创新产学研合作模式 助推经济转型升级

为响应建设创新性国家的倡议,实现我国经济的转型升级。本文以中国计量学院开展的产学研合作创新模式为例,探索了以技术转移、产学研合作、工程实践教育、协同创新等形式的中心模式,与地方和科研院所的战略合作模式,与企业和地方的项目对接模式,高科技园和基地等模式,提出了加强校地产学研合作的对策与建议。表明校地产学研合作能为我国经济和教育的发展起到助推作用。     

工科高校产学研背景下创新型人才培养的现状分析

目前,国内高校正在逐步探索产学研合作对创新型人才培养的途径,产学研结合模式将高校、科研机构和企事业单位有效协调,这种培养模式为人才培养发挥积极作用,然而仍存在一些薄弱环节和深层次问题。笔者提出采取人才培养倒逼机制,建立产学研合作教育与培养创新型人才的改进措施,通过健全创新型教育激励机制,修订创新型人才培养方案,推进创新型实践教学改革,培养适合社会需求的高质量、高素质工科综合型创新人才。     

关于应用型高校创新创业教育良性循环模式的探索——以安徽科技学院为例

创新创业教育有机融入高校工科教学全过程,对提高人才培养质量、带动学校创新创业水平和质量有重大的积极意义,论文以地方应用型高水平建设大学为例,提出以教师主导的学生创新创业教育带动教学、科研、应用产出,促进良性循环模式,将创新与创业有机结合,将创新教育与产学研合作有机统一,实现沉淀和体制机制的创新。     

高职高专教育产学结合人才培养面临的问题与培养模式的思考

校企产学研合作存在问题及对策研究

为提高汽车服务工程专业人才培养质量,坚持产学研合作是必由之路。本文依托地域汽车行业优势,积极创新校企合作人才培养模式,探索实践出一些强化校企合作的措施,效果明显,凝练打造出了鲜明的专业方向和培养特色。     

高校IT实践基地建设和运行机制研究

国家发布2010~2020中长期教育改革和发展规划以来,人才培养体质改革成为教育行业尤其是高等教育行业的热点话题,围绕如何创新人才培养模式、改革教育质量评价和人才评价体系,全国教育教学机构都进行了大量的探讨。所研究的对象就是通过在校内建立IT创新实践基地的形式,并同企业展开产学研合作,形成一种同传统教学模式相辅相成的人才实践培养体系。以郑州大学西亚斯国际学院(下称"学院")为研究对象探讨在校企产学研合作的基础上如何充分利用校内实践资源构建校内IT实践基地,并详细论述其运行机制。     

Institutional commitment: what it is and how to get it

Institutional commitment is essential to developing and sustaining successful distance-education programs. This article begins by placing the discussion of institutional commitment within the context of today's distance-education or online environment and argues for the role of regional accrediting bodies in implementing best practices and quality assurance in distance education. It then explains why broad-based institutional commitment is necessary and recommends strategies for obtaining it. The author delineates different strategies for various institutional stakeholders such as students, faculty, administrators, and alumni. The author concludes by drawing on his personal observation and experience in developing a collaborative distance education degree program, noting the success of these different strategies with multiple stakeholders.     

An instructional intervention to encourage effective deep collaborative learning in undergraduate veterinary students

In recent years, veterinary education has received an increased amount of attention directed at the value and application of collaborative case-based learning. The benefit of instilling deep learning practices in undergraduate veterinary students has also emerged as a powerful tool in encouraging continued professional education. However, research into the design and application of instructional strategies to encourage deep, collaborative case-based learning in veterinary undergraduates has been limited. This study focused on delivering an instructional intervention (via a 20-minute presentation and student handout) to foster productive, collaborative case-based learning in veterinary education. The aim was to instigate and encourage deep learning practices in a collaborative case-based assignment and to assess the impact of the intervention on students' group learning. Two cohorts of veterinary students were involved in the study. One cohort was exposed to an instructional intervention, and the other provided the control for the study. The instructional strategy was grounded in the collaborative learning literature and prior empirical studies with veterinary students. Results showed that the intervention cohort spent proportionally more time on understanding case content material than did the control cohort and rated their face-to-face discussions as more useful in achieving their learning outcomes than did their control counterparts. In addition, the perceived difficulty of the assignment evolved differently for the control and intervention students from start to end of the assignment. This study provides encouraging evidence that veterinary students can change and enhance the way they interact in a group setting to effectively engage in collaborative learning practices.     

