Distributed data mining(DDM) is widely used in industrial,scientific and commercial applications to analyze large datasets maintained over geographically distributed sites,which makes DDM a major research issue on(today's) data mining field.This paper discusses the disadvantages of existing DDM systems,puts forward a service-oriented architecture for DDM on the grid and describe the process of mining under this framework.In the proposed,serviceoriented,cross-platform framework,the mining algorithm and distributed data sets are packed into the Web Service Resources(WS-Resource) respectively,which can cooperate to perform DDM as required dynamically.Finally,a grid based on local area network was built with Globus Toolkit 4.0 and take an example of association rule mining to illustrate how to work with the proposed architecture.  相似文献

Rough sets is widely applied to dealing with the information under uncertainty. The data mining technology based on the rough sets is being increasingly attached importance by mathematicians and computer scientists. This paper introduces the development process and basic characteristics of rough sets, the application of rough sets theory to the data mining, and the typical system of the data mining based on the rough sets, as well as the directions and fields for future researches. As computer networks play increasingly vital roles in modern society, information security becomes one of the most important research issues in the field of information technology. But intrusions cause a serious security risk, how to efficiently prevent and detect intrusions becomes one of hot research problems in the field of information supervision. The traditional process of building the model of intrusion detection is slow, whose cost of research and development is high. However, data mining has unique advantages in acquiring unknown knowledge. So, intrusion detection based on data mining becomes a hot issue. Association rules mining based on improved traditional market basket analysis is that we introduce the idea of interest-weighed into data processing,normalize the amount of the same kind of commodity purchased by customers in all transactions.According to the demand of users' domain knowledge,we can calculate the interest-weighed threshold,then improve the traditional market basket analysis,association rules are mined much more practical,the workload of(association) rules mining has been reduced,the efficiency and veracity of association rules mining are improved.  相似文献

Mining sequential pattern is an important topic in the data mining research. In this paper, on the basis of recording the Ctid scheme of the set in every frequent set, the authors propose an algorithm named ISP for mining sequential pattern. In the algorithm the items and the sequence are discussed respectively, and the time join method is used to introduce the candidate sets, so the frequent sets can be gotten. The ISP algorithm takes full use of the existing and updated Ctid scheme, therefore the efficiency of the process is increased besides guaranteeing the validity of the algorithm. Comparing with the algorithm named IMSP,more efficient rules are obtained.  相似文献

【研究目的】通过应用数据挖掘技术解决农业信息领域“信息爆炸,但知识贫乏的问题”,提高农业资源的利用率。【方法】学习分析农业信息以及数据挖掘技术的特点。【结果】提出数据挖掘技术应用于农业具体领域的建议并架构农业数据挖掘系统,根据数据挖掘的流程及其相关技术,设计出具有3层机构的农业数据挖掘系统,并突出阐述每层的功能,其次介绍农业挖掘工具集的特点。【结论】以农业科学数据网数据库为背景,致力于在现有海量数据存储和强大计算能力的基础上,通过数据挖掘技术来进一步提升农业信息服务水平。  相似文献

渔业生产大数据是在养殖、捕捞、加工、流通、管理等活动中产生的原始性数据,对提升渔业科技创新能力、推动渔业转型升级、促进渔业绿色高质量发展具有重要的引导作用和使用价值。本研究以中国渔业高质量发展为根本出发点,分析渔业生产大数据中心的特点与应用需求,提出涵盖数据采集、传输、存储、应用全链条的渔业生产大数据中心体系架构,围绕渔业生产大数据采集监测网、资源调度分中心和数据主中心制定渔业生产大数据中心建设的总体方案,并基于大数据应用视角,明确渔业生产大数据中心建设的总体目标、标准体系、规划布局与实施路径。研究表明,建设由水产养殖监测网、海洋捕捞监测网、加工流通监测网、水产养殖分中心、海洋捕捞分中心、加工流通分中心、市场监测分中心、管理服务分中心及渔业生产大数据主中心构成的分布式工程体系,形成渔业生产过程动态监测与态势感知能力,对提升我国渔业生产与管理水平、加快数据融合应用、实现渔业创新高质量发展具有重要意义,可为进一步具体开展渔业生产大数据中心建设提供设计蓝图。  相似文献

A new idea is put forward on researches of prediction method of coal mining subsidence supported by GIS, and a new method is given about quantitative prediction of mining subsidence by means of GIS and ANN(Artificial Neural Network).This paper has completed a lot of work concerning choosing factor,data processing, establishing and validating preliminary ANN prediction model. Further more,data processing is carried out by GIS software,and the BP training method is used for modeling the exploitation sink system. Subsequently,the error is qualitatively analyzed with considering the result of verification. Researches show that the ANN prediction model supported by GIS has theoretical feasibility and realistic significance in predicting complex exploitation sink system,and GIS and ANN possess wide application prospects in the prediction of exploitation sink.  相似文献

渔业船联网工程是通过在渔船上搭载信息感知、处理和传输装备,从而实现船与船、船与岸之间的信息交换和智能化服务,在渔业生产、海上通信、安全管理、渔政执法及海洋探测等领域具有的重要科学意义和实用价值。本文分析了渔业船联网工程体系的应用现状及演化趋势,详细总结了渔业船联网感知层、传输层和应用层的国内外现状及发展趋势,梳理了所涉及的关键技术和科学问题。围绕渔船探测、海洋通信、数据融合与挖掘等重大需求,分析了中国渔业船联网发展在基础研究、平台建设、尖端技术、装备工程、标准体系等方面存在的主要问题与障碍,指出了中国渔业船联网工程体系科技创新发展对策,提出了以“突破关键技术、研发核心装备、构建基础平台、形成创新能力”为目标、以“探索期、部署期、拓展期”为路线的系统工程发展建议。  相似文献

矿山废弃地对生态环境有着极大的破坏作用,危及人类的生存与健康,并影响到区域生态经济的可持续发展。矿山废弃地的生态修复和重建,已被看作是矿区土地修复的主要组成部分,而在生态恢复的植被重建过程中,基质改良是生态恢复的核心问题。研究借鉴目前国内外土壤基质改良的方法,较系统地介绍了矿山废弃地土壤基质物理、化学、生物改良技术措施。最后提出我国矿山废弃地土壤改良方法的选用原则:遵循因地制宜、就地取材,结合以往的研究成果,借鉴国际矿区土地复垦和生态修复的成功经验,研究废弃物土壤化演化的自然规律和机理,最终实现人工辅助的土壤化演化。  相似文献

The data acquisition and processing system are proceeding towards faster, more powerful, easier to use and more cost effectiveness. This paper discuss the design of the high speed and convenient data acquisition and processing system based on DSP and USB 2.0, and expatiates the principle and method of the virtual instruments system in detail. The system employs an ADS8346 to sample the six channel signals simultaneously with a resolution of 16-bit.It utilizes EZ-USB FX2 as the USB2.0 interface, which can achieve the high speed communication between the host and the system. It uses TMS320VC33 (dsp) as the core chip, which can accomplish the function of the main control and real-time digital signal processing. The system enhances the virtual instruments' advantage more by the combination between software and hardware.  相似文献

A method of real time sampling and data processing of ECG signal in Windows98 is introduced in this article. It makes the data collecting and processing easy by driving the A/D transforming card with the Vxd programmed with VtoolsD and VC++, drawing the curve of ECG on memory DC, and utilizing the virtual memory technique to realize the data storing.  相似文献
