A NEW METHOD BY USE OF MASS AND ACCELARATION PARAMETERS FOR BALANCING THE SHAKING MOMENT OF ARTICULATED MULTI-BAR LINKAGES

In this paper,a new method with general purpose ispresented for balancing the shaking moment of articulated multi-barlinkage.The concept of this method is clear.The moment equation oflinkages is easy to establish and solve.Furthermore its pattern structuremakes it convenient to be programmed.     

A Study on Theory and Application of Automatic Balance for Rotors

The study on automatic balance of the rotor was made both from theory and ap-plication.In the light of the feature of automatic balancing,new analysis about the mechanical modelof vibratory system was done,and the result is that the accurate model of system can be gained bycompensation method and the traditional principle errors of balance machine both for soft and hardbearing can be overcome.The autornatic balance testing theory was proposed.The automatic balancesystem has been developed a nd the fu n ction a nd techn ical key are also discussed in detail.     

Synthetic Application for Analysis Methods of the Planar Mechanism Overconstraints

Overconstraints exist widely in planar closed chain mechanisms and mechanical systems result in a series of detrimental influences on behavior of machines, and attention is given to them by machine designer. Some analysis methods of overconstraints in planar closed chain mechanisms are presented, and more study due to the faultiness of these methods. In accordance with faultiness of two common kind of methods, formulas method and loop analysis method of degrees of freedom, and by combining these two methods, an useful mechanism overconstraints analysis method which is convenient for computer aided overconstraints analysis is gained via research on the two methods thoroughly and systematically, and some new views about mechanism overconstraints analysis are presented.     

统筹城乡发展中的农村资源与环境问题及其对策

“十二五”时期是全面建设小康社会的关键时期,是深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期。作为转变经济发展方式的重要途径,统筹城乡发展也是现阶段“三农”工作的指导思想与政策支持体系的核心内容。从统筹城乡发展的内涵入手,分析了统筹城乡发展中的农村资源与环境面临的形势、问题及其根源,并从改造传统产业、实施农村清洁工程、调整农业产业结构、推进农业清洁生产和提高农民科学素质等多个方面提出了应对之策。     

Load balancing strategy and ant optimization algorithm for grids

In view of the Campus Grid construction,which is also a crucial part of ChinaGrid project,the performance decline for grid scheduling algorithms when non-dedicated nodes emerge in multi-grid environment is studied.A load balancing algorithm to optimize resource usage rate is proposed.The paper involves three parts: problem modeling,algorithm design,and experiment evaluation.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective for solving the problem of resource usage rate decline under the discussed grid circumstance.     

Angular Acceleration Measurement System and Its USB Data Acquisition

The angular acceleration of a rotary shaft is one of the most important parameters for revolution which is widely employed in practical applications. The principles and approaches for measuring angular mechanism, acceleration were studied to find a feasible way to obtain the accurate and successive value of angular acceleration. A new type of data acquisition device with USB module was developed based on microcontroller AT09S8515 and USB interface controlling IC PDIUSBD12. It was convenient to test the width of rotary speed signal by using the unique function of the microcon-troller for automatically capturing the rising or falling edge of a square wave.     

DHT的分层结构多出口选择问题研究

为了提高系统可靠性和查询效率，提出了具有多管理节点（出口节点）的DHT分层模型，并给出了3种查询算法：最短路径选择算法、基于热土豆模型的最小化组内流量算法和出口节点负载均衡选择算法。通过仿真实验对3种算法在查询效率、流量分析和负载均衡3个维度进行了分析比较，基于热土豆模型的最小化组内流量算法具有最高的查询效率，但是负载均衡性能最差，出口节点负载均衡选择算法具有最好的负载平衡性，但查询效率最低，最短路径算法性能则介于上述两种算法之间。同时对传统分层结构所采用的随机查询算法与基于热土豆模型的最小化组内流量和最短路径查询算法进行了性能对比。     

Analysis the Square Nonlinear Blance

In order to reduce the dangers for the investors arousing from indefinite factors in market, the balance of profit and loss is analysed. But the analysis of nonlinear balance is more close to the real state of the investment programme income and cost in the market economy. It is analysed that the various combination of income and cost curves in the square nonlinear balance, the proof for a common conclusion is obtained. This conclusion can make it convenient to gain balance point in the analysis of the square nonlinear balance.     

