梅花鹿“晃腰病”发病鹿场饲料种植地土壤分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
梅花鹿“晃腰病”发病鹿场饲料种植地土壤属于暗棕壤。土壤pH值:亚表层6.08±0.20,深层6.13±0.12,比双阳县健康对照鹿场饲料地稍低;土壤腐殖质含量丰富,亚表层3.68±0.47%(高于对照土壤,P<0.05),深层2.91±0.59%;土壤Cu含量:亚表层0.53±0.37mg/kg,深层1.05±0.20mg/kg,显著低于对照土壤(P<0.01),表明该饲料地相对贫铜,尤其是亚表层土壤有效Cu含量降低,直接影响饲料作物对Cu的吸收而造成饲料植株Cu含量降低。土壤Fe含量变化不显著。土壤Zn(亚表层2.78±0.60mg/kg,深层2.67±0.37mg/kg)、Mn(亚表层81.18±11.41mg/kg,深层70.57±11.72mg/kg)显著高于对照土壤(P<0.01),表明饲料及饮水中Zn、Mn含量明显高是由于土壤高Zn、Mn造成的。土壤Mo含量:亚表层56.50±32.95μg/kg,低于对照土壤(P<0.05),深层59.25±8.10μg/kg。  相似文献

采用二因子多水平有重复的试验设计,选取16只3月龄断奶并已去势的苏尼特羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,试验前各组体重差异不显著(P>0.05)。分别于试验羊活重达10.79±0.49、20.73±0.70、28.54±0.57、(38.19±2.85)kg时屠宰,采集背最长肌(LD)和股二头肌(BF)样品后测定肌内脂肪(IMF)含量、肌肉组织LPL和HSL活性,并分析不同体重阶段酶活的变化及其与肌内脂肪沉积的关系。结果表明:①随着体重的增加,IMF含量逐渐增加,并存在极显著差异(P<0.01);不同部位肌肉间的IMF含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。②不同肌肉组织LPL和HSL活性均随体重增加逐渐降低,不同发育阶段存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。LPL11kg时酶活显著高于后三个体重阶段(P<0.01),但LD表现出先降低后升高的趋势,29kg体重时酶活降到最低,极显著低于前两个体重阶段(P<0.01),38kg时又开始升高,但与29kg时差异不显著(P>0.05)。LD中HSL酶活最低值出现于21kg体重阶段,而BF在29kg时HSL酶活性最低,二者都极显著低于11kg时的酶活(P<0.01)。不同肌肉部位间LPL活性在11kg时BF显著低于LD(P<0.05),29kg时极显著高于LD(P<0.01),其它两个阶段差异不显著(P>0.05)。11~29kg不同肌肉部位HSL变化差异不显著(P>0.05),38kg体重时BF中HSL活性极显著高于LD(P<0.01)。③BF和LD中LPL酶活在11~38kg期间与IMF含量均呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.782(P=0.003)、-0.864(P<0.001)。BF中HSL与IMF含量无显著的相关性(P>0.05);LD中HSL与IMF含量呈负相关(-0.850,P<0.0001)。结论:LPL和HSL是IMF沉积的重要参与者,对IMF的沉积有显著的影响。HSL活性的发育性变化趋势与肌内脂肪沉积基本一致。11~38kg体重阶段肥羔LD和BF中肌内脂肪合成与分解代谢达动态平衡。  相似文献

对5省(区)沙打旺主产区进行了病害调查,除辽宁建平之外,沙打旺黄矮根腐病在甘肃环县、宁夏盐池、陕西横山、内蒙松山和敖汉均有发生,发病率为5.7%~82.6%,病情指数为2.7~53.7。各级严重度的植株在病株中的比例因调查地点而异。与健康植株比较,病株枝条数增加16.7%~63.7%,但单株干重下降8.5%~32.9%。各地的植株密度、牧草产量、平均枝条数和单株干重均存在一定差异,其中在发病率最高的甘肃环县,植株密度、牧草产量分别与发病率和严重度均呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。对影响发病率的因素进行了分析讨论,提出了防治该病的建议。  相似文献

