Ten specimens with perforated ribs, which can be divided into two series, were made to observe the behavior of steel-concrete composite pylon under axial load and cyclic load respectively. The experiment reveals the ultimate capacity and failure mode of two types of specimens under the cyclic load with different actual axial load level. Furthermore, it can be concluded from the results that the failure mode can be divided into two types, that is compression failure and tension failure. And the behavior of those specimens under cyclic load is influenced significantly under high axial load or without axial load at all. In addition, perforated ribs will prevent the plates under compression from overall buckling effectively based on the observation that the wavelength of plate is limited between two neighboring perforated ribs. At last, comparison on the interaction behaviors of the axial load (N) versus moment (M) is made between the results of experiment and calculation according to the criteria.  相似文献

By comparing the tests of prestressed and nonprestressed brick masonry walls with peripheral beams and Constructional columns, under cyclic lateral loading,the apperaence and development of Cracks,failure mechanism,hysteretic behavior,strength,stiffness,ductility and ener-gy dissipation of the brick rnasonry walls arc studied.Only the crack resistance and bearing capacity of walls are discussed in this paper.It is shown that prestressing on brick masonry wall can obviotisly improve its seismic behavior.Morcover,calculating methods for the crack resistance and the ultimate bearing capacity are presented,and the caculating results are identical with the tests.  相似文献

自然界中气温、降水的长期作用导致古代砖砌体风化,风化损伤材料和砌体力学性能。实验采用大气环境实验舱实现自然风化作用人工模拟,根据不同饱水度和冻融次数,实验舱设定了7种非饱水冻融工况,对7种工况影响下的砖、灰浆、砌体抗压、砌体抗剪试件试件强度变化规律进行实验分析。实验表明,饱水度是反映材料冻融性能的重要指标;不同饱水度下的冻融试件强度呈现先升后降的趋势;试件在饱水度为53%的冻融作用下,砌体构件具有最佳抗力;提出古代砖砌体构件风化程度评定标准。实验对古砖砌体结构保护工作具有指导和应用价值,定期评定古塔砌体风化程度,时刻掌握古塔构件结构安全性能的变化规律,科学保护古塔。  相似文献

为研究酸雨环境下老旧砌体抗压力学性能退化规律,实验室配置了PH值分别为1.5、2.5和3.5的3种硫酸和硝酸混合溶液来模拟酸雨环境,采用完全浸泡加速腐蚀的试验方法对砖、砂浆和砖柱进行不同程度的腐蚀,并测定其抗压强度。试验表明,随着腐蚀时间的增加,砂浆试块抗压强度先增大后降低;砖试块抗压强度随腐蚀时间的增加而降低;模拟酸雨溶液PH值越小,砂浆和砖试块抗压强度降低程度也愈大;砖柱极限承载力和弹性模量均随腐蚀时间的增加而降低,且模拟酸雨溶液PH值越小,降低程度愈大;随着腐蚀时间的增加,砖柱初始刚度逐渐减小,极限破坏位移增大;模拟酸雨溶液PH值越小,砖柱在达到峰值荷载时的变形值越小,脆性愈大;基于试验结果,建立了酸雨环境下砖柱应力应变曲线上升段统一数学表达式及酸雨侵蚀后普通烧结粘土砖砌体剩余抗压强度回归公式。  相似文献

Based on the studies and experiments of the responses of brick model under dynamic and static shear-compression loading, this paper brought forward an equation as a transition one for standard of masonry structure design in revision and the standard of aseismic building design. With its simple form, definite concept and similar calculation results in comparison with those obtained by equations from two standards, this equation has realized the correlation of the old and new ones. Besides it is rather save, so it has given a new advice for the revision of the standards.  相似文献

In order to accurately evaluate the aseismic behavior of the seismic damaged masonry pagodas destroyed by Wenchuan earthquake and strengthened after the earthquake, a test was conducted to acquire related parameters on seismic performance from the specimens made by masonry and retrofitted with grouting and steel hoops. Taking a seismic damaged ancient masonry pagoda in Sichuan as a case study, four kinds of primitive specimens are fabricated by simulating the conformation of the masonry pagoda. Then the primitive specimens are destroyed under cycle loads and the damaged specimens are repaired by grouting and steel hoops. Cycle controlling tests are conducted with the specimens and relevant data are acquired. Experimental results showed that grouting combined with steel hoops could improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of a seismic damage of brick masonry structure, but it do a little to improve the stiffness of a seismic damage structure. And the cracking load of the repaired masonry is much lower than the original undamaged structure.  相似文献

