益生菌发酵红薯渣对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率的影响

摘    要:为研究益生菌发酵红薯渣对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率的影响,采用单因素随机设计试验,选择体重相近、健康的育肥肉牛40头随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头,试验1组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别用10%、15%、20%益生菌发酵红薯渣替代饲粮中的玉米,预试验10 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组的平均日增重较1组比分别提高16.9、14.1%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组的料重比较1组比分别降低14.9%、12.4%(P<0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组干物质、蛋白质、钙、磷的表观消化率均高于1组(P 0.05);试验3、4组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较1组比分别提高12.7%、11.0%、18.9%、16.4%(P<0.05)。综上,益生菌发酵红薯渣替代饲料中15%玉米,可以提高肉牛的生长性能和养分表观消化率。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of sweet potato residue fermented by probiotics on growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of beef cattle.In the experiment,40 fattening beef cattle with similar body weight and health were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group had 10 repetitions,one for each repetitions.The group 1 was fed with basic diet.The groups 2,3,4 were fed with 10%,15%and 20%probiotic fermented sweet potato dregs to replace corn in the diet.The preliminary experiment lasted for 10 days and 60 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 16.9%and 14.1%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),and the average feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);the ratio of feed to gain of groups 3 and 4 was 14.9%and 12.4%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05);(2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter,protein,calcium and phosphorus in groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that in group 1(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber in groups 3 and 4 were 12.7%,11.0%,18.9%,16.4%higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).In conclusion,the growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of beef cattle could be improved by probiotic fermentation of sweet potato residut instead of 15%corn in feed.
