Concurrent Design of the Petroleum Equipment CAD System

Military petroleum equipment is one of main logistical equipment. The characteristics and organization of the petroleum equipment are analyzed and the design flow chart and concurrent design frame of the petroleum equipment CAD system is built up . The CAD system includes three subsystems, which are engineering subsystem, management subsystem and supporting environmental system. A solid model, assembly structure and strength of oil tank in vehicle are analyzed by integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software I-DEAS. Through concurrent design environment, design efficiency and quality of petroleum equipment are greatly improved.     

The Study of Engineering Drawings Scan Input and Vectiorization Svstem

We atternpt to describe an Engineering drawings scan and vectorization inputsystem,which can send to drawings into a computer and transfer the resulting data to commerciallyavailable CAD/CAM systems by image processing and pattern recognization; Some results processedby the system are given in the paper.

Concentrating on peculiarity and requirement of leather cavity measurement, this paper presents a X-ray industrial CT system scheme, which not only satisfy the requirement of leather cavity measurement but also can achieve general industrial CT. measurement. The achievement on data collection system and motion control of stepping motor is emphasized.

为了适应食品科学与工程专业基于OBE工程教育模式的培养要求,以成都大学为例,介绍了该专业传统课程体系改革的原则、整合和归并课程目录及原因。在传统课程体系基础上,增加了科研小助手、职业道德等课程,以期在缩短理论教学与实际应用距离的同时,激发学生的实践能力和创新能力,以及职业素养和综合能力的全面发展。     

Surface Reconstruction and Application Based on Shape Constraints

On the base of the fairing of free-form surface reconstruction from 3D data points, this paper probes one method based on shape constraints. By making physical model as objective function and using geometric constraints, free form surface reconstruction is realized based on the idea of energy optimization. This method is not only beneficial to the connection of the reconstruction surface and CAD/CAM system, but also to the integration of design, manufacturing and inspection.

Research on Machining Last by Numerical Controlled Last Carving Machine

System structure of last CAD/CAM is described. Then machining principle of system output device named numerical controlled Last Carving machine is introduced. Furthermore, we lay stress on analyzing machining programming method making use of direct numeric definition. Special disposal is taken on step error and working frequency of step motors so that not only error accumulation is avoided but also step motors always work in the best frequency range. As a result, machining precision and speed of last are both enhanced as well as step motors' working safety is guaranteed.

Robot Manipulator Lettering Technology and Motion

Lettering robot manipulator is a kind of teaching and science popularization device which is fit for schools and science museums and so on. The basic construction, parameter and control system are introduced. The homogeneous transformation equation of manipulator is created according to the Denavit-Hartenberg method, and the kinematics solution and inverse kinematics solution are analyzed. The present state of vector font handling in CAD/CAM application is summarized. Because it is difficult to analyze directly the format of TTF font file and to get the outline of a certain letter, we call the windows API function GetGlyphOutline to read the data of TTF vector font in windows system. On the dot array mongline font we have vectorize it with VC++.Through the wectorised data and kinematics equation,the track programming and control and so on can be realized.

Research on Independent Product Development for Concurrent Collaborative Environment & Supporting Technologies

This article deals with the research on the features and collaborative process of independent development of key automobile parts. It generally employed concurrent engineering theory and technologies of Internet & Intranet, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM) and product data management (PDM). Field knowledge on independent development of key automobile parts was concluded and a set of concurrent collaborative environment and key enabling supporting technologies that face the independent development of automobile body panel dies were also built up. Meanwhile it introduced the secondary development methods of knowledge based engineering (KBE) to implement the knowledge transformation of designing and manufacturing experiences for an enterprise. The results was applied for the development & production of one of this enterprise's new automobile styles and work well.