基于Sakai的协作型混合教学模式研究 ——以家畜环境卫生学课程为例

Sakai等网络教学和协作学习平台在高等教育中的应用,为高校专业课程教学改革提供了新的思路。以家畜环境卫生学课程为例,介绍了基于Sakai网络教学平台进行混合式教学的一些实践,分析了基于Sakai的协作型混合教学模式之环境设计、教学设计、效果评价、模式推广所面临的问题并提出应对策略。基于Sakai的协作型混合教学模式,在师生互动、学生自主学习能力、学生学习兴趣和积极性提高等方面确实有着重要的作用,通过改善教育教学观念、加强硬件投入和建立有效机制等一系列对策可以有效解决该模式在应用过程中遇到的各种问题。     

现代学徒制背景下高职教师队伍培养的思考

现代学徒制人才培养模式是产教深度融合，深化工学结合和校企合作的有效途径之一，也是培养大批优质毕业生的保障之一。从师资队伍培养的角度出发，对现代学徒制做了些许思考，提出了通过建设校企双方相互聘用、共同教学的方式来解决兽药专业群教学实践活动中师资队伍存在的问题。     

美国公民道德教育核心问题的探讨及其启示

美国公民道德教育对于维护美国的社会制度和促进社会发展具有重要作用。美国公民道德教育是建立在“美德可教”和“德育主导”理论基础之上的，它充分肯定了具有达到资格要求的德育教师的重要作用，提出了具有自己特色的教育内容和方法。对其进行借鉴对于改进和完善我国的思想政治教育具有重要的促进作用。     

Outcome-based education

The move to outcome-based education has been one of the most important trends in health-profession education in recent years. This paper defines outcomes and outcome-based education, describes the development of outcome-based education, identifies several different ways that outcomes have been presented, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the outcome-based educational approach. The implementation of outcome-based education at the University of Dundee medical school, Scotland, UK is described as a case study for curriculum planners in veterinary medical education. The lessons learned in Dundee from six years' experience with outcome-based education are identified to aid veterinary medical educators wishing to implement the approach.     

Training health professions instructors for the twenty-first century: the Dundee experience

This article describes the award-bearing program of courses for instructors and trainers of health care professionals in medical education that is available through the Centre for Medical Education, University of Dundee, Scotland, UK. The program is designed for those who wish to enhance their teaching skills and acknowledges the different roles that a instructor must undertake. The program is open to health care professionals throughout the world. Participation from across the world has increased on a yearly basis; currently we have upwards of 1,000 health professionals studying with us. This article describes the educational philosophy underpinning the course structure. It looks at the special features of the course, such as the outcome-based approach and the linking of theory to practice. The course design, delivery, content, and assessment are explained, as well as some new developments and collaborative work. It is hoped that this article will be of interest to journal readers wishing to undertake a qualification in health professions education.     

Public health education at the University of California, Davis: past, present, and future programs

This article reviews the history of public-health education at the University of California, Davis, from the inception of the Master of Preventive Veterinary Medicine Program in the School of Veterinary Medicine through the creation of the Master of Public Health Program offered jointly by the Schools of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. The long history of collaborative teaching and research between the schools, as well as the university's close proximity to and relationship with numerous university-affiliated and state public-health agencies, has created remarkable opportunities for novel and creative public-health education. The university is already anticipating the approval of a School of Public Health on its campus, which will create even more educational opportunities in both human and veterinary public-health disciplines. Given the projected shortfall of veterinarians entering such fields, the opportunity of a novel Doctor of Public Health degree program specifically suited to the needs of veterinary medicine is also discussed as a means of addressing this shortage.     

Academic and private practice partnerships in veterinary radiology residency training

As veterinary radiologists devote greater time to telemedicine consultation, residency training must evolve to reflect the skills of these services. The contribution of private practice/consultant radiologists to residency training has traditionally been minimal but academic and private practice partnerships in education and research can provide the framework for a well‐rounded residency. These partnerships can also lessen the impact of workforce shortages in academia and provide financial compensation to academicians through external consultation. The purpose of this commentary is to review existing collaborative interactions between academic and private practice veterinary radiologists; with a focus on ways to sustain, improve, and cautiously increase the number of veterinary radiology training programs.     

Control measures to African swine fever outbreak: active response in South Korea,preparation for the future,and cooperation

African swine fever (ASF) is one of the most complex infectious swine diseases and the greatest concern to the pig industry owing to its high mortality and no effective vaccines available to prevent the disease. Since the first outbreak of ASF in pig farms, ASF has been identified in 14 pig farms in four cities/counties in South Korea. The outbreak was resolved in a short period because of the immediate control measures and cooperative efforts. This paper reviews the ASF outbreak and the experience of successfully stopping ASF in pig farms in South Korea through active responses to prevent the spread of ASF. In addition, suitable changes to build a sustainable pig production system and collaborative efforts to overcome the dangerous animal disease, such as ASF, are discussed.
