本文旨在研究饲粮蛋白质水平对冬毛期水貂胃肠道消化酶活性以及空肠形态结构的影响。选择 90日龄的健康公貂 60只,随机分成 6组(每组 10个重复,每个重复 1只),分别饲喂蛋白质水平为 28%(Ⅰ组)、30%(Ⅱ组)、32%(Ⅲ组)、34%(Ⅳ组)、36%(Ⅴ组)和 38%(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮。预试期 7d,正试期 115d。饲养试验结束后进行屠宰,制备胃肠道内容物上清液,用于测定消化酶活性;制备空肠组织切片,用于观察空肠的形态结构。结果表明:Ⅴ组水貂的胃蛋白酶活性极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.01),与Ⅳ和Ⅵ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅳ组水貂的十二指肠和空肠胰淀粉酶活性极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.01)。Ⅳ和Ⅴ组水貂的回肠胰淀粉酶活性显著或极显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。Ⅳ组水貂的十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.01),空肠胰蛋白酶活性极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组水貂的回肠胰蛋白酶活性显著高于Ⅵ组(P<0.05),与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅵ组水貂的十二指肠胰脂肪酶活性显著或极显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05或 P<0.01),空肠胰脂肪酶活性显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅴ组水貂的回肠胰脂肪酶活性极显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅵ组(P<0.01),与Ⅳ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲粮蛋白质水平为 36%时,水貂空肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值、黏膜厚度以及肠壁厚度均处在较高水平。由此得出,饲粮蛋白质水平可影响冬毛期水貂胃肠道消化酶活性,并可调节其空肠形态结构。  相似文献

本文主要研究了小尾寒羊日粮类型对小肠不同部位和小肠内主要消化酶活性的影响。试验设计了四种日粮水平进行试验。结果表明 :日粮类型对小尾寒羊小肠内容物pH影响不大。小尾寒羊小肠不同部位内容物中淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性不同 ,十二指肠段淀粉酶活性最低 ,回肠段次之 ,空肠段最高 ,空肠段和回肠段淀粉酶活性显著高于十二指肠段。小尾寒羊小肠内淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性与日粮非结构性碳水化合物、粗蛋白含量和脂肪含量有关 ,表现酶活性随日粮非结构性碳水化合物含量、粗蛋白含量和脂肪含量的增高而增高 ,但当每只羊日粮中其含量超过一定值时 ,酶活性变化不大。  相似文献

观察了猪、鸡不同类型饲粮中添加外源性酶制剂后对其内源性消化酶活性的影响。结果,玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加外源酶后,37及67日龄丝毛乌骨鸡的小肠胰蛋白酶活性分别提高13.15%(P<0.05)和9.45%(P<0.05),总蛋白水解酶活性提高7.30%(P>0.05)和13.7%(P<0.05),但α-淀粉酶活性无显著变化;高麸皮饲粮中添加外源酶可使49日龄AA肉鸡的胰蛋白酶,总蛋白水解酶和α-淀粉酶活性分别提高46.50%(P<0.05),15.20%(P>0.05)和79.80%(P<0.05),而对胰脏中α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性无显著影响;高次粉饲粮中添加外源酶可使杜长大仔猪的小肠总蛋白水解酶活性提高21.00%(P<0.05),而对肠α-淀粉酶活性无显著影响;大麦-豆粕型饲粮中添加外源酶可使杜长大肥育猪的肠胰蛋白酶活性下降36.90%(P<0.05),肠脂肪酶活性提高72.7%(P<0.05),而对小肠α-淀粉酶和胰脏α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性无显著影响。据此认为,外源性酶与畜禽内源性消化酶活性的关系较为复杂,受到动物品种和饲粮类型的影响,尤其是后者。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平包被蛋氨酸对肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标和氨基酸表观回肠消化率的影响。选用 18日龄科宝 500肉鸡 3780只,按试验要求随机分为 7组,每组设 3个重复,每个重复 180只鸡。对照组(A组)饲粮添加 0.16%的消旋蛋氨酸(DL Met),试验组饲粮添加含量为 50%的包被蛋氨酸,添加量分别为饲粮的 0.32%(B组)、0.29%(C组)、0.26%(D组)、0.22%(E组)、0.19%(F组)、0.16%(G组)。饲喂至 42日龄结束。结果表明:B组和 C组末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其他组与对照组均差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组(除 G组外)血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组和 C组血浆总超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著高于 G组(P<0.05),其他生化指标各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组干物质和粗蛋白质表观回肠消化率均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),除 G组多种氨基酸表观回肠消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)外,其他试验组的各种氨基酸表观回肠消化率均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)或显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,随着包被蛋氨酸添加量的增加,肉鸡生长性能逐渐改善,氨基酸回肠消化率逐渐提高。饲粮添加 0.19%包被蛋氨酸(替代对照组 60%的蛋氨酸)即可满足肉鸡需要,即采用包被方式后,蛋氨酸最多可节约 40%。  相似文献

