在水温(19±0.5)℃条件下,为研究不同饥饿时间对胭脂鱼仔鱼生长、摄食及消化酶活性的影响,设定两个实验:实验一,设置完全饥饿组(S)和正常摄食组(C);实验二,设置延迟0(对照组)、1、3、5、7、9和11 d投喂组,分别记作D0、D1、D3、D5、D7、D9和D11。实验历时29 d。结果显示:(1)孵化后7 d胭脂鱼仔鱼初次摄食,14 d时卵黄物质耗尽,27 d进入不可逆点期(PNR),在抵近PNR时,胸角特征明显,死亡率显著增加;(2)恢复摄食后,D1和D3组仔鱼体质量与D0组无显著差异,表现出完全补偿生长效应;(3)在饥饿1~7 d过程中,胭脂鱼仔鱼的胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性显著下降(P<0.05),随着饥饿时间的延长,饥饿9~11 d仔鱼的胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著上升。恢复摄食后19日龄时,胰蛋白酶活性随饥饿时间的延长呈先上升后下降的趋势,但淀粉酶活性与其相反,呈先降后升的趋势;29日龄时,随饥饿时间的延长脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性均呈显著上升趋势。 结果表明,饥饿会导致胭脂鱼仔鱼的生长、摄食和消化酶活性产生明显的变化,其补偿生长随饥饿时间的不同而不同;在恢复摄食后,不同饥饿程度仔鱼在不同恢复时间消化酶恢复策略并不一致,饥饿时间越长越倾向于对碳水化合物的利用,但其内在机制有待进一步研究。  相似文献

研究了黄颡鱼受精卵孵化期间和仔鱼发育阶段脂肪含量和脂肪酸的组成变化规律.采用常规化学分析方法和气相色谱法对黄颡鱼从鱼卵受精开始至仔鱼孵化后未投饵的7 d内的脂肪含量和脂肪酸组成进行测定.结果表明,受精卵在整个孵化期间脂肪含量有下降趋势.受精卵中不饱和脂肪酸含量大于饱和脂肪酸含量.受精卵在整个孵化期间各种脂肪酸含量无明显变化.仔鱼孵化后,鱼体总脂肪含量急剧下降,总脂含量从0日龄的4.57%降低到7日龄的0.75%.仔鱼在饥饿期间鱼体脂肪酸组成发生明显变化,单不饱和脂肪酸含量下降最为明显,尤其是C18:1.仔鱼在饥饿期间,脂肪酸按n-9>n-6>n-3顺序被先后利用,黄颡鱼仔鱼发育阶段主要以单不饱和脂肪酸作为能量代谢基质,而C20:4n6(AA)和C22:6n3(DHA)优先于C20:5n3(EPA)被保存下来.  相似文献

为探明乌江中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis)仔鱼的最佳开口投喂时间,在实验室内对肠道贯通后的仔鱼进行了不同饥饿天数(1、3、5、7、9、11)的延迟首次投喂试验,探讨了仔鱼全长、体质量和特定生长率的变化。结果表明,仔鱼在饥饿条件下初次摄食率在饥饿第5天开始下降,即时病死率在饥饿第1天出现,初次摄食率随饥饿天数的延长而降低,而即时病死率增加。恢复投喂后,全长和体质量的增长值在5 d内与正常组无统计学意义差异(P0.05),第7—11天差异具统计学意义(P0.05)。全长的特定生长率仅在饥饿9 d和11 d后投喂的恢复值与正常组存在统计学意义差异(P0.05),而体质量的特定生长率在所有饥饿天数下投喂的恢复值与正常组都存在统计学意义差异(P0.05)。结合上述结果,建议乌江中华倒刺鲃仔鱼首次投喂的最佳时间在肠道贯通时。  相似文献