柑橘黄龙病是我国柑橘生产上最具毁灭性的病害,由限制于韧皮部的难培养细菌 “Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus”(CLas)所引起。年桔是广东优势品种之一,近年来受黄龙病危害造成种植面积大幅缩减。本研究以感染黄龙病的年桔枝条和果实为材料,通过定量Real-time PCR分析CLas在染病年桔枝条及果实橘络中的分布规律。感染黄龙病年桔枝条的新梢普遍表现为叶片斑驳与黄化,但有部分染病枝条的新梢无明显症状,同时染病年桔枝条严重落叶。感染黄龙病年桔果实主要表现为小果、果实畸形、种子败育及“红鼻子果”的症状。定量结果表明,在同一染病年桔枝条中CLas呈不均匀分布的规律。除果实组织(果蒂、果实中轴和橘络)中能稳定检测到CLas外,新梢(新叶和新梢韧皮部)和主干韧皮部并不一定都能检测到CLas。统计分析表明,在同一染病年桔枝条中果实橘络部位的CLas浓度最高(103,360 ± 23,280)且要显著高于其他组织中的CLas浓度(P < 0.05)。此外,通过对同一橘络不同片段(每1.5 cm)中的CLas进行定量发现,CLas在同一橘络中的分布亦不均匀,其中以中前端(1.5-3.0cm)片段组织中的CLas含量最高(22,654,615 ± 4,528,014),且显著高于前端(0-1.5cm,10,423,214 ± 2,059,265)和后端(4.5-6.0cm,3,114,303 ± 1,133,173)(P < 0.05)。本研究得到的结果可为进一步探究CLas在柑橘植株中的转运与增殖规律提供参考。  相似文献

以树冠覆膜留树保鲜的沙糖橘为研究对象,研究了果实大小、留树保鲜时间对沙糖橘浮皮程度和果肉品质的影响。结果表明,果实大小和留树保鲜时间与浮皮程度显著正相关,即果实越大、留树保鲜时间越长,浮皮率越高、浮皮指数越大、浮皮程度越重;同一时期,不同大小级别果实的可溶性固形物含量差异不显著,小果的可滴定酸含量高于或显著高于大果,固酸比低于或显著低于大果;随留树保鲜时间的延长,2S、S、M级果实的可溶性固形物含量呈小幅上升趋势,L级果实的可溶性固形物含量小幅波动,无明显增减趋势,2L级大果达到最高值后呈小幅下降趋势;不同大小等级果实的可滴定酸含量变化趋势一致,总体呈波动下降趋势。  相似文献

为探索不同施肥处理即化肥减量20%~60%并配施有机肥对橄榄产量和果实品质的影响,本试验以‘梅埔2号’为研究材料,设置不施肥(CK)、单施化肥(常规施肥)3.00 kg(NPK)、单施有机肥30 kg(OF)、80%化肥+有机肥(NOF1)、60%化肥+有机肥(NOF2)、40%化肥+有机肥(NOF3)共6个处理,测定采收期优质果率、产量以及果实可溶性固形物、总多酚、可溶性总糖含量等品质指标。结果表明:与CK相比,各处理可溶性固形物含量、单果重无显著变化,但产量和优质果率均显著提高、总多酚含量均显著降低,除NPK处理可溶性总糖显著降低以外,其他处理均有提高,其中NOF1和NOF2显著提高。综合评价得分排名为NOF1>OF >NOF2>NOF3 >NPK >CK。不同配比中,80%化肥+有机肥处理提高橄榄产量和果实品质最为显著,其优质果率达到92%,单株产量45.10 kg,是全程只施用化肥试验组的3.26倍,保持较高的总多酚含量和可溶性总糖的含量,并且综合效益最高。综上,化肥减量配施有机肥可以提高橄榄产量、改善果实品质,其中80%化肥+有机肥是橄榄栽培提高产量、品质的推荐施肥方案。  相似文献