肉鸭日粮中添加卵黄抗体后对小肠不同部位(十二指肠、空肠和回肠) pH值及胰蛋白酶活性进行了测定, 结果表明, 肉鸭小肠不同部位的pH值不同, 回肠显著高于十二指肠和空肠(P<0 05), 而十二指肠略高于空肠, 差异不显著(P>0 05 ); 日粮中添加卵黄抗体后, 其pH值显著低于对照组(P<0 05)。肉鸭小肠不同部位的胰蛋白酶活性不同, 空肠最高, 其次是回肠和十二指肠; 日粮中添加卵黄抗体后, 各小肠段的胰蛋白酶活性都有所提高, 但以空肠的胰蛋白酶活性达到显著水平(P<0 05), 而回肠和十二指肠只有提高的趋势, 但差异不显著(P>0 05)。  相似文献

The pH optimum of pancreatic alpha-amylase from grain-fed steers was determined to be 6.9, while that of intestinal maltase was established at 5.8. Both assays were found to be linear up to 1 hr of incubation. The V max of pancreatic amylase was determined to be pancreatic amylase was determined to be 1.15 mg of maltose monohydrate produced/hr. Activities of pancreatic and intestinal maltase were not reduced (P greater than .05) during the interval from sample collection from the animal until analysis 4 hr later when tissues were kept on ice. Twenty-four yearling Holstein steers fed either alfalfa hay at a maintenance level of metabolizable energy (ME) intake or corn at one, two or three times the maintenance ME intake level were slaughtered after being fed 106 days. The pancreas was removed alone with sections of the intestine. Specific activity of pancreatic amylase for steers fed the high level of corn was 129% of that for steers fed the alfalfa diet (P greater than .05). Intestinal maltase activity was highest in the jejunum and decreased toward the ileum. Increasing dietary starch intake resulted in no response (P greater than .05) in maltase activity at 10, 30, 50, 70, or 90% of the small intestine length. The effect of dietary starch level on dieesta pH was dependent on sampling location within the small intestine. There were no dietary effects (P greater than .05) on digesta pH for the first 10% segment of intestine distal to the pylorus. However, in all subsequent sections, digesta pH was higher steers fed the alfalfa diet than for those fed the two higher levels of grain. A calculation for estimating th amount of pancreatic amylase needed to hydrolyze starch presented to small intestine is discussed.  相似文献

选取健康、体重相近的小尾寒羊公羔48只,随机分为4组,每组分别饲喂添加0、7.5、15和22.5mg/kgBW的半胱胺日粮,研究绵羊日粮中添加不同剂量的半胱胺对小肠内容物淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明:绵羊小肠不同部位(十二指肠、空肠和回肠)淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性不同,空肠淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性显著高于十二指肠和回肠。绵羊日粮中添加不同剂量的半胱胺可影响小肠食糜中淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性,随着日粮半胱胺添加量的增加,绵羊小肠内容物淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性随之增高,但半胱胺的添加量达到一定程度时(22.5mg/kgBW),小肠内容物淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性反而降低。因而在绵羊日粮中添加半胱胺时,一定要选择适宜的添加量。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究用固态发酵菜籽粕替代部分豆粕对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能及消化酶活性的影响.试验选用1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡180羽,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10羽,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(豆粕对照组)以及用未发酵菜籽粕(菜籽粕组)或固态发酵菜籽粕(发酵菜籽粕组)等氮替代基础饲粮中25%豆粕的饲粮.试验期6周.结果表明:发酵菜籽粕组较菜籽粕组可显著提高肉仔鸡全期的平均日增重(P<0.05),而发酵菜籽粕组肉仔鸡平均日增重比豆粕对照组稍高,但差异不显著(P>0.05).21日龄时,与豆粕对照组相比,发酵菜籽粕组显著提高了肉仔鸡的脾脏指数、胸腺指数及十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05);42日龄时,菜籽粕组较豆粕对照组显著提高了肉仔鸡的脾脏指数(P<0.05),发酵菜籽粕组显著提高了十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05).由此可见,固态发酵菜籽粕等氮替代基础饲粮中25%的豆粕具有提高肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和肠道消化酶活性的作用.  相似文献