以杂交鲟(Huso huso ×Acipenser baeri )仔鱼为研究对象,将其分为 8个处理组,每组100尾(各设2个平行组),分别在孵化后6 d(对照组)、8 d、10 d、12 d、14 d、16 d和18 d开始投喂冰冻卤虫和碎水蚯蚓(以质量比1:1混合),5 d后只投喂碎水蚯蚓。第8组为饥饿组,从不投饵。水温17 ℃,实验周期30 d。结果显示,仔鱼于孵出后8日龄进入混合营养期;10日龄左右是仔鱼开始加速生长的关键时期;12日龄仔鱼进入外源性营养期。随起始投饵时间的延迟,仔鱼的全长、湿重、干重和粗蛋白含量下降,鱼体水分含量则随之升高。但对照组、8日龄及10日龄起始投喂组之间的鱼体水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量并没有显著差异(P>0.05),14日龄及其以后各起始投喂组仔鱼的生长和鱼体生化成分则与上述各组存在显著差异(P相似文献

用酵母、水球藻、鱼油强化和豆油强化四种不同方式培养轮虫,再分别投喂锯缘青蟹幼体,分析测定轮虫和体的生化组成,结果显示,(1)不同方式培养的轮虫之间以及摄食这些轮虫的锯缘青蟹幼体之间的蛋白质含量都没有显著差异;(2)轮虫的脂类含量和脂肪酸组成与培养方式密切相关,小球藻轮虫的脂类含量最高,20:5n-3(EPA)占总脂肪酸的比例也最高 ,为18.05%,鱼油轮虫则含有最多的22:6n-3(DHA),占总脂肪酸3.16%,脂类含量仅次于小球藻轮虫;(3)锯缘青蟹幼体的脂类含量和脂肪酸组成受相应饵料营养成分的影响。另外,幼体培育实验也发现,饵料营养成分影响幼体的存活率,结果表明,提高轮虫的EPA和DHA含量,尤其晨DHA含量,将有利于锯缘青蟹幼体的存活和发育。  相似文献

在(22&#177;0.5)℃水温条件下,通过饥饿试验,研究了延迟投饵对匙吻鲟(Polyodon spathula)仔鱼存活与生长的影响。结果表明:延迟1~2 d投饵对仔鱼存活的影响不显著;延迟3 d以上投饵,仔鱼成活率显著下降;完全饥饿条件下,仔鱼半致死时间为11日龄,全部死亡时间为17日龄;延迟1 d投饵对仔鱼生长的影响不显著,延迟2 d以上投饵对仔鱼生长的影响显著。匙吻鲟仔鱼开口摄食期没有混合营养期,从初次开口摄食到饥饿半致死之间的间隔仅4 d。因此,匙吻鲟仔鱼初次投喂的最适时间建议在开口摄食后的2 d之内。  相似文献

在实验室条件下,采用观察、测量记录外部形态特征等方法研究了饥饿胁迫下白甲鱼(Onychostoma sima)仔鱼的摄食、生长、形态和存活的变化。结果显示:在水温(20±1.5)℃时,饥饿组和投喂组白甲鱼仔鱼在孵化后第4天开始摄食,初次摄食率为48%,第6天初次摄食比率达到100%。饥饿组仔鱼抵达饥饿不可逆点(PNR)的时间为13.5 d,50%累计死亡率出现时间基本上与PNR出现时间相同(13.5 d),表明第13.5天为白甲鱼早期发育中较为敏感的阶段。试验期间,饥饿仔鱼体重、体长、眼间距和体高分别在第6、7、11和12天后均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结束(16 d)时饥饿组仔鱼体重、体长和眼径的瞬时增长率均显著低于摄食组(P<0.05),而头长、体高和眼间距差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明饥饿对仔鱼生长发育起延迟作用,混合营养期延迟投喂,仔鱼生长发育水平明显低于正常投喂仔鱼。  相似文献