为确定褐斑病对紫花苜蓿光合作用和草品质的影响,以便确定此病的重要性,选取了发生该病不同严重度的植株,用LI-6400光合仪测定了5个光合作用指标,采集不同严重度的叶片和茎秆,分别测定了10个营养成分指标。结果表明:以健康无病植株为对照,随发病严重度的增加,紫花苜蓿叶片中粗灰分(Ash)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量分别增加19.94%、71.21%,与严重度的相关系数均为0.95;中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、钙(Ca)、单宁及总酚含量分别增加39.68%、136.42%、21.93%、50.55%,与严重度的相关系数分别为0.91、0.85、0.89、0.85;粗蛋白(CP)、钾(K)含量分别减少15.67%、29.91%,与严重度的相关系数分别为-0.99、-0.86;粗脂肪(EE)、磷(P)含量减少,与严重度相关性不显著;茎秆中Ash、NDF感病后含量下降,其他品质指标与叶片感病后变化趋势一致;胞间CO2浓度(Ci)升高,与严重度相关性不显著;净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)分别下降93.27%、68.34%,与严重度的相关系数分别为-0.82、-0.86;气孔导度(Gs)与水分利用效率(WUE)亦呈下降趋势但差异不显著,与严重度相关性不显著;P含量与5个光合指标均无显著相关性;其他品质指标均与Pn、E有极显著或显著相关性。主成分分析表明:第一主成分可以代表80.94%不同严重度褐斑病苜蓿品质和光合作用的变异信息,主要有Ca、K、Ash、单宁、总酚、E、Pn、ADF、NDF、CP、Ci、EE、WUE、Gs等指标。表明褐斑病影响紫花苜蓿光合作用,进而影响草品质。  相似文献

为了探讨砂糖橘叶片黄化与矿质养分(尤其是镁营养)的关系,本试验对广东省砂糖橘主产区(肇庆市和云浮市)的53个果园进行土壤和叶片养分调查和分析。结果表明:砂糖橘果园土壤整体呈酸性,有机质、土壤碱解氮、速效钾和有效锌含量基本上处于适宜水平,而交换性镁和有效钙含量偏低,有效磷含量偏高;而叶片养分分析表明植株普遍缺氮、磷和镁,DRIS分析进一步表明植株还缺锌,但缺镁最为严重;相关性分析表明砂糖橘叶片中各养分间以及叶片养分与土壤pH、有机质及其有效养分间都存在着一定的相关性。结果表明,缺镁是造成砂糖橘叶片黄化的主要原因,为广东省砂糖橘的养分管理和叶片黄化控制提供了依据。  相似文献

为探究增强UV-B辐射对“贵妃”杧果产量、果实品质和光合作用的影响,在田间人工模拟96 kJ·m-2·d-1增强UV-B辐射处理“贵妃”杧果成年树,以自然光为对照,测定了成熟叶片的光合指标、果实成熟批次比率、单位树冠体积果实产量和常规品质。结果表明,处理的果实成熟期明显提前,单果重下降,但单位树冠体积产量效率无显著差异;在第一批果的可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、维生素C含量和糖酸比、固酸比显著高于对照,可滴定酸含量显著低于对照;后两批果除5月7日处理的果实维生素C含量显著高于对照外,处理与对照在其余品质指标上均无显著差异;处理的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等均明显高于对照。可见,96 kJ·m-2·d-1的增强UV-B辐射通过增强叶片光合作用而促使果实提早成熟,导致第一批果实综合营养风味品质优于对照;使平均单果重降低而又不引起单位树冠体积产量效率下降。  相似文献