探析耕地保护中的政府行为

采用文献资料法和理论分析法对中国耕地保护中政府行为进行研究,发现地方政府保护耕地的效率并不高,中央政府耕地总量动态平衡政策的实际作用远不如其理论设想。因此,必须完善耕地保护的政策体系,通过建立合理的利益分配机制、改革现行征地制度、提高农业比较利益和科学制定土地利用计划促使地方政府自觉保护耕地,注重提高耕地的综合生产能力。     

An Effective Parallel Algorithm for Assembling the Global Stiffness Matrix of Structures of Beam System

Based on uniform access and shared memory system,the conception of "balancing permutation" and corresponding methods for Do Loop parallelization are given in this paper.By combining element group and balancing permutation,and effective parallel algorithm for assembling the global stiffness matrix of structures of beam system is put forward.

Exploration on the Formula of Degree of Freedom of Space Mechanism

From the theory that four connecting rods mechanism has flexibility and any closed graphics of plane mechanism has three restrictions, the calculating formula of degree of freedom of mechanism is researched. The result of research indicate that the calculating formula of degree of freedom of space mechanism will be set up if the calculating formula of degree of freedom of plane and spherical surface mechanism are changed a little. The new formula could substitute for 29 traditional calculating formulas of degree of freedom of space mechanism but also the plane mechanism, the multiple rings space mechanism, the open chain space mechanism and mixed chain space mechanism and so on. Because that the new formula is easier and rapider in use than traditional formulas, it is a reliable theoretical calculating formula for calculating degree of freedom of space mechanism.     

关于加快城乡融合发展推动乡村建设的思考

现阶段中国总体处于城镇化快速发展阶段,工农互促,城乡互补。但城乡收入和消费差距仍然较为悬殊,全员劳动生产率差距很大,农村基础设施依然薄弱,农村社会保障水平偏低。随着城镇化发展,一些村庄融入城镇,劳动力大量外出,一些村庄出现了空心化、老龄化问题,同时,随着重大工程实施等,一些村庄也出现了搬迁撤并等新的情况与问题。在乡村振兴的背景下,本研究结合欧洲乡村建设发展的情况和特点,针对国内乡村建设存在的问题,提出了统筹城乡发展空间,做有特色的乡村建设规划,培育新型农业经营主体,融合发展保持乡村活力等一些新的思考与建议。     

小麦玉米带田高产平衡施肥研究

研究采用土壤养分状况系统研究法,根据土壤养分亏缺状况,平衡微量元素后确定氮磷钾的适宜用量,研究小麦玉米带田的平衡施肥方案。试验结果表明,氮、磷、钾及微量元素的平衡施用改善了小麦、玉米的经济性状,提高了小麦千粒重、玉米的穗粒数、穗粒重和千粒重;平衡微量元素后带田中限制小麦产量的主要因子是氮、磷,限制玉米产量的主要因子是氮、磷、钾;平衡施肥处理的产量、产值与纯收入均增加,其中处理N2P2K2的产值与纯收入最高,分别为17085元/hm2和15240元/hm2。综合分析结果说明,小麦玉米带田高产平衡施肥配方应为N2P2K2。     

An application based on container programming and genetic algorithm

With the rapid growth of curriculums in colleges and universities and the number of students,automatic course arrangement method based on calculation algorithm has become an important issue of algorithm design and research. Based on Genetic Algorithm, a new binary encoding mechanism and classroom position filling method is put forward, which is applied to improve the load and efficiency of course scheduling system. In accordance with the ratio of weights in Fitness Function, this method abandons the way of random search, directionally and randomly generates chromosomes, simplifies the quantity of chromosome information, greatly shortens the running time of the system. In the aspect of management mechanism, user intervention is introduced,dealing with initial population with high proficiency and eliminating conflicts. Data from simulation experiment proves the astringency and high efficiency of this method. Moreover, the whole design of the system applies programming technology based on container, realizing the convenient processing of uncertain data.     