When steel plate-masonry composite structure used in the existing masonry structure with load bearing walls is removed for a large space, composite action should be considered between the beam and the supported masonry wall due to the arch effect formed in the supported wall. In order to investigate the working mechanism, failure mode, and load-carrying capacity, strain distribution in critical sections and mid-span defcection of this type of composite wall-beam, five steel plate-masonry wall-beams were tested under concentrated loads and analyzed, which considered variables of height-span-ratio of supported masonry wall, height-span-ratio of composite beam and thickness of steel plate. The results show that steel plate-masonry composite wall-beam starts failure from the masonry located at the line between loading point and supporting point; strain distribution of steel plate along section height meets the plane section assumption; the height-span-ratio of supported wall can directly influence the failure mode of masonry wall, buckling load corresponding to steel plate experiencing local buckling and ultimate load of tested specimens; the reasonable height of supported masonry wall is beneficial to the formation of composite action between supported masonry wall and composite beam, and the excessive high masonry wall will reduce the ultimate load of the tested specimen. Finally, the reasonable range for height-span-ratio of supported masonry wall was presented, and the proposed value representing the flexural stiffness of the steel plate-composite beam relative to the in-plane stiffness of the supported masonry wall was at least more than 79.  相似文献

The behavior of plate in compression plays a basic role in relevant research. There are significant differences between stainless steel and carbon steel plates in structural behavior. Analysis on the behavior of stainless steel plate in compression was presented. The development of FE models for analyzing stainless steel plates in compression was described based on the results of Rasmussen's test. And the strength curve was achieved by such advanced FE models with a high degree of accuracy. The explicit strength equations and design method were proposed for determining the local buckling strength of stainless plate and cold formed rectangular hollow section in compression. It is shown that the numerical simulation results achieved by using Quach model are accurate.  相似文献

According to some problems existed in current Chinese codes for design of seismic shear strength of concrete hollow block masonry, the curve of shear strength of concrete hollow block masonry under shear-compression loading, including descent segment, was presented by theory of failure region and test results of 58 concrete block masonry walls under shear-compression loading. And the design seismic shear strength formula of concrete hollow block masonry, which has reliability guarantee, was deduced. Compared with current Chinese codes, the design seismic shear strength formula of concrete hollow block masonry not only can perfectly simulate the shear-friction, shear-compression and diagonal compression failure modes, but also avoid unreasonable and unsafe calculation of seismic shear strength of concrete hollow block masonry, which can be applied to design of tall reinforced concrete masonry structures.  相似文献

On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the recent theoretical researches on constitutive models and failure criteria for brick masonry, a combination of a useful constitutive model with a reasonable failure criterion is used for describing the behavior of brick masonry under the loading in plane. A finite element program of nonlinear analysis is compiled. The predicted results are found to be in good agreement with Andreau's results.  相似文献

The finite element model involving geometric large deformation,materials and contact nonlinearity is established.Specimens of cold-formed steel quadruple-C built-up section members are simulated and the finite element models are proved to be valid.Then,numerical analysis on the behavior of specimens with different slenderness ratio and flange flakiness ratio are carried out,and then the axial bearing capacities of specimens are obtained.Based on effective width method and direct strength method (DSM) in related codes,two design methods of cold-formed steel quadruple-C built-up section members under axial compression are proposed:effective length method and correction factor method.It is shown that:the final failure characteristics of all specimens are local buckling and distortional buckling.In the case of not considering the reduction of effective length,the results calculated by each code are slightly lower than those of test and FEM when the slenderness ratio is less than 50,while the results are too conservative when the slenderness ratio is more than 50.  相似文献

