将20头大约克种公猪随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1%中草药,研究复方中草药添加剂对种公猪精液量和精液品质的影响。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组的精液量、精子活力、精子密度均显著提高,精子畸形率显著降低。说明在种公猪基础日粮中添加1%中草药可显著改善种公猪的射精量和精液品质。  相似文献

选取225只1日龄艾维茵肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,研究中草药方剂对肉仔鸡脂类代谢的影响。基础日粮为玉米-豆粕型,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的中草药复方添加剂,进行为期6周的饲养试验。结果表明:日粮中添加该方剂显著影响了肉仔鸡血液中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG3)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量,且随着中草药添加水平的升高,TC、TG3、LDL-C含量有下降的趋势,而HDL-C则显著升高,并且能显著降低腹脂率、肝脂含量和肌肉中胆固醇含量。  相似文献

为了研究中草药添加剂对肉仔鸡肌肉理化特性的影响,试验选用270只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮(玉米-豆粕型),试验组分别在基础日粮中添加杆菌肽锌和0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的中草药添加剂,进行为期6周的饲养试验。结果表明:该中草药方剂显著降低了胸肌的滴水损失,提高了肉的嫩度,且以1.5%的添加量效果最佳。  相似文献

试验采用随机设计,将40只21日龄的健康艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分成4组,分别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组,每组2个重复,每个重复5只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别饲喂添加0.5%、1%、2%中草药添加剂的基础日粮,试验进行35 d,从而研究中草药添加剂对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响,并筛选出中草药添加剂效果最好的剂量。试验结果表明:这3种不同剂量的中草药添加剂均能不同程度地提高了肉仔鸡的平均体重、平均日增重(P<0.05),降低了肉鸡的料肉比(P<0.05),其中以添加1%的效果最佳。  相似文献

80只1日龄Arber Acros肉鸡,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每重复10只鸡。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2组为试验组,饲喂添加1%中草药添加剂的基础日粮,研究中草药添加剂对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加1%中草药添加剂可显著提高肉仔鸡的饲料转化率、胸腺和脾脏质量、指数、T淋巴细胞数量及新城疫HI抗体滴度,也可提高红细胞C3b受体花环率(C3bRR)及红细胞免疫复合物花环率(ICR);对肉鸡平均日增质量、法氏囊质量及指数均无明显影响。  相似文献

This study was carried out to evaluate the nutritional effects of rice feeding and carnitine addition to a diet for broiler chicks. Thirty‐six male 10‐day‐old broiler chicks were assigned to one of the following four treatment groups: corn‐based diet (corn group), rice‐based diet (rice group), and each diet with added carnitine (100 ppm). The experimental period was 2 weeks. Rice feeding resulted in significantly higher growth performance (body weight gain and feed efficiency) compared to corn feeding. Carnitine addition also resulted in higher growth performance. Breast muscle and thigh muscle weight (g) were significantly higher in broiler chicks fed rice and those fed diets with added carnitine. Liver mRNA expression of IGF‐I was significantly higher in broiler chicks fed rice compared to those fed corn. There was no significant difference in mRNA expression of muscle atrogin‐1 or liver CPT‐I between broiler chicks fed rice and those fed corn, not between broilers chicks fed diets containing carnitine or not. Overall, these results show that rice feeding and carnitine addition improve the growth performance of broiler chicks by increasing mRNA expression of liver IGF‐I. In addition, carnitine action is not affected by different cereals (corn and rice).  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨日粮添加共轭亚油酸(CLA)对肉仔鸡体组成和肉品品质的影响。240只1日龄肉仔鸡随机分配到4个日粮处理组(0%、0.25%、0.5%和1%CLA),每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验结果表明:42d时,0.5%和1%CLA组肉仔鸡胸肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1%CLA组肉仔鸡42d腿肌率显著高于对照组,肉仔鸡的腹脂率在各处理之间没有显著差异(P>0.05),1%CLA组肉仔鸡胸肌粗蛋白质粗脂肪比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。0.5%、1%CLA组肉仔鸡胸肌滴水损失和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,CLA可改善肉仔鸡屠体性状,增加鸡肉系水力和延长货架存放时间。  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮添加不同水平的中草药添加剂对母兔泌乳力影响。选取99只体重相近、胎次相同的母獭兔,随机分为3组,每组33只,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+1%中草药添加剂和基础日粮+2%中草药添加剂。预试期4 d,正试期26 d(分娩后第0天至下一次配种前1天)。检测其产仔性能及分娩第0、7、14、21和28天的泌乳量。试验结果表明,饲喂2%中草药添加剂的母兔产后不同时间泌乳量极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;1%添加剂组母兔泌乳量与对照组相比有增加趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);随着中草药添加量的增加,仔兔断奶成活率逐渐提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合以上试验结果,中草药添加剂有提高母兔泌乳力及仔兔断奶成活率的效果,以添加量为2%为宜。  相似文献

