腐病检测试验.比较发现:强化后的自制NCM-ELISA试剂盒不仅同进口DAS-ELISA试剂盒一样灵敏,而且价格低廉,且简便、快捷.自制NCM-ELISA试剂盒可以将点样后的硝酸纤维素膜存储数周,然后再继续实验,具有便于携带利于推广的优点.而且自制NCM-ELISA试剂盒在检测前,进行富集培养,与进口DAS-ELISA试剂盒相比将灵敏度提高100万倍,并且避免假阳性反应发生.因此NCM-ELISA试剂盒完全可以取代进口DAS-ELISA试剂盒.     

万能试验机的数据采集系统设计

介绍了液压万能实验机的数据处理系统的设计，用传感器、采集卡、上位机构成硬件系统，用虚拟仪器编程语言CVI软件来实现实验数据和曲线的动态显示、材料性能的指标分析、报表打印等功能。     

种鸡场鸡白血病净化的研究(Ⅱ)——鸡白血病病毒ELISA检测抗体包被稳定剂的研究

本研究应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验 (DAS- EL ISA) ,对吸附在酶标板上的抗体 (兔抗禽白血病病毒群特异性抗原的 Ig G)通过 4种稳定剂处理之后 ,置于 4～ 8℃、室温 (18～ 2 3℃ )、37℃条件下 ,存放 11天、19天 ,结果发现 :利用 DAS-EL ISA检测同一 AL V阳性蛋清样品 ,测定 OD值大小不同。选择合适的稳定剂处理酶标板 ,在 4～ 8℃条件下保存半年 ,对吸附在酶标板上抗体活性进行探讨 ,其中以山梨醇和 PVP为代表的两种稳定剂效果良好 ,和常规包被抗体 (4～ 8℃隔夜 )所测结果差异不明显     

龙山卷丹百合无症病毒的检测

以龙山卷丹百合的病叶作为试材,采用DAS-ELISAS检测法对样品进行百合无症病毒的检测,检出率为58.3%;提取总RNA为模板,通过RT-PCR扩增其外壳蛋白基因,大小为287 bp,和预期条带大小一致。经Blast比对发现,该基因片段与Genbank上发表的LSV CP基因序列同源性达92%以上。
