用放在海水池塘中的8个陆基围隔(50m×50m×18m),研究中国对虾(Penaeuschinensis)与不同密度海湾扇贝(Argopecteniradians)投饵混养的放养方式、生产力和极限放养量。对虾体长(285±016)cm,扇贝壳长(110±012)cm,放养密度分别为60尾/m2和0,15,45,75粒/m2,用投饵和施肥(鸡粪和化肥)饲养。结果表明,扇贝密度为0和15粒/m2时,对虾的成活率无显著差异。混养(扇贝15粒/m2)时对虾的出塘体长、体重和产量分别比单养高25%,38%和65%;当扇贝密度高于15粒/m2时,对虾的平均体长、体重和产量随扇贝密度的增加而显著减少(P<005)。扇贝密度为15和75粒/m2时,其产量由470kg/hm2增至1236kg/hm2;当扇贝密度高时,去壳后湿重占体重的百分数从(4284±344)%降至(3788±426)%。扇贝的极限放养量为600~800kg/hm2,适宜放养密度为10~15粒/m2。  相似文献

依据大眼鳜鳞片上的疏密切割等特征鉴定年龄。渔获个体以Ⅱ龄鱼为主占86%。鳞长与体长关系L=121326S10508。体长与体重关系W=1238×10-2L31989。体长、体重与年龄的关系适用VonBertalaufy生长方程拟合:Lt=L∞(1-e-05083(t-0399));Wt=W∞(1-e-05083(t-0399)31989。拐点年龄为256a,与生长指标陡然下跌年龄和性成熟年龄基本一致。为了资源的持续利用应限捕体重530g、相应体长283cm以下个体  相似文献

蛤蟆通水库的鱼类区系组成现有鱼类9科26种,其中鲤科鱼类占62%。实行人工放养后鲢、鳙占优势,年产量占总渔获量的80%以上。鲢、鳙的体长(L)与体重(W)相关关系式分别为LogwH=2.9658LogL-1.6788、LogwA=3.1254LogL-1.9245。同时应用vonBertalanfy生长方程[2]计算鲢、鳙的生长参数为:L∞(H)=136.5cm,L∞(A)=161.9cm;W∞(H)=45034g,W∞(A)=95240g;K(H)=0.0969,K(A)=0.0802;t0(H)=-0.1336,t0(A)=-0.2293。生长拐点处的体重分别是13336g(0.296W∞(H)和)28324g(0.30W∞(A))  相似文献

根据1985~1992年黄海北部中国对虾幼虾放流前后相对资源量资料,估算放流虾在混合虾群中占的平均比例约为92%,平均回捕率92%。放流量(X)与放流后相对资源量(Y)的关系为Y=2410X-1003X2,R=0898。经F—检验相关显著。结果表明:中等放流量才能获最好增殖效果;与最大渔获量相应的放流量约16亿尾;与最大相对资源量相应的放流量约12亿尾。描述了放流虾的死亡特征,并估算了各类死亡值。用Cohort分析方法估算了放流虾到开捕时(8月15日)的存活数量,平均占放流量的105%。渔汛的捕捞死亡率约082,自然死亡率011,其余007游出黄海北部去越冬场  相似文献

设日摄食率为0.4%、1.5%、4.0%三种水平,分别测定条纹石鱼旨Moronesaxatilis幼鱼的代谢及能量的收支情况。处于饱食(日摄食率4.0%)及维持状态(日摄食率1.5%)下,该鱼代谢率增加的峰值分别于摄食后3h及7h内出现,为静止时代谢水平的2.10倍和2.46倍,SDA(特殊动力作用)持续时间均为21h,SDA总耗能量分别占摄入能的13%和35.8%。条纹石鱼旨在饱食时的转化效率K(湿重)为20.85%。三种摄食水平下条纹石鱼旨的能量收支方程分别为:饱食状态(日摄食率4.0%)时,100C=8.4F+7.8U+13.0SDA+36.9(Rs+Ra)+33.9G;维持状态(日摄食率1.5%)时,100C=7.8F+4.1U+35.8SDA+52.3(Rs+Ra),其中G=0;减重状态(日摄食率0.4%)时,(F+U+R)/(C+P1)=67.3%,其中C+P1=14.4C+85.6P1,F+U+R=1.8F+8.1U+57.4R。  相似文献

