通过对池塘和稻田2种养殖模式下克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)的肌肉常规营养成分进行测定,同时,对肌肉和肝胰腺的氨基酸和脂肪酸组成进行测定,从而对其营养品质进行分析评价。结果显示,2种养殖模式下克氏原螯虾粗蛋白和粗脂肪无显著性差异(P>0.05),池塘养殖模式下水分显著高于稻田模式(P<0.05),而粗灰分显著低于稻田模式(P<0.05)。在2种模式下肌肉和肝胰腺中均检测出17种氨基酸,包括7种必需氨基酸和4种鲜味氨基酸。2种养殖模式下肌肉的必需氨基酸总含量占氨基酸总量(WEAA/WTAA)值无显著性差异(P>0.05),而肝胰腺中池塘养殖模式WEAA/WTAA值显著高于稻田模式(P<0.05)。根据氨基酸评分(AAS)和化学评分(CS),克氏原螯虾肌肉和肝胰腺中第一限制氨基酸均为甲硫氨酸+胱氨酸,肌肉中第二限制氨基酸为缬氨酸,肝胰腺中第二限制氨基酸为亮氨酸。另外,在肌肉中检测出20种脂肪酸,而在肝胰腺中检测出24种脂肪酸,其中,肌肉和肝胰腺中饱和脂肪酸含量最高的是棕榈酸(C16:0);单不饱和脂肪酸含量最高的是油酸(C18:1n9c)。研究表明,池塘和稻田2种养殖模式下的克氏原螯虾,肌肉和肝胰腺均具有较高的食用价值和营养价值。  相似文献

We analysed fatty acids (FAs) composition and the potential functions of FAs in hepatopancreas and testis of freshwater caridean shrimp Macrobrachium nipponense during testis development. The hepatopancreas presented a high unsaturated FA content of about 40%, whereas the testis showed a high level of saturated fatty acids (SFAs) with a decreasing content of 97–86% of total FAs during maturation. Several specific FAs in testis showed significant changes throughout maturation. Among SFAs, C14:0 contributed with a relatively constant high proportion of about 22%, whereas C16:0 and C18:0 contents were also at high levels but showed significant increases during maturation. Representatives of highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFAs), such as C18:1n‐9, C18:2n‐6, C20:5n‐3 (EPA), C20:4n‐6 (AA) and C22:6n‐3 (DHA) showed significant increases despite their low proportion in the gonad. These results suggest that a high content of HUFAs in hepatopancreas may represent a reservoir for sperm production. The FA C14:0 may provide a particular function. The variations of the FA profile in testis at different developmental stages reveals that C18:1n‐9, C18:2n‐6, C20:5n‐3, C20:4n‐6 and C22:6n‐3 may play important roles in spermiogenesis.  相似文献

通过在人工配合饲料中分别添加5%的花生油、猪油、鱼油和豆油作为主要脂肪源,以商业饲料为对照,进行8周饲喂实验,研究不同脂肪源对红螯光壳螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)幼虾生长、消化酶活性及其肌肉生化组成的影响。结果显示,不同脂肪源对红螯光壳螯虾幼虾的体长增长率和特定增长率影响不显著(P0.05);但增重率各组间存在显著性差异(P0.05),以豆油组最高,达到2332.93%,花生油组最低,为1839.50%;豆油组肝胰腺指数显著高于其他各组(P0.05),为0.75%。幼虾存活率以豆油组最高(P0.05),达到83.3%,鱼油组较低,仅为56.7%。不同脂肪源饲喂组的肝胰腺胃蛋白酶活力无显著差异(P0.05);脂肪酶活力花生油组显著高于其他实验组(P0.05),为1177.23U/g(prot);淀粉酶活力各组间差异显著(P0.05),由高到低依次为鱼油组、对照组、豆油组、猪油组、花生油组;纤维素酶活力以花生油组较高,为61.14U/(gprot()P0.05)。幼虾腹部肌肉中各种脂肪酸的含量明显受到饲料中脂肪酸种类和含量的影响,饱和脂肪酸含量猪油组显著高于其他组(P0.05);单不饱和脂肪酸以花生油组含量最高,豆油组最低;多不饱和脂肪酸则以豆油组含量最高(P0.05)。在各实验组中,豆油组红螯光壳螯虾幼体具有最高的体质量增长率和存活率,较高的肝胰腺指数和肝胰腺消化酶活力,豆油组幼虾腹部肌肉中多不饱和脂肪酸尤其是亚油酸和亚麻酸含量也较高。因此,以豆油作为主要脂肪源能够满足红螯光壳螯虾幼体的生长需要,获得较好的饲养效果,并降低饲料成本。  相似文献