以不同比例的鲜活赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)和人工饲料配合投喂中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)幼虾,测定各种饵料配比对其生长和生化组成的影响。结果表明,在人工饲料中配合投喂1/4以上的赤子爱胜蚓(干重比)可显著提高中国明对虾幼虾的生长速率(P〈0.05),但对对虾的成活率没有显著影响。随着蚯蚓投喂量的增加,对虾肌肉水解氨基酸的总量以及其中的必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸(谷氨酸Glu、天冬门氨酸Asp、甘氨酸Gly、丙氨酸Ala)和促摄食氨基酸(蛋氨酸Met、赖氨酸Lys、甘氨酸Gly)的含量都呈增加的趋势,分析结果表明,投喂蚯蚓对对虾肌肉中促摄食氨基酸含量的影响最大,鲜味氨基酸次之,对必需氨基酸含量的影响最小。氨基酸营养价值的评价结果表明,投喂蚯蚓可提高对虾肌肉蛋白质的营养价值,改善对虾肌肉品质。随着蚯蚓投喂量的逐渐增加,对虾肌肉脂肪中的必需脂肪酸、∑n-3相对含量及其表示脂肪酸营养价值高低的∑n-3/∑n-6的比值都呈降低的趋势,且在蚯蚓投喂量占日投喂量的1/4以上时达差异显著;对蚯蚓肌肉脂肪酸的分析结果表明:蚯蚓脂肪中的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)相对含量较低,因此,以蚯蚓作为对虾饲料,特别是亲虾的DHA饲料来源时,应配合投喂DHA含量较高的其他饲料。  相似文献

在(28±1)℃条件下对马拉瓜丽体鱼(Cichlasoma managuense)仔鱼进行饥饿试验,确定仔鱼的不可逆点(PNR),并研究延迟投饵对仔鱼成活和生长的影响。结果显示,仔鱼在4日龄时开口摄食,进入混合营养期,持续3 d;7日龄时卵黄囊消失,进入外源营养期。初次摄食率开始时仅为15%,6日龄时的初次摄食率最高达100%,9日龄以后初次摄食率急剧下降,PNR出现在仔鱼孵出后第9至第10日龄。延迟投饵1~3 d对仔鱼的成活率影响不大,延迟投饵4 d以上仔鱼成活率明显下降。完全饥饿条件下仔鱼全长在0~8日龄为正增长,之后开始转为负增长。延迟投饵1~3 d的12日龄仔鱼全长无显著差异(P〉0.05);延迟投饵超过4 d的仔鱼全长则有极显著差异(P〈0.01)。马拉瓜丽体鱼仔鱼的最佳投喂时间应在仔鱼开口后的3 d之内。  相似文献

为进一步了解杂交鲟(史氏鲟Acipenser schrenckii♂×达氏鳇Huso dauricus♀)仔鱼开口阶段的摄食习性,并为大批量培育人工苗种提供理论依据,在水温19~23 ℃条件下,研究了延迟投饵对人工繁殖的杂交鲟仔鱼生长、摄食和存活的影响。设置了投饵时间不同的6个试验组,每组30尾仔鱼,分别于孵化后9、10、12、14、16和20 d开始投喂剁碎的水蚯蚓;另设1个饥饿组作对照,试验过程中始终不投饵。每个试验组设2个平行,试验周期为30 d。结果显示:(1)杂交鲟仔鱼在孵化后9 d初次摄食,9~11日龄为混合营养期,20日龄不能建立外源营养的仔鱼进入不可逆点(PNR)期;(2)不同阶段杂交鲟仔鱼初次摄食率的变化规律为:开始较低,此后持续上升,11~19日龄仔鱼的初次摄食率维持在75 %~100 %,20日龄仔鱼的初次摄食率急剧下降至40 %;(3)延迟投饵3 d对杂交鲟仔鱼的存活率无显著影响;延迟投饵5 d以上,仔鱼的存活率急剧下降,饥饿组仔鱼在25日龄全部死亡;延迟投饵0、1和3 d的试验组,仔鱼体长和体质量增长无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与其他组仔鱼相比差异显著(P<0.05)。试验结果表明:杂交鲟仔鱼的最佳投饵时间为10~12日龄。  相似文献

