圆斑星鲽（Verasper variegatus）属鲽形目、鲽科、星鲽属，和同属的条斑星鲽（Verasper maseri）极为相似，但圆斑星鲽的背鳍、臀鳍和尾鳍有圆形黑色斑点，而条斑星鲽是暗色的垂直带状斑，两者较容易区别。     

鲆鲽类产业技术需求调查与建议

一、被调查单位总体概况 在回收的128份问卷中,辽宁29份,河北18份,天律7份,山东57份,江苏6份,福建11份.被调查单位数量分布与鲆鲽类主产区产量分布基本吻合,可反映出产业技术需求总体状况.从养殖单位性质看,被调查的128家养殖生产者中,16家为养殖企业,112家为个体养殖户.从养殖品种及其分布看,被调查养殖单位所养殖的鲆鲽类品种有大菱鲆、牙鲆、半滑舌鳎、星突江鲽、条斑星鲽、圆斑星鲽、漠斑牙鲆以及欧鳎.其中101户养殖了大菱鲆,32户养殖了牙鲆,31户养殖了半滑舌鳎,2户养殖了星突江鲽,6户养殖了条斑星鲽,5户养殖了圆斑星鲽,2户养殖了漠斑牙鲆,1户养殖了欧鳎.     

野生圆斑星鲽的驯养试验

野生的圆斑星鲽必须经过驯养后才能做为人工养殖亲鱼使用。野生亲鱼开口摄食是驯养成功的关键因素之一,活虾和冰鲜虾是野生圆斑星鲽很好的开口饵料。营造好的驯养环境,与人工繁殖的鲆鲽类混养和及时药物处理可缩短驯养时间和提高成活率。试验共驯养野生的圆斑星鲽27尾,最终成活20尾,成活率为74.1%。

The reproductive biology of the amberjack, Seriola dumerilii (Risso 1810). I. Oocyte development in captivity

A study of the reproductive biology of the amberjack, Seriola dumerilii, held in captivity was carried out, describing oogenesis as well as the different stages of the ovarian cycle. Seven stages of oocyte development, as well as oogonia, were distinguished. Cortical alveoli were hardly detectable within the oocyte, as they were small, sparse and contained few mucopolysaccharides. It is suggested that their role in the fertilization process might be less important than in other teleost species. Fish aged 3 and 4 years were found to be sexually immature, with ovaries containing only previtellogenic oocytes. Vitellogenesis started in December in fish aged 4 + years. Late-developing ovaries showing deposition of yolk protein granules were found at the end of the 5th year of life (May) in specimens measuring 80.0 ± 3.5 cm standard length. This should be regarded as the minimum size at which sexual maturity is reached in S. dumerilii. Final vitellogenesis and oocyte maturation were, however, inhibited in captivity, and extensive follicular atresia took place as the natural spawning season approached. It is suggested that insufficient gonadotrophic stimulation because of confinement stress may be the cause of failed maturation and spawning in this species under culture conditions.     

Implications of spatial variability of fish assemblages for monitoring of Australia's tropical estuaries

1. Although often seen as ideal targets for monitoring environmental change because of their high public profile, fish assemblages rarely appear as indicators in monitoring and reporting. 2. Published data were evaluated to develop a simple approach to quantifying the temporal consistency in assemblage structure suitable for routine monitoring and assessment. Data were examined as catch per unit effort (CPUE) and probability of encounter (PoE), and compared using three approaches with the potential to produce simple indices quantifying the patterns of similarity within an estuary over time: species richness, Bray‐Curtis Similarities and a new approach, DeltaPoE. Indices derived from published data were then tested against a time series of data from two estuarine lakes with a history of fish kills. 3. Multidimensional scaling based on PoE emphasizes the temporal consistency of fish assemblages within estuaries at least as well as one based on mean CPUE while providing operational advantages. Similarities based on PoE were more sensitive to change from ‘natural’ assemblage structure than the simpler indices and showed comparable results with Similarities from (log) CPUE data. The one drawback to Similarities is that their complex statistical formulation often makes them less effective vehicles for reporting and communication. Where this is the case the conceptual simplicity of DeltaPoE and its performance relative to Similarities suggests it is a good candidate from which to develop monitoring indices suitable for routine reporting. 4. The performance of each of the indices were considered against the known fish kills. Species richness tracked the observed changes, an expected outcome in this case because a major impact directly removed species. Both indices based on Similarities also tracked the changes faithfully. Of the two, Similarities based on PoE seemed to react more strongly to assemblage changes. The clinical diagnosis of protozoal myositis syndrome (Neospora caninum) of puppies

Nine puppies suffered from progressive paresis with muscle wasting, hyporeflexia and extensor rigidity. CK-activity in serum was elevated and electrodiagnostic findings were indicative of lower motor neuron disease. Although lesions were also found in the CNS, additional neurological signs were rare, but CSF examination revealed the presence of inflammatory lesions. On pathologic examination, all animals had a disseminated necrotizing myositis. In addition, a disseminated encephalomyelitis was found as well as, in 2 cases, a neuritis. In the lesions of 6 animals protozoal organisms were found which were immunocytochemically identified as Neospora caninum. Our results show that the protozoal myositis-encephalitis syndrome in puppies can be diagnosed in the clinic with high probability. A clinical differentiation between toxoplasmosis and Neospora caninum infection is presently difficult.     