为了研究不同生长时期红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)肌肉和肝胰腺内脂肪酸和氨基酸的动态变化,选取90 d (第二性征未发育)、140 d (第二性征发育成熟)和180 d (性腺发育成熟)的红螯螯虾,分别测定其肌肉和肝胰腺内氨基酸和脂肪酸的含量。结果显示,90 d红螯螯虾肌肉中的必需氨基酸总量显著高于其他2个时期(P<0.05);而红螯螯虾肝胰腺内必需氨基酸总量和非必需氨基酸总量均随着日龄增加而逐渐下降。比较不同生长时期肌肉中脂肪酸含量发现,随着日龄增长,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量呈下降趋势;而单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,140 d含量最高[(25.69±0.42)%];多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量呈上升的变化趋势。肝胰腺中SFA含量在 3个生长时期内无显著性差异(P>0.05),MUFA含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,140 d含量最高[(37.44±0.59)%],而PUFA含量变化与MUFA正好相反。营养价值评估结果显示,180 d (可上市销售)的红螯螯虾肌肉内必需氨基酸指数(49.96%)高于联合国粮农组织/世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)评分模式(31.50%)和全鸡蛋蛋白质模式(43.10%),是较为理想的优质食物蛋白源。由上可知,在不同生长时期,肌肉和肝胰腺中的氨基酸、脂肪酸的主要消耗不同,研究结果对了解不同生长时期红螯螯虾营养需求、开发红螯螯虾配合饲料提供了参考依据。  相似文献

Natural food (NF, control), artificial diets (AD) containing total lipid levels of 10%, 12% and 14% (AD10, AD12 and AD14) and their combinations (AD10+NF, AD12+NF and AD14+NF) were fed for 112 days to pond‐sourced eyestalk‐ablated mud crab Scylla serrata (625±6.4 g) in tanks in order to determine their effects on reproduction and lipid profiles in broodstock tissues and zoeae. Crabs fed NF had the highest number of spawning followed by crabs fed AD10+NF and AD14+NF. Higher offspring production (number of zoeae) was obtained from crabs fed NF and AD+NF than from AD. As dietary total lipid levels increased, total lipid of broodstock ovaries, hepatopancreas, muscle and zoeae correspondingly increased in which AD+NF promoted higher levels than AD. Increased dietary total lipid levels enhanced lipid classes such as triacylglycerols and phosphatidyl choline levels in zoeae, all higher in crabs fed AD+NF than in AD. The major fatty acids in zoeae, particularly 16:0, 18:0, 18:1n‐9 and 20:4n‐6, 20:5n‐3 and 22:6n‐3, were higher in crabs fed AD+NF than in AD, the contents corresponding to broodstock dietary total lipid levels. A 10% total lipid in AD in combination with NF was sufficient to provide the essential lipids in crabs in the improvement of larval production and quality.  相似文献