育肥时间对三疣梭子蟹卵巢发育和营养品质的影响   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:10  
采用育肥养殖实验和生化分析技术,研究了育肥时间对三疣梭子蟹雌体卵巢发育和营养品质的影响。结果发现,(1)经90 d育肥的雌体卵巢指数显著上升,出肉率和总可食率呈先上升后下降趋势,育肥30~60 d的总可食率达42%以上。(2)育肥时间对肌肉中常规营养成分含量无显著影响,育肥60 d卵巢和肝胰腺中的蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物含量最高,水分含量最低;育肥使肝胰腺和卵巢中胆固醇百分含量呈显著下降趋势,育肥后期卵巢和肝胰腺中的磷脂含量显著上升;就不同组织而言,肝胰腺中的甘油三酯含量最高。(3)育肥使卵巢和肝胰腺中的单不饱和脂肪酸呈上升趋势,而多不饱和脂肪酸呈先下降后上升趋势,肌肉中脂肪酸组成无显著变化;整体上,肌肉的脂肪酸营养价值优于肝胰腺和卵巢。(4)育肥早期卵巢中氨基酸含量显著上升,整个育肥过程中肌肉中的甜味氨基酸含量呈显著上升趋势,育肥60 d后卵巢和肌肉中所有必需氨基酸分值均大于100,无限制性氨基酸。研究表明,生殖蜕壳后的三疣梭子蟹雌体适宜育肥时间为60 d,育肥不仅提高了总可食率,且优化了其营养价值。  相似文献

The indispensable AA profile of fish carcass has been commonly used as a good indicator of fish amino acids requirements. Amino acid composition of the whole body tissue of Diplodus sargus was determined for the larval ages of 0, 2, 5, 8, 12, 17, 25, 35 and 45 days after hatching (DAH). No significant differences were found during this species ontogeny, except for phenylalanine. A comparative analysis of amino acid profiles from larvae and respective diet was performed. Low correlation was found to rotifers (R2 approximately 0.5), while higher correlations were found for Artemia nauplli, metanauplii (R2 approximately 0.8) as well as for the dry feed. These results suggest that D. sargus are subjected to higher nutritional imbalances during the first 10 days of feeding when larvae are fed on rotifers alone. Arginine, threonine, lysine, cysteine and histidine appeared to be limiting amino acids at 2, 12, 25 and 45 DAH, respectively. Similar results were reported in literature for Sparus aurata and Solea senegalensis, although D. sargus diets seem to have more amino acids in deficiency as well as more severe differences between larval and diet amino acid profiles. To solve these apparent nutritional imbalances, amino acid supplementation should be considered. The use of inert diets in early larvae ages seems to be most adequate as live feed supplementation appears to be more difficult.  相似文献

为了研究冻结和冻藏对中华绒螯蟹蟹肉品质的影响,本研究对冻结和冻藏中华绒螯蟹的蛋白质特性、游离氨基酸、核苷酸关联成分、Ca2+-ATPase活性以及解冻汁液流失率进行了全面的评价。中华绒螯蟹较耐冻结但不耐冻藏,冻藏2周后蟹肉弹性程度开始下降。中华绒螯蟹在冻藏过程中,蟹肉中游离氨基酸、呈味核苷酸、Ca2+-ATPase活性以及解冻汁液流失率都发生明显变化。冻藏12周后相对于新鲜蟹,游离氨基酸、呈味核苷酸、Ca2+-ATPase活性以及解冻汁液流失率分别下降了25.3%、100%、41.6%和增加了9.2%。普通冻藏(-20℃)条件下,中华绒螯蟹蟹肉发生快速蛋白质分解和ATP降解,表现为游离氨基酸成分与ATP关联物成分都发生很大变化,蛋白质变性显著、汁液流失现象严重等。推测中华绒螯蟹蟹肉不耐冻藏可能与其自身的自溶酶和ATP酶类有关。  相似文献