A 42‐day trial was conducted to compare the effects of the following seven experimental diets, which varied in black seed, cumin seed, probiotic or prebiotic concentrations, on the broiler chicks: control (no additives), diet BS1 (4 g/kg black seed), diet BS2 (8 g/kg black seed), diet CS1 (4 g/kg cumin seed), diet CS2 (8 g/kg cumin seed), diet Pro (1 g/kg probiotic Primalac®) and diet Pre (2 g/kg prebiotic Fermacto®). A total of 420 1‐day‐old male broiler chicks, initially weighing an average of 43 g, were distributed into 28 floor pens at a stocking density of 15 birds per pen. At 28 day of age, the body weight in the birds fed diets BS2, CS2 and Pro was significantly higher than in the control group, but final body weight was not affected. Additionally, the birds fed diets BS2, Pro and Pre exhibited better feed conversion ratio than control birds from 0 to 42 day of age. Diets BS2, CS2 and Pro also statistically increased the relative weight of thymus and bursa of Fabricius, whereas only diet Pro decreased the abdominal fat percentage compared with control diet. Regarding the haematological parameters, feeding diet BS2 yielded a significant increase in red blood cell count, haemoglobin concentration and haematocrit percentage compared with control diet. Serum total cholesterol and low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the birds fed diets BS2, Pro and Pre were also significantly lower than in the birds fed the control diet. Without exception, no diets affected feed intake, internal organs weights, carcass characteristics, antibody titres against Newcastle and influenza viruses and leucocyte subsets. In general, current study showed promising results regarding the use of spice additives as growth and health promoters, especially at higher levels of their incorporation in the diets, which were comparable to the probiotic‐ or prebiotic‐containing diets.  相似文献

This study was designed to explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on milk production and reproduction performance of rabbit does. Total 99 does were separated into 3 treatments (33 does in each treatment) and fed with the basal diet adding 0, 1%, 2% Chinese herbal medicine additives,respectively. Pre-feeding period was 4 d and test period was 26 d (from the first day of postpartum to the last day before next mating). Daily milk production of does was detected after delivery 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d. Both litter size and the number of weaned rabbits were recorded. The results showed that milk production of does fed with 2% Chinese herbal medicine additives were increased extremely significantly (P<0.01) or significantly (P<0.05) compared to control group, and there was no significant difference between control group and 1% Chinese herbal medicine additives group (P>0.05). Survival rate of weaned rabbits increased with the increasing dosage of the additives, but did not differ significantly (P>0.05). In conclusion, the Chinese herbal medicine additives could improve milk production of rabbit does and survival rate of weaned rabbits, and the optimal dosage should be 2%.  相似文献

试验旨在探究复方中草药添加剂对芦花鸡生产性能、肉质性状及腿肌H-FABP mRNA表达量的影响。试验采用单因子设计方案,选取1日龄体重相近、健康的芦花鸡作为研究对象,将600只芦花鸡均分为对照组和试验组,每组300只鸡(公母各半),每组4个重复,每个重复75只鸡,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.3%的复方中草药添加剂,预饲期7 d,试验期84 d。结果(与对照组相比)显示:试验组平均日增重提高17.01%(P<0.01),料重比降低25.84%(P<0.01);腿肌剪切力和滴水损失分别降低26.83%(P<0.05)和17.42%(P<0.05),腿肌的肌纤维密度提高27.55%(P<0.05),肌纤维直径降低11.57%(P<0.05);腿肌H-FABP m RNA表达量无显著变化(P>0.05)。研究表明:该复方中草药添加剂可提高芦花鸡的生产性能,还可提高肌肉的嫩度,改善肌肉的品质。  相似文献