为了探究中华绒螯蟹自身脂肪酸合成能力,采用RACE技术,克隆获得中华绒螯蟹ELOVL6 c DNA序列全长(Gen Bank accession:KT779219)。该序列全长2247 bp,包括235、873和1139 bp的5'非编码区(5'-UTR)、开放阅读框(ORF)和3'非编码区(3'-UTR),编码290个氨基酸(AA),具有ELOVL家族的全部特征:6个跨膜区、高度保守的组氨酸簇HXXHH、多个保守区以及内质网滞留信号KXKXX。分析发育树表明,ELOVL2与ELOVL5聚为一支,ELOVL6聚为另一支,其中中华绒螯蟹ELOVL6与其他节肢动物ELOVL6聚为一支,与凡纳滨对虾聚为一小支。采用异源表达方法研究ELOVL6编码的蛋白质对脂肪酸的作用,GC-MS结果显示,转基因的酵母培养物C16:0和C16:1n-7含量下降,而C18:0和C18:1n-9的含量升高,同时有新产物C18:1n-7产生。通过荧光定量PCR(q PCR)技术研究ELOVL6基因在中华绒螯蟹不同组织及不同脂肪源喂养下的表达情况,显示该基因在肠道、胃、心脏、肝胰腺、胸神经节、肌肉、眼柄、鳃和脑神经节9个组织均有表达,其中在肝胰腺中表达量最高,显著高于其他组织;在不同脂肪源饲喂的结果中,肝胰腺、肌肉、卵巢和精巢4个组织中均有表达,并且各组织在全鱼油组饲喂下表达量最低,其中用全豆油组饲喂后,肝胰腺中的表达情况显著升高,明显高于全鱼油组和鱼油豆油混合组。以上结果综合表明,中华绒螯蟹中ELOVL6能够催化C16的饱和及C16的单不饱和脂肪酸延长,同时受到饲料中不同脂肪源的一定影响,这为探究中华绒螯蟹PUFA合成途径及脂肪酸调控机制提供了依据。  相似文献

Abstract. Several investigations have used Cr2O3 (chromic oxide) as an indigestible marker in digestibility studies. However, in this review the effect of chromic oxide on dietary lipid during passage through the digestive tract, and the gastrointestinal microflora in long-term nutrition studies in Arctic charr, Salvelinus alpinus (L.), are discussed. Based on these results it is suggested that the use of chromic oxide may lead to erroneous results. Furthermore, this paper focuses on the effect of dietary linoleic add (18:2 n–6), acetate and salinity on lipid and individual fatty acid digestibilities in Arctic charr.
No full studies have been carried out regarding the essential fatty acid requirement (EFA) of Arctic charr. Available data indicate that (n–3) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are the prime EFA, as in most other salmonids. Furthermore, quantitative EFAn requirements may be higher than the 1% dietary level described for other salmonids. Feeding (n–3) PUFAs at 1% lead to high contents of (n–9) PUFAs in the polar lipids, presently recognized as'indicators'of EFA deficiency. Moreover, this review focuses on elongation and desaturation of short-chain EFA to their C20 C 22 counterparts, and the feedback inhibition of this ability.  相似文献

The effects of four dietary lipid sources (fish oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, pork lard) on growth and gonad maturation of pre‐adult female red claw crayfish, Cherax quadricarinatus, were evaluated. Performance was evaluated by weight gain, specific growth rate (SGR), survival, feed conversion ratio (FCR), gonadosomatic index (GSI), fatty acid composition, and vitellogenin (vg) gene expression. The proportion of saturated fatty acids (SFA), mono‐unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), and poly‐unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) in hepatopancreas varied as a result of lipid source, while differences in muscle were limited to MUFA levels. Vg expression and growth, but not GSI, differed significantly, with peak expression and optimal growth observed in red claws receiving the soybean oil diet. Conversely, diets high in EPA (20:5n3) and DHA (22:6n3) produced suboptimal results, suggesting that the importance of maturation diets with high EPA and DHA content may be exaggerated. As the dietary lipid requirements of growing and reproductively active red claw crayfish were satisfied by a plant oil that contained high levels of 18‐carbon unsaturated fatty acids, soybean oil may be an economic alternative to the expensive lipid‐fortified feed currently utilized by the aquaculture industry.  相似文献