为完善圆钢管混凝土轴压长柱极限承载力的计算理论,对比分析了中国国家标准GB 50936-2014和CECS 28:2012中轴压短柱极限承载力的N0计算公式,并把GB 50936-2014中基于套箍系数的N0计算公式改写成统一的形式,提出了基于正则长细比的轴压长柱的稳定系数计算式,并通过36个试件的对比,对计算式的精度和适用范围进行了分析。研究表明,现行国标GB 50936-2014中基于套箍系数的N0计算公式更为精确,基于N0计算公式和本文的稳定系数,可以计算得到更为精确的轴压长柱的极限承载力。  相似文献

通过对页岩烧结保温砌块砌体轴心抗压、沿通缝抗剪、剪压复合抗剪性能试验研究,分析其破坏特征和破坏机理。试验结果表明:页岩烧结保温砌块砌体受压破坏时,在竖向灰缝附近形成主裂缝,接近极限荷载时砌体出现表皮剥落现象;沿通缝抗剪破坏模式主要为单剪破坏,脆性明显;剪压破坏有剪磨、剪压和斜压3种类型;实测轴心抗压强度平均值高于规范值,沿通缝抗剪强度、复合抗剪强度平均值低于计算值,并分别给出砌体轴心抗压强度平均值、抗剪、剪压复合受力抗剪强度平均值建议公式;剪压复合抗剪强度随着压应力的增大而增大;建立了页岩烧结保温砌块砌体受压应力应变关系表达式;给出该类砌块的弹性模量和泊松比的建议值。  相似文献

Four series stud push-out specimens were conducted to study static mechanical behavior when stud shear connectors of composite beams were corroded. Firstly, the studs were manually rapidly corroded by electrochemical methods, and then a static load test was performed on them. Test results show that when corrosion occurs at stud rod especially close to combined surface, the ultimate bearing capacity reduces most by 18%, slip under the same load increases, and slip relative to the ultimate load reduces most by 12%. When corrosion occurs at the large end of stud, it has little effect on ultimate bearing capacity of push-out specimens, but deformation performance of stud shear connectors is affected seriously.  相似文献

Seven specimens were loaded with axial force and horizontal cycle force to analyze the hysteretic performance and the influencing factor as well. The influence of axial compression ratio and aspect ratio on the hysteretic performance was investigated, including the buckling behaviors and the energy dissipation. And the positive role of combined effects on the hysteretic performance of cold-formed specimens was studied emphatically. The experiment reveals that a large axial compression ratio incurs a serious decrease on hysteretic performance, while the combined effects give an increase on it. In addition, the numerical mode is set up. Considering double nonlinearity, the results of experiment and simulation match each other well. Based on the data, it is obtained that local buckling plays a great negative role during the loading course. At last, the characteristics of hysteretic performance of cold-formed steel specimens are concluded and some suggestions are given.  相似文献

With continuous rigid frame bridge span increasing,cantilever construction of large tonnage anchor are also becoming more common,but local stress distribution is complicated on prestressed anchorage zone of thin concrete box girder webs by the large tonnage,which reveals its distribution of post-tensioned concrete bridge structure to be solved in the future.Based on the theory,some key points such as pressure factors,destruction and the reasons for the compression type crack were discussed in the paper.By using the North Approach continuous rigid frame concrete bridge of Yangtze River Bridge project example,the local compression strength,crack resistance and the smallest protective layer thickness of the first segment of one continuous rigid frame box girder bridge under design value Rally 4882.5 kN of No.T2 tendom,according to the local pressure formulas of Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Pre-stressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts of China(JTG D62-2004) and Finite Element Method,were checking.Both the results verify that meets the standard requirements.The results reveal that the design of a web-Laced with horizontal steel mesh sealed off side stirrup can solve the partial pressure problem.  相似文献

结合砌体结构的发展现状和住宅产业化的发展趋势,提出一种“预应力装配混凝土复合墙板”,以期望在中小城镇低层建筑民用房屋中发展一种新的结构形式来对砌体结构进行补充。为了考察该复合墙板的抗震性能,对2块不同预应力度的试件进行了拟静力试验。得到了相应试件的抗震性能指标,显示该墙板具有较好的承载能力和变形性能,分析认为所提出的墙板可以达到8度区低层民用房屋的应用要求,可以作为砌体承重墙的一种替代形式,并且对该墙板相关构造提出了改进建议。  相似文献