利用50个5.0×5.0×1.8m陆基围隔研究了中国对虾与台湾红罗非鱼、海湾扇贝和缢蛏投饵或施肥混养及鲈鱼与中国对虾和台湾红罗非鱼混养最佳结构的生态效率、生产效果和经济效益。结果表明,几种综合养殖系统最佳结构下各种养殖对象对N的绝对利用率由高至低依次为:鲈鱼-对虾-罗非鱼(30.91%)>对虾-海湾扇贝(21.09%)>对虾-罗非鱼施肥混养(20.12%)>对虾-罗非鱼投饵混养(17.81%)>对虾-缢蛏(16.93%)>单养对虾(11.52%);对P的绝对利用率由高至低依次为:对虾-缢蛏(16.08%)>鲈鱼-对虾-罗非鱼(12.83%)>对虾-罗非鱼投饵混养(12.63%)>单养对虾(10.88%)>对虾-海湾扇贝(6.01%)>对虾-罗非鱼施肥混养(4.04%);其产出投入比由高至低依次为:对虾-罗非鱼投饵混养(1.99)>对虾-罗非鱼施肥混养(1.98)>对虾-海湾扇贝(1.53)>单养对虾(1.38)>鲈鱼-对虾-罗非鱼(1.30)>对虾-缢蛏(1.23)。  相似文献

对复州湾移植放流日本对虾群体放流后1个月到回捕之间的生长特性研究表明:(1)同体长的日本对虾体重差异很小;(2)我们假定虾苗孵化时间为t=0d,那么体长生长高峰在t=50d至t=90d之间,前期雄虾快于雌虾,后期雌虾快于雄虾;(3)体重增长速度呈倒二次曲线型,其拐点雌性tr=863d,雄性tr=788d;(4)合理的放流日期应在5月20日~6月1日,开捕日期在8月上旬。  相似文献

Suspended particles and dissolved organic carbon in laboratory recirculation systems were broadly categorised by size filtration and ultraviolet absorption. Their concentrations in recycled seawater increased during the culture of tropical prawns with increase in feeding rate and also with a ‘load’ factor calculated to take account of the volume of water used to culture a known biomass of prawns. In systems operated without periodic water renewal the proportion of organic matter in filterable material and the integrated ultraviolet absorbance (Σ A 250–330 nm) of filtrate increased with time. The increasing absorbance observed, particularly in the higher wavelengths (Σ A 290–330 nm), indicated the accumulation of metabolically derived organic material that was resistant to microbial degradation. Mean numbers of bacteria varied immensely from 7 to 25 000 × 103 ml?1 but were lower in foamed than unfoamed systems.The relation between the concentration of dissolved inorganic carbon (a measure of carbonate alkalinity) and pH in the systems varied according to the type of media in the biological filter and the method used to control pH. Results closest to natural seawater were obtained in systems containing filters with limestone media periodically dosed with sodium hydroxide solution. Higher levels of inorganic carbon for a given pH above pH 7·9 were, however, noted when sodium hydroxide was used with plastic media filters, a feature beneficial to heavily loaded systems.  相似文献

Abstract— Juvenile Penaeus monodon prawns were exposed to a variety of putative stressom and blood glucose concentrations monitored as an index of metabolic stress. Prawns were held under controlled conditions and food deprived for 12–18 h before blood sampling. Juvenile prawns maintained in tanks at densities of 9, 23, 36 and 50 prawns/m2 for 4 wk did not have significantly different baseline levels of blood glucose, with mean concentrations varying from 1.1 to 1.3 mmol/L. In contrast, as an index of overall condition, antennal length and rostral spine length were significantly degraded in the 36 and 50 prawns/m2 groups compared to the 9 and 23 prawns/m2 groups ( P < 0.05). Blood glucose levels were significantly elevated after prawns were exposed to air for 10 min and also increased Significantly when dissolved oxygen was decreased from 6.5 mg/L to 2.1 mg/L. ( P < 0.05). Gassing of water from pH 8.5 to 5.9 with carbon dioxide, with a corresponding decrease of dissolved oxygen from 6.6 to 5.9 mg/ L, induced a rapid and significant rise in blood glucose levels from 1.1 to 2.3 mmol/L. In contrast, a decrease of water pH from 8.3 to 5.9 with sulfuric acid, did not result in a significant change in blood glucose concentrations. These findings are discussed in relation to pond management for maintaining prawns in a low stress environment.  相似文献