Abstract. Procambarus clarkii Girard, a native freshwater crayfish species of Lousiana, USA, was found to harbour the crayfish plague fungus, Aphanomyces astaci Schikora, in its cuticle as a benign infection. Under certain conditions, P. clarkii dies as a result of this parasite, and the A. astaci infection then becomes acute and can be transmitted to Astacus astacus (L.).
Therefore, it is now shown that at least three different species of North American crayfish ( Pacifastacus leniusculus Dana, Orconectes limosus Raff, and Procambarus clarkii Girard) can carry the crayfish plague fungus, A. astaci , can transfer the disease to other crayfish species, and under certain circumstances can die of its own infection.  相似文献

The pearl oyster Pinctada fucata is cultured for pearl production in China, but its germplasm is degenerated. Thus, lipid and fatty acids were investigated in P. fucata based on different tissues, body sizes and condition indexes using GC–MS to provide a lipidomic baseline for evaluation of breeding variety in terms of physiology. The major fatty acids over all samples included saturated (C16:0 and C18:0), monounsaturated [C16:1(n-7), C18:1(n-7) and C18:1(n-9)], and polyunsaturated fatty acids [arachidonic acid: C20:4(n-6), EPA: C20:5(n-3) and DHA: C22:6(n-3)]. Relative percentages of lipid contents of the mantle and visceral mass were, respectively, 40.75 and 42.03 %, significantly higher than adductor muscle (14.48 %) and gill (17.15 %). Fatty acid analysis showed that there were 15 types of fatty acids in adductor muscle, 17 types in mantle and gill, respectively, and 19 types in visceral mass. Meanwhile, total fatty acids, SFA, MUFA and PUFA were the highest in visceral mass (P < 0.05). Yet the lipid contents and fatty acid compositions showed no significant differences between body sizes or condition indexes based on visceral mass. The observations above suggested that visceral mass and mantle are the major tissues for P. fucata to store lipids and thus are important candidate tissues for lipidomic study.  相似文献

Five dietary lipid sources (fish oil, soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil and linseed oil) were evaluated in juvenile red claw crayfish, Cherax quadricarinatus, based on the response of growth, antioxidant capacity, intestine histology, whole‐body composition, fatty acid nutrition and lipid metabolism. Crayfish were fed in quadruplicate net cages for 8 weeks. Crayfish fed diets with fish oil, soybean oil and linseed oil obtained significantly higher weight gain and specific growth rate than those fed the other two diets. Survival, condition factor and hepatosomatic index were not significantly affected by lipid sources. Lipid sources also do not affect the whole‐body composition of crayfish. Serum SOD, T‐AOC and GSH‐PX activities of crayfish fed the palm oil and rapeseed oil diets had a significantly lower value than those fed other diets. The minimum concentrations of MDA have been observed in crayfish fed the soybean oil diet. The activity of ACC in the hepatopancreas of crayfish fed the linseed oil diet showed the highest value, and the CPT‐1 activity was not significantly affected by different lipid sources. Crayfish fed the soybean oil diet showed significantly higher TC and TG contents in hepatopancreas than those fed other diets. Crayfish fed linseed oil diet had a significantly higher percentage of EPA, C18:3n?3 and Σn?3 PUFA in muscle than those fed other treatments. Most of the fatty acid compositions in the hepatopancreas had a close correlation to fatty acid compositions in diets. All findings in this study indicate that soybean oil is the advantageous lipid source for juvenile C. quadricarinatus which can reflect in satisfactory growth performance, antioxidant capacity and fatty acid nutrition of edible tissues.  相似文献