目的 研究基础日粮中添加不同含量复方中草药添加剂对奶牛生产性能的影响。方法 本试验选取体重接近、胎次相同、体况良好的荷斯坦牛60 头,随机分为4 组,每组15 头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验I组、II组、III组在基础日粮中分别添加复方中草药添加剂200 g/d·头,250 g/d·头,300 g/d·头,试验期为30 d。结果 与对照组相比,日粮中添加250 g/d·头的复方中草药添加剂显著降低了牛奶中的乳脂率和体细胞数(P<0.05),显著提高了奶牛的采食量、产奶量和牛奶中的乳蛋白率(P<0.05)。结论 日粮中添加250 g/d·头的复方中草药剂作为饲料添加剂,可以提高奶牛的生产性能及奶牛场的经济效益。  相似文献

为探明不同组方中草药饲料添加剂对京海黄鸡生产性能和肉品质的影响。随机选择1日龄京海黄鸡160羽,分成4组,每组40羽,在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的中草药组成试验组A、B和C组,对照组D组不添加。结果表明,中草药饲料添加剂能提高京海黄鸡的成活率、日增重、活重、屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、肌肉pH、色度、系水力和嫩度,降低日采食量、料重比和腹脂率,可以起到改善生产性能和提高肉品质的效果,并且以添加1.0%中草药组效果最好。  相似文献

文章旨在评估日粮添加中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。试验选择21d断奶、平均体重为(5.90±0.03)kg的仔猪450头,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复30头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗菌肽组饲喂基础日粮+45mg/kg抗菌肽,中草药组饲喂基础日粮+200mg/kg中草药添加剂,试验共进行42d。结果:对照组断奶仔猪在1~21d日增重较其他两组分别显著降低3.57%和5.86%(P<0.05),而中草药组仔猪在22~42d的日增重较对照组和抗菌肽组分别显著提高3.64%和3.37%(P<0.05),同时该组1~42d日增重较对照组显著提高4.54%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,中草药组仔猪在1~21d和1~42d的料重比分别显著降低5.52%和3.47%(P<0.05)。对照组仔猪死亡率较其他两组分别显著提高137.75%和126.21%(P<0.05)。中草药组仔猪血清胆固醇含量较对照组和抗菌肽组分别显著降低35.78%和33.43%(P<0.05),但该组血清甘油三酯浓度分别显著提高19.09%和11.96%(P<0.05)。中草药组仔猪血清IgG浓度较对照组显著提高12.74%(P<0.05),而对照组和中草药组血清IL-6浓度较抗菌肽组分别显著提高34.04%和23.89%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加200mg/kg中草药添加剂可以改善断奶仔猪生长性能、血清性状及免疫反应。  相似文献

选择240只7日龄肉仔鸡按照体重相近原则随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只,分别饲喂添加0%、0.01%、0.055%、0.1%、0.145% β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸(HMB)的试验日粮.采用三层笼养,试验期35 d.试验结果表明:(1)不同水平HMB对肉仔鸡生产性能的总体影响不显著.7~21日龄时,与对照组相比,0.145% HMB组内仔鸡料重比降低6.06%(P>0.05);0.1%和O.145%HMB肥组肉仔鸡死亡率低于对照组水平.22~42日龄时,0.145%HMB组肉仔鸡采食量与对照组相比降低9.94%,各处理组体增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05);7~42日龄时.0.145%HMB组肉仔鸡采食量与对照组相比降低9.03%(P<0.05),各处理问体增重和料重比无显著差异,但0.145%HMB组肉鸡料重比最小.0.1%和0.145%HMB组肉仔鸡死亡率低于对照组和其他处理组.(2)肉仔鸡的屠宰性能包括屠宰率、半净膛、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率在各处理问无显著差异(P>0.05),0.145%HMB组肉仔鸡腿肌率较对照组提高3.74%(P=0.075).可见,在7~42日龄内仔鸡日粮中添加适量的HMB可显著降低肉仔鸡采食量.而体增重和饲料效率无显著变化,并有促进肉仔鸡腿部肌肉生长发育的趋势.  相似文献