本研究从湖南省长沙、衡阳、隆回、冷水江采集鸡肝样137份,分析了肝样中的7种必需微量元素的含量。Cu、Fe,Mn 和Zn 用日立180—70型原子吸收分光光度计测定,Se、Co 和Mo 用Jp—2型示波极谱仪测定。研究结果表明:鸡肝中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn,Se、Co 和Mo 含量的平均值分别是14.94±5.06、506.80±29.30、12.54±9.15、126.80±11.70、0.79±0.40,0.44±0.21、2.87±0.44ppm。方差分析表明,各地鸡肝中Cu、Mn、Zn、Se、Co 和Mo 含量的平均值,存在援显著的(P<0.01)地区差异性,Fe 含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。长沙鸡肝Cu、Mn、Co 和Mo 含量极显著(P<0.01)高于衡阳、冷水江和隆回,隆回鸡肝Zn 含量极显著(P<0.01)高予衡阳鸡肝Zn 含量;而衡阳鸡肝Se 含量极显著(P<0.01)高于其它各地。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究散栏式饲养方式下,饲喂半胱胺盐酸盐对泌乳中期热应激奶牛生产性能的影响。选择48头健康荷斯坦奶牛[体重(562.25±37.85)kg,泌乳天数(123.64±10.67)d,胎次(1.23±0.42)胎,日产奶量(26.58±1.58)kg],根据体重、泌乳天数、产奶量相同或相近的原则,随机分成4组(每组12头),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加半胱胺盐酸盐3、15、30 g/kg。预试期12 d,正试期30 d。结果显示:随半胱胺盐酸盐添加剂量的增加,奶牛呼吸频率和直肠温度呈显著的线性降低(P0.05);干物质采食量、乳脂较正乳产量、能量校正乳产量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率均呈先升高后降低的显著的二次曲线变化(P0.05),并且以添加3 g/kg组的效果较好;正试期末,3、15 g/kg组血清甲状腺素浓度显著低于对照组(P0.05),15 g/kg组血清皮质醇浓度显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结果提示,半胱胺盐酸盐能有效缓解散栏饲养的泌乳中期奶牛热应激,提高产奶量和乳品质,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加3 g/kg半胱胺盐酸盐较为适宜。  相似文献

选用20头体重(597±11.8)kg、泌乳天数(88±4.5)d、日产奶(26.3±0.5)kg的经产奶牛,随机分为4组,采用4×4拉丁方设计,研究甜菜碱(0、50、100和150g/d)对泌乳早期奶牛采食量、泌乳性能和血液指标的影响。结果表明:日粮添加甜菜碱对奶牛的采食量、乳蛋白率、乳糖率和血糖浓度无显著影响,100g/d组和150g/d组鲜奶产量显著高于对照组和50g/d组(P<0.05);100g/d组和150g/d组4%乳脂校正乳、能量校正乳和乳脂产量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);100g/d组乳脂率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);100g/d组和150g/d组血浆游离脂肪酸和β-羟丁酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。根据以上结果推断,甜菜碱的适宜添加水平为100g/d。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the performances of camels kept by pastoralists with different degrees of experience in camel production. The study was conducted on 60 selected camel herds twice a year; during wet and dry seasons of 2003 and 2004 in Borana, Southern Ethiopia. The average ages at first parturition and calving intervals of breeding females were 68.1 ± 0.5 and 25.5 ± 0.4 months (LSMean ± SE), respectively. Age at first parturition was significantly reduced by use of veterinary services, while variation was not observed among Borana, Guji, Gabra and Somali herds. Calving intervals were significantly shorter (P < 0.05) in Borana (24.8 ± 0.6) and Guji (24.5 ± 1.5) than Somali herds (27.0 ± 0.5). Calving intervals were also prolonged (P < 0.05) by fixing breeding time. Annual calving, abortion and calf mortality rates were similar for the four populations and averaged 37.3%, 9.3%, 20.3% in 2003, and 41.3%, 8.2%, 14.9% in 2004, respectively. The overall mortality rate was significantly higher (P < 0.05) in Borana (10.0 ± 2.1) than in Gabra herds (4.2 ± 0.8). However, mortality was not statistically different for use of veterinary services and other managemental practices. The study showed an increase in annual herd growth by 5.7% in 2003 and 11.6% in 2004 with similarity of herd dynamics between the two years. Daily milk yield differed significantly (P < 0.05) depending on veterinary services, watering frequency and the season (7.6 L during wet and 4.3 L during dry season). Similarly, milk yield was significantly higher (P < 0.01) in Somali herds than in Borana and Gabra herds. In conclusion, the study revealed that some production and reproduction performances in camel herds have showed significant variation with varying levels of herding experience and veterinary services. This may suggest performance in pastoral camels can be enhanced with learning more about and using traditional management practices as well as improving animal health service delivery.  相似文献