Epidemiology and clinical aspects of FIV infection in Bavaria]

In a comprehensive epidemiological study at the I. Medizinische Tierklinik at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich within the last two years, the spread and frequency of FIV infection as well as the clinical symptoms of FIV positive cats were evaluated. 5129 serum samples from clinically healthy and ill cats were tested by means of an ELISA test for antibodies to FIV. The infection is widespread in Bavaria. 116 cats, that is 2.3%, were tested FIV positive. 77% of the FIV positive cats were male. The average age was 6.5 years.     

胺硫基烷复合剂治疗鲫鱼粘孢子虫病的组织病理学研究

粘孢子虫是鱼类体内外常见的寄生性原生动物，因孢子有坚硬的外壳，不易为药物杀伤，此类鱼病难以取得较好的疗效。作者通过多年试验，采用胺硫基烷复合剂，取得了８０％以上的治愈率。本研究对患病鲫鱼的体表，鳃，味蕾，肝脏等进行组织病理学观察，并作治疗前后的对比，证明该药物具有特效，为鱼类的粘孢子虫病防治找到了一种新药。     

星洲银罗非鱼肌肉营养品质评价

对星洲银罗非鱼(Oreochromis sp.)肌肉进行了营养成分测定,并对其营养价值进行了综合评价。结果显示:肌肉干样中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分和无氮浸出物的含量分别为89.54%、3.59%、2.98%和3.89%;必需氨基酸含量为8.17%,占氨基酸总量的38.26%。氨基酸中含量最高的是谷氨酸(3.98%),最低的是半胱氨酸(0.027%);该鱼还富含钙、磷、锌、铁、镁等元素,每100 g肌肉中含量分别为:80、250、1.95、2.2和170.0 mg。结果表明星洲银罗非鱼是一种高蛋白、低脂肪并富含多种对人体有益矿质元素的优质水产品。     

Herbaceous plants as part of biological filter for aquaponics system

Aquaponics is a recirculating aquaculture system (RAS), where plants and aquatic animals are grown using the same water. In these systems, plants act as part of biological filters. The cultivation of O. basilicum, Menta x piperita and M. spicata is commonly integrated to the production of O. niloticus in aquaponics. The aim of this study was to evaluate the ability of these herbs as part of biological filters for tilapia intensive production in aquaponics. Various physicochemical parameters were evaluated as water quality indicators. N and P content in the different elements of the system were also measured. Results showed that for tilapia growing the three herbaceous evaluated could be used as part of the biological filters in aquaponics, because they remove significant concentration in nitrogen compounds and phosphates; however, there were no differences among species. There was a positive relationship between the time and the levels of NH₄ and therefore NO₃^? in the water. The pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen were kept at appropriate ranges for tilapia. The electrical conductivity and total dissolved solids were in suitable levels for growing herbaceous, which adapted to flooded substrates, with water constantly moving and high concentration of dissolved oxygen. A key parameter to consider is the oxygen concentration in water when herbaceous is used in aquaponics, due to the high input of this element for these species need, especially basil. Tilapia largely incorporated N and P entering the system.     

不同海域不同品种坛紫菜(Pyropia haitanensis)挥发性成分的比较分析

采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱联用技术,结合多变量数据分析,对不同品种、不同养殖海域、不同收割期坛紫菜的挥发性成分进行了分析研究。结果显示,栽培在2个海域的2种品种坛紫菜中,共检测到115种挥发性组分,其中,烃类和醛酮类物质的含量和种类占据了极大优势。主成分分析(PCA)显示,坛紫菜的挥发性组分有明显的品种和地区性差异,不同品种间的主要差异组分有8-十七碳烯、1-十七碳烯、壬醛、2-乙烯基-6-甲基吡嗪、辛醛等成分,不同海域的主要差异组分有8-十七碳烯、壬醛、2-乙烯基-6-甲基吡嗪、1-十七碳烯、苯乙烯等。另外,不同收获期坛紫菜挥发性成分的变化跟养殖海域有密切的关系。     

Studies on the utilization by rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri Rich.) of feed mixtures containing soya bean meal and an addition of amino acids

This paper deals with the growth of fish and utilization of feed mixtures in which fish meal is partly substituted by powdered soya beans. In order to improve the quality of protein in the feeds, they were enriched with synthetic amino acids. The food coefficients of the feeds were calculated, as were the protein efficiency ratio and apparent net protein utilization, by chemical analysis.

The results of the experiment showed that an addition of amino acids improved the utilization of feeds. It was found that rainbow trout can utilize soya bean protein enriched with cystine (1%) and tryptophan (0.5%) almost as well as protein from the fish meal.

Chemical composition of the experimental fish is discussed, as well as the amino acid composition of fish muscles and selected physiological parameters: haematocrit, haemoglobin content in the fish blood, the hepasomato index, and the content of protein, amino-transferases and cholesterol in the fish blood serum.     

An unusual case of hermaphroditism in a roe deer

An unusual case of hermaphroditism in a 4 to 5-year-old roe is described. Externally, horn and lactating udder tissue were distinguished. Internally, a fully developed female genital tract with functional ovaries in their proper position were determined. Additionally, two testicles within the intra-abdominal region had developed that were, however, not quite as large as those of mature roebucks. Since a fawn could be traced to a position near the shoot location, it is assumed that it was dealt with a leading doe.