于2013年贻贝成熟期和幼苗期对枸杞岛贻贝筏式养殖水域营养分布和碳分布格局开展相关实验。结果表明:从生态健康角度,夏季成熟期的贻贝养殖造成养殖海域氮、磷营养盐浓度升高,尤其是无机氮浓度显著高于非养殖区(P<0.05),养殖区处于受磷限制性的重富营养化,对其水体健康产生一定压力;秋季幼苗期贻贝养殖使养殖海域氮、磷浓度均降低,尤其是无机氮浓度显著低于非养殖区(P<0.05),与夏季分布格局相反,对水体有净化作用。从生态效应看,贻贝养殖使表层水体中溶解无机碳浓度显著低于非养殖区(P<0.05),产生碳汇效应;同时,贻贝养殖使水体中溶解有机碳浓度显著高于非养殖区(P<0.05),由于丰富的氮营养盐,溶解有机碳处于不稳定态,为碳源。因此,成熟期与幼苗期贻贝养殖对其水域健康产生不同作用,养殖的碳汇、碳源还有待进一步的系统研究。  相似文献

Production and population characteristics of monosex male (all‐male) giant river prawns, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, were compared with a normal (mixed‐sex) population in separate studies in Mississippi and Kentucky (USA) under low and high density stocking conditions, respectively. In Study 1 (Mississippi), juvenile prawns were stocked into eight 0.05–0.06 ha ponds at 24,700/ha. The mean stocking weight of all‐male was 0.34 g and mixed‐sex was 0.39 g. Prawns were fed 23% crude protein “range cubes” and harvested after 120 d for the all‐male prawns and 112 d for mixed‐sex prawns. In Study 2 (Kentucky), juvenile prawns from each group were stocked into six 0.04 ha ponds at 60,000 juveniles per hectare. The mean stocking weight for all‐male was 0.38 g and for mixed‐sex juveniles was 0.34 g. Prawns were fed a commercial sinking pellet (33% protein) once daily at a standardized rate and harvested after 105 d. In both locations survival of mixed‐sex prawns and all‐male prawns was not significantly different and the final average weight of all‐male prawns was significantly greater than the average weight of mixed‐sex prawns. For the study in Kentucky, total production was not significantly different between treatments, whereas in Mississippi total production in the all‐male ponds was significantly higher than in the mixed‐sex ponds. For both studies, the production size index of all‐male prawns was significantly greater than that of mixed‐sex prawns. In terms of population structure, in all‐male ponds there was a significant increase in orange claw (OC) males compared with the mixed‐sex ponds both as a percent of sex and a percent of total population. The increase in OC numbers in all‐male populations may be due to a lack of females to stimulate the transition of males to the final, sexually mature, blue claw stage. As target weights increase from 20, 30, and 40 g, the all‐male populations were increasingly superior in terms of production (kg/ha) of those target sizes. The economic benefit of all‐male over mixed‐sex populations will be principally based on an examination of tradeoffs that primarily consider the cost difference of juveniles relative to the price differences for different final harvest weights.  相似文献

Abstract This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of stocking density and monosex culture on growth, survival, yield and feed conversion ratio of freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii in concrete tanks. Juvenile prawns with an average weight of 1.8 g were stocked into triplicate tanks at densities of 5, 10, 15 and 20 prawns/m2, grown for 168 d and fed a 34% tilapia diet. Stocking density had significant effect on prawns. Final mean body weight decreased with the increasing density, being highest at 5 prawns/m2 (29.6 9). and lowest at 20 prawns/m2 (17.4 g). Total yield increased from 135 g/m2 (1,350 kg/ha) at a density of 5 prawns/m2 to 261 g/m2 (2,610 kg/ha) at density 15/mz to 245 g/m2 (2,450 kg/ha) at 20/mz. Feed conversion ratios were high and ranged from 3.7 (5 prawns/m2) to 5.6 (20 prawns/m2).
In monosex culture of freshwater prawns stocked in triplicate tanks at a density of 5 prawns/m2 for 112 d, the all-male population had the best growth performance and feed conversion ratio, followed by the mixed-sex and all-female populations. The all-male population had 99% marketable prawns (>20 g) with an average yield of 159 g/m2 (1,590 kg/ha); the mixed-sex population had 90% marketable prawns and the yield was 135 g/mz (1,350 kg/ha); and the all-female population had 75% marketable prawns with an average yield of 108 g/m2 (1,080 kgha).  相似文献