Background: Relative cortisol insufficiency occurs in septic foals and impacts survival. Serum free (biologically available) cortisol concentration might be a better indicator of physiologic cortisol status than serum total cortisol concentration in foals. Hypotheses: In septic foals, (1) low free cortisol concentration correlates with disease severity and survival and (2) predicts disease severity and outcome better than total cortisol concentration. Animals: Fifty‐one septic foals; 11 healthy foals; 6 healthy horses. Methods: In this prospective clinical study, foals meeting criteria for sepsis at admission were enrolled. University‐owned animals served as healthy controls. Basal and cosyntropin‐stimulated total cortisol concentration and percent free cortisol (% free cortisol) were determined by chemiluminescent immunoassay and ultrafiltration/ligand‐binding methods, respectively. Group data were compared by ANOVA, Mann‐Whitney U‐tests, and receiver operator characteristic curves. Significance was set at P < .05. Results: Basal % free cortisol was highest in healthy foals at birth (58±8% mean±SD), and was higher (P≤.004) in healthy foals of all ages (33±6 to 58±8%) than in adult horses (7±3%). Cosyntropin‐stimulated total and free cortisol concentrations were lower (P≤.03) in foals with shock (total = 6.2±8.1 μg/dL; free = 3.5±4.8 μg/dL versus total = 10.8±6.0 μg/dL; free = 6.9±3.3 μg/dL in foals without shock) and in nonsurvivors (total = 3.8±6.9 μg/dL; free = 1.9±3.9 μg/dL versus total = 9.1±7.7 μg/dL; free = 5.5±4.4 μg/dL in survivors). Free cortisol was no better than total cortisol at predicting disease severity or outcome in septic foals. Conclusions and Clinical Importance: Serum free cortisol is impacted by age and illness in the horse. There is no advantage to measuring free over total cortisol in septic foals.  相似文献

Twenty-three hybrid pigs (23 ± 3 kg body wt) were assigned to three groups to investigate the pharmacokinetics of ampicillin (APC, 10 mg/kg) administered intravenously (i.v.) and intramuscularly (i.m.), and sulfadimidine (SDM, 50 mg/kg) administered intravenously as a bolus injection. In the first series of experiments the animals remained healthy. Subsequently, the pigs were infected with Streptococcus suum by subcutaneous (s.c.) inoculation and the experiments were repeated. The total apparent distribution volume of APC given intravenously was increased from 0.512 ± 0.026 L/kg in uninfected pigs to 0.68 ± 0.06 L/kg (P < 0.01) in infected pigs, whereas there were no significant changes in the same parameter for SDM (P > 0.05). The clearance of APC was increased markedly from 0.52 ± 0.07 L/kg/h in uninfected pigs to 0.62 ± 0.10 L/kg/h in infected pigs. In contrast, SDM clearance was decreased markedly from 0.023 ± 0.003 L/kg/h to 0.017 ± 0.003 L/kg/h (P < 0.05). As a result, the biological half-lives of the drugs were altered to varying degrees in infected pigs. The half-life of SDM was increased from 15.0 ± 3.0 h in uninfected pigs to 20 ± 7h in infected pigs (P < 0.05), but differences in APC half-lives between uninfected and infected animals were not observed (P > 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in pharmacokinetic parameters of APC administered by intramuscular injection between the healthy and the diseased status, although its half-life was shortened from 0.76 ± 0.22 h in the healthy to 0.57 ± 0.23 h in the diseased. The results suggest that blood concentrations of APC and SDM are affected differently by the same disease due to its specific effects on their distribution and elimination.  相似文献