The fatty acid profile of the galaxiid fish Galaxias maculatus (Salmoniformes) collected from an estuarine habitat (a river mouth), a freshwater creek and two land-locked freshwater lakes in Victoria, Australia, were investigated with a view to evaluating habitat influences on the fatty acid profile. Fish from the freshwater creek were unpigmented, fresh-run juveniles (referred to as whitebait), the others adult fish. The fatty acids that predominated in adult G. maculatus muscle were 16:0 and 22:6(n-3), and 16:0 and 18:1(n-9), respectively. In whitebait 22:6(n-3), 20:5(n-3) and 16:0 were predominant. Hopkins estuary fish had the highest amount of 18:2(n-6) but the lowest 18:3(n-3). In all galaxiid populations, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were the main group of fatty acids in total lipid in muscle, and accounted for more than 40 %, followed by saturates and monoenes. In landlocked populations, the amount of monoenes was lower than in other galaxiid populations. G. maculatus whitebait had significantly lower amount of saturates and the highest amount of n-3 fatty acids. The ratio of n-3 to n-6 PUFA ranged from 4.6 (Hopkins estuary) to 7.6 (whitebait), and the former differed significantly from all the other populations. The main fatty acids predominating in the liver of galaxiids from landlocked (Lake Bullen Merri) and estuarine populations were 16:0, 22:6(n-3) and 18:1 (n-9), and generally reflected the corresponding pattern in muscle. A principal component analysis of the fatty acid composition of muscle samples confirmed and highlighted the distinct fatty acid profile of the populations investigated, when three groupings could be discerned. The study suggests that in addition to the diet, other habitat related factors may influence the fatty acid profile in catadromous G. maculatus.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on growth performance, carcass chemical composition and fatty acid profile of lambari (Astyanax altiparanae). A completely randomized experimental design with six treatments, diets with graded levels of CLA (0.0, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0, 20.0 and 25.0 g kg?1) and five repetitions. Fish (n = 570; weight: 1.58 ± 0.23 g) were distributed into 30 (70‐L) aquaria and fed the experimental diets during 90 days. No effects of dietary supplementation with CLA on fish performance and carcass chemical composition were observed. CLA influenced carcass fatty acid profile, a positive relationship was found for 16:1 n‐9, 18:1 n‐9, 18:2(cis‐9, trans‐11), 18:2(trans‐10, cis‐12) and 20:1 n‐9, and a negative relationship was found for 15:1 n‐7, 16:0, 16:1 n‐5, 18:2 n‐6, 18:3 n‐3, 20:5 n‐3 and 22:4 n‐6. Total CLA and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) linearly increased with the increase in dietary CLA, while saturated fatty acids (SFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) of n‐6 and n‐3 series linearly decreased. Dietary CLA can be incorporated into the lambari (A. altiparanae) muscle, and the fish can be used as functional foods, because CLA is related to the prevention of various diseases in humans.  相似文献

亚东鲑(Salmo trutta fario)是鲑属鱼类在青藏高原仅有的鱼类种群,是亚东地区全国农产品地理标志产品。本研究对西藏亚东地区野生和养殖亚东鲑的常规营养成分及各组织氨基酸和脂肪酸组成进行分析,旨在比较野生和养殖亚东鲑营养成分的异同,为养殖亚东鲑的品质评价和饲料配方的完善提供参考信息。实验采集亚东河中野生亚东鲑和亚东渔业产业园中使用配合饲料养殖的亚东鲑各10尾用于相关成分分析,每尾为一个独立样本。结果显示,野生组肥满度显著低于养殖组,而全鱼水分和灰分显著高于养殖组。全鱼粗蛋白、粗脂肪以及肝脏常规成分在野生组和养殖组间无显著差异。野生组肌肉粗脂肪显著低于养殖组,而水分含量显著高于养殖组。野生组全鱼必需氨基酸总量显著高于养殖组,且野生组肌肉中苏氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和甘氨酸含量显著高于养殖组。野生组全鱼、肌肉和肝脏中饱和脂肪酸、n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFA)总量、EPA、C20:4n-6以及肌肉中DHA含量高于养殖组,而全鱼和组织中单不饱和脂肪酸和n-6 PUFA总量低于养殖组。综上所述,目前养殖亚东鲑和野生亚东鲑在机体成分上存在较大差异。由于养殖鱼类体成分很大程度上反映了饲料组成,因此,亚东鲑养殖中饲料营养组成可能有待进一步优化。  相似文献