1. An experiment was conducted to examine the variability in chemical composition of 16 wheat cultivars and to study how this variability affected the performance of broiler chickens given diets containing 650 or 815 g wheat/kg diet during the first 3 weeks of life. Intestinal viscosity, apparent fat digestibility and apparent metabolisable energy were determined with all diets. Intestinal pH and the relative weight of different parts of the intestine were measured in chickens fed on diets with the high wheat inclusion. 2. The 16 wheat cultivars varied in chemical composition, with protein content ranging from 112 to 127 g/kg dry matter, starch content from 658 to 722 g/kg dry matter and non-starch polysaccharides from 98 to 117 g/kg dry matter. The effect of the different wheat cultivars on the measured parameters was most pronounced in chickens fed on diets with 815 g wheat/kg diet (P<0.001). However, significant (P<0.001) differences between cultivars were still present at the lower wheat content. 3. Milling-quality wheats resulted in better performance (P<0.001) than feeding-quality wheats at the high inclusion, whereas such an effect could not be registered in diets at the lower wheat inclusion. These results indicate that some of the feeding wheats are comparable in quality to milling wheats when included at the concentrations which are more common in practical broiler diets. 4. Decreasing the wheat content in the diets resulted in significantly (P<0.001) better performance and considerably (P<0.001) lower intestinal viscosity (jejunum; 2.4 to 5.9 cps, ileum; 4.6 to 10.9 cps) than in chickens fed on diets with the higher wheat inclusion level (jejunum; 9.1 to 38.4 cps, ileum; 20.8 to 82.0 cps). 5. Diets with 815 g wheat/kg influenced pH in the caeca, but not in the ileum and gizzard. The relative weights of the gizzard and ileum differed significantly (P<0.05) between treatments, whereas those of duodenum, jejunum and caeca were not affected by dietary addition of the different wheat cultivars. 6. The present study demonstrated that the chemical composition and the nutritive value of Danish wheats for broilers vary markedly. The results indicated that the non-starch polysaccharide and especially the arabinoxylan content of wheat are important factors in the discussion of the result obtained. Poor correlations were seen between performance and AMEn and care should be taken when using AMEn values alone to predict the nutritive value of wheat and wheat-based diets.  相似文献

为研究益生菌发酵红薯渣对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率的影响,采用单因素随机设计试验,选择体重相近、健康的育肥肉牛40头随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头,试验1组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别用10%、15%、20%益生菌发酵红薯渣替代饲粮中的玉米,预试验10 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组的平均日增重较1组比分别提高16.9、14.1%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组的料重比较1组比分别降低14.9%、12.4%(P<0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组干物质、蛋白质、钙、磷的表观消化率均高于1组(P 0.05);试验3、4组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较1组比分别提高12.7%、11.0%、18.9%、16.4%(P<0.05)。综上,益生菌发酵红薯渣替代饲料中15%玉米,可以提高肉牛的生长性能和养分表观消化率。  相似文献