为了研究不同水平玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenone,ZEA)污染饲粮对断奶小母猪生产性能、血清抗氧化功能、血清抗体水平及外周血淋巴细胞增殖率的影响。将40头健康三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶小母猪按日龄[(35±1)日龄]和平均体重[(14.01±0.86)kg]分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(ZEA水平的测定值为0 mg/kg),试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5、1.0及1.5 mg/kg ZEA[ZEA水平的测定值分别为(0.52±0.07)mg/kg、(1.04±0.03)mg/kg和(1.51±0.13)mg/kg]。预试期10 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:饲粮ZEA对断奶小母猪平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比没有显著影响(P0.05)。与对照组相比,ZEA显著降低了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px,0.5、1.0和1.5 mg/kg ZEA)活性、猪瘟(1.0和1.5 mg/kg ZEA)和伪狂犬病病毒抗体水平(1.5 mg/kg ZEA)以及外周血淋巴细胞增殖率(1.0和1.5 mg/kg ZEA)(P0.05),而显著升高了血清丙二醛(MDA,0.5、1.0和1.5 mg/kg ZEA)含量(P0.05)。随着饲粮中ZEA水平的升高,断奶小母猪的料重比呈一次线性降低趋势(P=0.075),血清GSH-Px、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,血清病毒(猪瘟、伪狂犬病和高致病性猪蓝耳病病毒)抗体水平和外周血淋巴细胞增殖率均呈一次线性降低(P0.05),而血清MDA含量则呈一次线性升高(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中0.5 mg/kg的ZEA足以诱导小母猪的氧化应激反应,1.0 mg/kg的ZEA能够显著降低断奶小母猪的特异性体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to determine levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cancer antigen (CA 15‐3) in the blood serum of 45 bitches. A modified procedure was used to determine the CEA and CA 15‐3 markers with the human kits using the radioimmunoassay method. Samples collected from extirpated tumour of mammary glands were histologically processed and classified as per WHO guidelines. The average age of animals with tumour was 10.00 ± 2.2 years; for healthy bitches average age was 4.2 ± 3.2 years. Values of CEA and CA 15‐3 were considered positive, if they exceeded 0.23 ng mL?1 and 7 IU mL?1, respectively. Average levels of CEA in the tumour group were 0.25 ± 0.06 versus 0.20 ± 0.03 in healthy bitches (P = 0.0001). The average CA 15‐3 value in bitches with tumour was 8.58 ± 1.27 versus 5.14 ± 1.34 in healthy animals (P < 0.0001).  相似文献

A study was undertaken to evaluate the nutritional response of organically grown diets in buffaloes on nutrients utilization and nutrient efficiency for milk production. For this, ten milch Murrah buffaloes of average body weight (490.72?±?6.65 kg), milk yield (8.13?±?0.33 kg), and lactation stage (85?±?5.28 days) were distributed in inorganic (InDg) and organic dietary groups (OrDg) with five animals in each. Buffaloes of InDg and OgDg were fed sorghum hay–berseem fodder-concentrate mixture-based diets grown inorganically and organically, respectively. After 60 days of feeding, a digestion cum metabolism trial was conducted to assess feed intake, nutrient utilization, and N balance, while milk yield and composition were recorded fortnightly. DM, CP, digestible crude protein (DCP), and metabolizable energy (ME) intake (g/Kg w0.75) were similar in animals of InDg and OrDg. NDF, ADF, and hemicellulose digestibility were (P?<?0.05) higher in animals on OrDg (59.20, 51.55, and 62.67) than InDg diet (54.57, 43.72, and 56.61 %), respectively. Urinary n loss (g/day) was (P?<?0.05) lower in OrDg (67.23) than in InDg (83.55); however, milk N was comparable in animals of both dietary groups (47.36 vs 45.82 g/day). Nitrogen balance was higher in animals of OrDg (39.72) than in InDg (28.08). DCP, TDN, and ME values of both diets were similar. No effect of diet was observed on milk yield and its composition; however, increased lactation length decreased milk yield. Buffaloes on both diets had similar efficiency and conversion ratio of nutrients for milk production. Results revealed that diets (organically vs. inorganically grown) have no effect on milk yield and its composition; however, buffaloes on organic diet have higher fiber digestibility and low urinary N loss which did not affect the dietary nutrients efficiency and conversion ratio for milk production.  相似文献