当前中国耕地占补平衡的宏观形势与特征

摘 要：中国耕地占补平衡制度实施了10年,在控制建设占用耕地和补充耕地数量平衡起到了重要作用,在当前政策和经济背景下耕地占补平衡出现了许多新的特征。此文论述了当前中国耕地占补充平衡中粮食安全与耕地质量建设、土地宏观调控和土地督察制度建立、中国功能区划工作完成和城乡统筹和新农村建设等新宏观形势,分析总结了耕地占补平衡出现了四点特征：（1）耕地实行先补后占,城乡建设用地增减挂钩;（2）新增耕地逐渐由开发为主向土地整理转化;（3）平衡管理由“数量”向“数量质量”平衡,由“区域平衡”向“项目平衡”转化;（4）耕地后备库“批、供、用、补”信息化管理。     

污水土壤渗滤技术研究进展

随着经济的发展,水逐渐成为一种稀缺资源,传统的污水处理工艺（如活性污泥法）存在投资高、能耗高、运转管理要求高及处理效果受进水水质及水量波动影响较大的缺陷。渗滤工艺作为一种新型的水处理技术,其设备简单、投资低、操作管理方便、能耗低、净化效果良好,在污水处理领域有广阔的应用前景。主要介绍了土壤渗滤及人工快速渗滤工艺的污染物去除机理与效果、存在问题和解决措施。     

病原微生物药敏检测方法的研究进展

抗生素敏感试验在当前病原微生物耐药性持续增长的形势下,已成为指导临床科学合理用药不可或缺的重要环节。因此,药敏检测方法的完善与发展是快速获取科学、准确微生物耐药谱的前提,也是实现有效临床治疗的重要保障。本研究介绍了当前应用于微生物药物敏感检测的常规方法,如纸片扩散法、稀释法、Etest法等,简要分析了它们之间的优缺特性,并对近年来一些新兴发展的快速药敏检测方法进行了总结以及展望了不同类型药敏检测方法的发展和应用趋势。     

THE PRINCIPLE AND APPLICATION ON ZS DYNAMIC BALANCE METHOD OF MACHINE RIGID ROTATOR

In this paper, based on the actual need of production, a new technic method-ZS method on duple fact dynamic balance of machine rigid rotators is presented for small-scale production. The unbalanced weight and direction are obtained by adding duple test weight and measuring the bearing amplitude to the rotator system. The primary principle is developed in detail and the rightness of the new method is proved out by the simulant test and the applied real example. The outstanding advantage of the new method is that the investment cost is low and the adaptability is strong. There is a spacial application value for the great dajority of the mid and small enterprises that produce rotators in small-scale but usually the rotator standards need to be changed.     

A NEW METHOD OF RESEARCHINE THE SITE DUPLE FACE DYNAMIC BALANCE OF MACHINE RIGID ROTATOR BASE DON AMPLITUDE MEASUREMENT

In this paper, a new method of researching; the site dupleface dynamic balance of machine rigid rotator, namely duple test weightmethod is presented. Weight the new method against the existing method,namely single test weight method [1], both the efficiency increasing and theenergy-consumming dicreasing would be forty percent and over, with thebasic points of vibration theory, the formula of calculating weight andposition of the duple face dynamic unbalance of a rotator by means ofapplying the duple test weight is developed in detail. The method in handll-ing distinct bearing form is also discussed. Rightness of the new method isproved out by the living example of the simulant contrast testing carried outn the dynamic balance test machine and the site balance for a rotatorsystem of motor.