研究添加复合微生态制剂和饲用抗生素对肉鸡血清生化指标和肠道酶活性的影响。试验选取500只1日龄雌性健康AA肉鸡随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只。试验预试期7d,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂不含抗生素的基础饲粮,Ⅴ组为饲用抗生素组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为微生态制剂组,添加量分别为1.0‰、2.0‰、4.0‰。正试期为35d。结果表明,除42日龄外,其余各试验阶段Ⅲ组肉鸡血清总蛋白含量均显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P〈0.05);除14日龄外,Ⅲ组肉鸡血清尿素氮含量均显著低于对照组和抗生素组(P〈0.05);在每个试验阶段,Ⅲ组回肠内容物蛋白酶活性均显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P〈0.05),且除14日龄外,Ⅲ组肉鸡空肠内容物蛋白酶活性最高,显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P〈0.05);除14日龄外,Ⅲ组空肠和回肠内容物淀粉酶活性均最高,显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P〈0.05)。由此可知,2.0‰复合微生态制剂能够显著提高肉鸡血清总蛋白水平,增强空肠和回肠内容物蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性,同时在一定程度上降低了肉鸡血清尿素氮含量。  相似文献

In this study, we evaluated the nutritional functions of rice for weaning piglets. Sixteen weaning piglets with an average initial weight of 7.2 kg were divided into two groups. One group was fed a corn‐soybean meal based diet, and the other was fed a rice‐soybean meal based diet, containing 50% corn and rice, respectively. A 2 weeks growth trial was conducted and growth performance, intestinal mucosal enzyme activities and plasma urea nitrogen were measured. The average daily gain in rice‐fed piglets was significantly higher than that in corn‐fed piglets and the average daily feed intake tended to be higher in rice‐fed piglets than in corn‐fed piglets. Maltase and aminopeptidase activities (mol/g tissue) in the jejunum in rice‐fed piglets were significantly higher than those in corn‐fed piglets, although these enzyme activities were not different in the duodenum. Sucrase and dipeptidyl peptidase IV activities in the two groups were not different in either the duodenum or jejunum. Although the feed (nitrogen) intake was higher in rice‐fed piglets, the plasma urea nitrogen in rice‐fed piglets was significantly lower (= 0.006) than that in corn‐fed piglets. These results indicate that rice is a good alternative feedstuff for the diet of weaning piglets.  相似文献

This study determined the variations in protein digestibilities and digestion rates in broiler chickens offered diets containing 7 different meat and bone meals (MBM). A total of 252 male Ross 308 broiler chickens were offered 7 atypical diets largely based on maize and MBM from 24 to 28 d post-hatch. Each experimental diet was offered to 6 replicates with 6 birds per replicate cage. Excreta were collected in their entirety from 25 to 27 d post-hatch and on 28 d post-hatch. Digesta samples were collected from the proximal jejunum, distal jejunum, proximal ileum and distal ileum. Apparent digestibilities of protein were determined in each segment and apparent digestibilities of amino acids were measured in the distal ileum. There were significant differences in apparent protein digestibility coefficients in the proximal jejunum (P = 0.006), where broiler chickens offered the high ash beef meal (diet 7) generated the lowest protein digestibility in the proximal jejunum (0.318). Similarly, there were significant differences in apparent digestibility coefficients in the distal jejunum (P < 0.001) and distal ileum (P < 0.001) but not in the proximal ileum. More pronounced differences were found in the disappearance rate of protein and there were significant differences in all 4 segments of the small intestine (P < 0.001). Broiler chickens offered the high ash beef meal had the lowest protein disappearance rate (P < 0.001). No difference was observed in the predicted protein digestion rate (P = 0.486) but chickens offered the high ash beef meal had the lowest potential digestible protein (0.662, P = 0.034) whereas the highest potential digestible protein (0.739) was detected in diet 5 (containing a beef meal). This study contributed to the establishment of a preliminary database to include digestion rates of starch and protein into practical diet formulation.  相似文献

试验研究 3种营养需要模式对 8~ 2 0kg断奶仔猪生产性能、胴体品质和胴体瘦肉生长的影响。结果表明 ,采用建议的营养需要模式配制的饲粮饲养仔猪 ,获得的生产性能、胴体品质、胴体瘦肉增重和无脂瘦肉增重以及胴体瘦肉成分优于或接近于采用NRC( 1998)营养需要模式配制的饲粮、极显著优于采用中国 ( 1987)营养需要模式配制的饲粮。根据本试验结果认为 ,建议的营养需要模式更适合杜× (大×长 )断奶仔猪的需要。  相似文献