The objectives of this work were to evaluate how dietary soybean meal (SBM) or a soy meal made by bioprocessing the SBM (BPSBM) to remove anti-nutritional factors affected hydrolytic capacity, amino acid absorption, intestinal morphology, and microflora along the intestinal tract of Atlantic cod at two life stages. Three fish meal based standard cod diets were formulated to contain no soy (FM control), 25% SBM, or 22% BPSBM. Prior to sampling the diets were fed to duplicate groups of 0.5 kg (1-year old) and 1.7 kg (2-year old) cod for a period of 3 months, and the groups reached 0.9 and 2.5 kg, respectively. Digesta was then sampled from different intestinal sections for analyses of trypsin and amylase activity as well as absorption of amino acids, nitrogen, and sulphur. Gastrointestinal sections were sampled for measurements of relative weight (kg− 1 body weight), and tissues from these sections were sampled for analyses of brush border enzyme (alkaline phosphatase (ALP), leucine aminopeptidase (LAP), and maltase) activity and histological examination. Microflora was sampled from both digesta and the intestinal wall. The SBM diet stimulated relative growth of all gastrointestinal sections except the distal intestine in both age classes. Relative growth of the pyloric intestine was also stimulated by BPSBM. The pyloric caeca and the upper mid intestine were found to be the major sites for enzymatic hydrolysis of protein and starch and for amino acid absorption. Dietary SBM and BPSBM did not alter the activity of trypsin and LAP, but the activity of these enzymes in the proximal intestine was affected by age, being higher in 1-year old than in 2-year old cod. The rate of amino acid, nitrogen, and sulphur absorption along the gastrointestinal tract was not affected by SBM, but was slowed by BPSBM. Dietary SBM or BPSBM did not alter the morphology of the intestinal mucosa in any sections of the cod intestine. The distal-most structure of the intestine, a compartment with inlet and outlet (anus) valves, showed very high microbial colonisation in the mucosal brush border. Inclusion of SBM in the diet changed the intestinal microflora, increasing the population level of transient bacteria in the pyloric and mid intestine, but reducing the population level of adherent bacteria throughout the intestine. To conclude, Atlantic cod appeared to have a robust and flexible digestive system able to adjust to high dietary levels of soy protein meals.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the optimum phospholipids: highly unsaturated fatty acids (PL/HUFA) ratio in maturation diets for female Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis broodstock. Five isolipidtic and isonitrogenous diets were formulated to contain different amounts of pork lard, fish oil and soy lecithin with resulting PL/HUFA levels (%dry weight) of 1.4/0.3 (Diet 1), 1.6/2.5 (Diet 2), 2.3/2.0 (Diet 3), 3.8/1.5 (Diet 4) and 5.1/0.8 (Diet 5). Diet 1 lacked supplemental fish oil and soy lecithin and served as the control. Each of the five formulated diets was fed to a total of 150 female crabs for a period of 7 months. All diet treatments were triplicated with 50 crabs stocked in a pond as a replicate. After 6 months, male crabs were introduced into the ponds where females were kept, mating, spawning and egg hatching (in seawater) occurred in the following month. The nutritional value of various formulated diets was assessed based on survival, gonadosomatic index (GSI), egg production per female, fecundity (eggs/g female weight) of the females fed those diets and egg and larval (newly hatched zoea I larvae) quality.Females fed Diet 1 had the lowest GSI, egg production per female and fecundity while no significant difference were found for survival, hepatosomatic index (HSI) and the percentage of female spawned among the diet treatments (> 0.05). Although there were no significant differences in egg diameter, egg wet or dry weights among all treatments (> 0.05), the highest and the second highest proportions of essential fatty acids (EFA), i.e. 20:5n-3 (EPA), 22:6n-3 (DHA) and HUFA were found in the eggs produced by the females fed Diet 3 and Diet 2, respectively. Statistical analysis showed that EPA, DHA and HUFA in eggs produced by females fed Diet 3 were significantly higher than those from the other treatments (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, zoea I larvae from crabs fed Diet 3 had significantly larger carapace length than those from the other four treatments (< 0.05). The zoea I larvae from crabs fed Diet 2 and Diet 3 also showed generally better tolerance to starvation and osmotic shock.In conclusion, our results indicated that diet included levels of PL/HUFA around 1.6/2.5 or 2.3/2.0 (% dry weight) fed female E. sinensis broodstock supported increased fecundity and elevated level of HUFA in egg, which in turn resulted in improved overall quality of newly hatched larvae.  相似文献