Sediment oxygen demand (SOD) measured in 45 commercial channel catfish ponds in northwest Mississippi using in situ respirometry ( N = 167) ranged from 63 to 1,038 mg/m2 per h. Mean SOD in this study (359 mg/m2 per h) was greater than that reported previously for catfish ponds but was similar to SOD in semi-intensive marine shrimp ponds. Nine variables were selected and measured to assess their relative importance in accounting for variation in SOD. Six variables were included in multiple regression models that explained slightly more than half of the variation in SOD. These variables were: dissolved oxygen concentration at the beginning of respirometry incubation:, particulate organic matter concentration in water above the sediment surface: organic carbon concentration at the immediate sediment-water interface (flocculent or F-layer) combined with the upper 2 cm of sediment (S-layer); organic carbon concentration in the mature (M) underlying sediment layer: water temperature: and total depth of accumulated sediment. Sediment oxygen demand was most sensitive to changes in dissolved oxygen concentration in the overlying water, particulate organic matter concentration in the water, and the concentration of organic carbon in the combined flocculent and upper sediment (F+S) layer. Models for SOD in this research predict that the mass of sediment below the upper 2-cm surface layer on average contributes only ∼20% of total SOD. Stratification and normal daily fluctuation of dissolved oxygen concentration in eutrophic culture ponds likely limit expression of sediment oxygen demand. Maintaining aerobic conditions at the sediment-water interface will minimize accumulation of organic matter in pond sediment.  相似文献

Intensification in the commercial culture of prawns can have a significant impact on the water quality and hence on the survival, growth and the surrounding environment. The present study aims to evaluate the effects of stocking density on the water quality and performance of the western king prawns (Penaeus latisulcatus) and the nutrient budget of the culture environment. Four stocking densities of 4, 8, 16 and 32 prawns m?2 were tested in 12 recirculating systems. Prawn weight and specific growth rate increased with decreasing stocking density, while the survival rate showed the reverse trend. The mean total ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus and soluble reactive phosphorus were significantly higher (P<0.05) at the higher stocking density. The nutrient budget revealed that the prawns could assimilate only 9.34–20.13% nitrogen and 4.97–11.25% phosphorus of the total nutrient inputs. The drained water at harvest was the major sink of phosphorus and nitrogen at stocking densities of 4, 8 and 16, which accounted for 45.59–64.82% and 44.28–65.62% of the total inputs, respectively, while a significant proportion of nitrogen sunk into the sediment at 32 prawns m?2. The study suggested that the stocking densities of western king prawns can be up to 16 prawns m?2 in the recirculating water environment.  相似文献

The marketing of organically labeled prawns is predominately in a cooked or raw frozen form to avoid the development of melanosis (black spot). Certification for organic status prohibits the use of any added chemicals. The application of 60% CO2/40%N2 modified atmosphere to chilled (raw) prawns using two species of prawn was investigated for the ability to control black spot formation. Sensory assessment and microbiological counts were used to determine the end of product shelf life. Modified atmosphere packaged (MAP) prawns exhibited no melanosis for up to 16 days. The high quality life was retained for 12 days; shelf life of 16 days, according to standard microbiological criteria, was achieved, which is more than twice previously reported for non-MAP prawns. Results suggest MAP may be an effective method for the marketing of organically grown prawns as well as those produced by conventional prawn aquaculture without application of the normal chemicals used to prevent black spot.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of all‐male, mixed‐sex and all‐female freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) in a polyculture with major carps (Catla catla and Labeo rohita) and self‐recruiting small fish molas (Amblypharyngodon mola) in the fallow rice fields of Bangladesh. There were three treatments with three replicates. All ponds were stocked with carps and molas plus either all‐male prawns (treatment MP), mixed‐sex prawns (MFP) or all‐female prawns (FP). Prawn, mola, catla and rohu were stocked 20 000, 20 000, 1750 and 750 ha?1, respectively, in all treatments. The prawns were fed twice daily, starting at 8% body weight and gradually reduced to 3% body weight. The fish were fed in the morning with mustard oil cake and rice bran (1:2 ratios) at 3% body weight. Significantly higher production of prawns (697 kg ha?1) was obtained in treatment MP, which yielded 34.7% and 56.2% more production than MFP and FP respectively. Significantly higher total production of 1620 kg ha?1 and a higher benefit–cost ratio of 2.10:1 were also obtained in treatment MP. It can be concluded that an all‐male prawn culture is economically more viable than all‐female and mixed‐sex prawn cultures, along with other fish like major carps and the nutrient‐dense molas in the polyculture.  相似文献

A stocking density experiment was conducted in 18 experimental enclosures within a single 0.11 ha pond. As stocking density increased in the range 6.1–21.2 prawns/m2, school prawn growth declined while survival rate was unaffected and total harvest (final biomass) increased. A simple economic analysis indicated that the optimum stocking density for juvenile school prawns was 19.1 prawns/m2. In a similar experiment the effects of feeding school prawns with a pelleted diet at a range of supplementary feed rates (0–12.5% of prawn biomass/day) were investigated. The optimum feed rate in terms of growth was approximately 5% of biomass/day. However the optimum feed rate, in terms of the economic return index used, varied depending on the estimated cost of the diet.  相似文献