对采自西藏纳木卡错并驯养于稀释海水(盐度20)中的西藏拟溞(Daphniopsis tibetana Sars)一般生化组成、氨基酸和脂肪酸组成进行测定,与蒙古裸腹溞(Moina mongolica)、淡水裸腹溞(Moina spp.)、日本虎斑猛水蚤(Tigiopus japonica)、褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)和卤虫(Artemia)进行比较.结果表明,西藏拟溞的氨基酸和组成与上述饵料生物基本相似,18种氨基酸占蛋白质含量的69.68%,其中异亮氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸和组氨酸的含量均明显高于上述饵料生物,蛋氨酸的含量最高,达3.64%,完全能满足鱼虾生长对必需氨基酸的需要.西藏拟溞的主要脂肪酸为C16:0、C16:3、C18:1ω9、C18:2ω6和C18:ω3,不饱和脂肪酸含量高达71.58%,C18:2ω6和C18:3ω3含量分别达到9.97%和26.52%.EPA(C20:5ω3)和AA(C20:4ω6)的含量分别为1.41%和0.63%.从营养成分的角度进行评价,西藏拟溞经一定的营养强化后将成为一种很有前途的海淡水仔稚鱼虾的活饵料.[中国水产科学,2006,13(3):446-451]  相似文献

测定了细角螺(Hemifusus termatamus)腹足部肌肉的氨基酸含量与脂肪酸组成,并与方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolata)、管角螺(Hemifusus tuba)、棘角螺(Hemifusus kawamurai)和鲐鱼(Pneumatophorus japonicus)进行了比较。结果显示,细角螺肌肉中检出17种氨基酸,总含量为肌肉干重的81.03%,高于鲐鱼(79.86%)、方斑东风螺(66.45%)、管角螺(56.94%)和棘角螺(64.42%);肌肉中4种呈味氨基酸(天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸)的含量为38.49%,占氨基酸总量的47.50%;8种必需氨基酸(EAA)总含量为38.49%,占氨基酸总量的46.94%。细角螺肌肉中共检出20种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸的含量为65.25%,不饱和脂肪酸的含量为34.75%,不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸含量的比值为0.53,低于方斑东风螺(1.15)、管角螺(1.13)和棘角螺(0.69),高于鲐鱼(0.37)。结果表明,细角螺肌肉中必需氨基酸与不饱和脂肪酸含量较丰富,具有较高的营养价值,是一种较为理想的食物蛋白与脂肪来源。  相似文献

Proximate composition, amino acid, fatty acid composition, and contaminants (As, Cd, Hg, and Pb) of the kisslip cuttlefish Sepia lycidas were determined and compared with the recommendations and maximum allowed levels. The ratio of essential amino acids (EAA) to nonessential amino acids (NEAA) was 0.82. All of the amino acid scores were > 100, except for valine (93), and the highest essential amino acid score was obtained for tryptophan (327). The fatty acids profile was dominated by polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA; 45.01% of total fatty acids), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 24.54% of total fatty acids) was the dominant fatty acid. S. lycidas was rich in n-3 PUFA, and the ratio of n-3/n-6 PUFA was 2.48. Regarding contaminants, As, Cd, and Pb concentrations in S. lycidas were 2.2, 0.28, and 0.02 mg kg?1, respectively. 以优质甲鱼肉为主料,乌骨鸡肉为配料,大枣、枸杞、莲子、桂圆等名贵药材为辅料,采用先进工艺,进行科学配制制成了甲鱼药膳罐头,罐头检验表明产品商业无菌。对中华鳖肌肉的氨基酸和脂肪酸的分析表明,中华鳖是高蛋白低脂肪的营养品,其肌肉中的氨基酸、脂肪酸种类齐全、比例适当,特别是其中的必需氨基酸的营养性好于鸡蛋,必需脂肪酸中的重要活性物质—EPA、DHA含量高于一般鱼类,并还可作为赖氨酸的强化食品,加之补虚珍品乌骨鸡等的配伍,制成营养全面的中华鳖药膳罐头。  相似文献