采用生物化学方法对红螯螯虾胚胎发育过程中主要生化成分(糖类、蛋白质及氨基酸、脂类及脂肪酸)进行了测定和分析,以期了解胚胎形态发生与营养需求的关系.结果显示:红螯螯虾胚胎发育过程中糖类总体含量很低.总蛋白与总氨基酸(TAA)的含量在胚胎发育过程中均呈下降趋势.在必需氨基酸(EAA)中亮氨酸(Leu)和精氨酸(Arg)的含量较高,而在非必需氨基酸中谷氨酸(Glu)和天冬氨酸(Asp)的含量较高.总脂在胚胎发育过程中的含量总体呈下降趋势,其中性脂和磷脂的主要脂肪酸均为C16:0、C18:0 、C18:1ω9和C18:3ω3.研究认为:在红螯螯虾胚胎发育过程中,糖类主要参与多种特异复合物的合成以及甲壳构建,这些特异复合物在细胞分化中起着重要的信号传递作用.蛋白质和脂类都是红螯螯虾胚胎发育过程中主要的结构和能源物质,蛋白质主要在早期被利用而脂类主要在晚期起作用.饱和脂肪酸(SFA)和单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)(C16:0,C18:0,C16:1ω7 和 C18:1ω9)主要作为能源物质被消耗而高不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)(20:5ω3和22:6ω3)在胚胎发育过程中对于构建细胞膜以及调节中枢神经系统的发育起重要作用.  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱法,对产卵前后大鳍鳠肌肉中的脂肪酸组成进行了测定。结果表明,大鳍鳠肌肉中脂肪酸种类丰富,含有22种脂肪酸,油酸(C18:1n-9)所占比例最高,其次为软脂酸(C16:0)、棕榈酸(C16:1n-7)、亚油酸(C18:2n-6),所占比例分别为22.38%~37.57%、18.86%~23.95%、7.00%~11.52%、7.46%~9.97%。EPA和DHA在大鳍鳠肌肉中占有较高的比例,EPA占总脂肪酸的5.39%,DHA占5.44%。在野生大鳍鳠产卵前后的22种脂肪酸中有8种饱和脂肪酸(SFA),6种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和8种多饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),大鳍鳠肌肉中脂肪酸在产卵前后表现出差异。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different oils on growth performance and lipid metabolism of the grouper, Epinephelus coioides. Five experimental fish meal‐based isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were formulated containing either 5.5%‐added fish oil (FO), soybean oil (SBO), corn oil (CO), sunflower oil (SFO) or peanut oil (PO). Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of 20 fish (initial body weight 13.2±0.02 g) grown in seawater at 28.0–30.5 °C for 8 weeks. Fish were fed twice a day to visual satiety. No significant differences in the survival, weight gain, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, protein efficiency ratio or hepatosomatic index were found between fish fed the FO or vegetable oils (VO) diets. Dietary lipid sources did not affect whole‐body composition among grouper fed the various diets. Muscle of fish fed the FO diet had significantly higher levels of 14:0, 16:0, 16:1n‐7, 20:5n‐3[eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)] and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)+EPA (except for PO fed fish) compared with those of fish fed VO diets. However, the levels of 18:1n‐9, 18:2n‐6 and DHA/EPA ratios in the muscle of fish fed FO diet were significantly lower than those of fish fed the VO diets. The liver of fish fed the FO diet had significantly higher levels of 18:0, 20:5n‐3, 22:6n‐3, n‐3 highly unsaturated fatty acids and DHA+EPA than those of fish fed the VO diets, whereas increases in 18:1n‐9, 18:2n‐6 and mono‐unsaturated fatty acid levels were observed in the liver of fish fed the VO diets.  相似文献

The composition of tail muscle fatty acids from wild and cultured bluefin tuna reared on a diet based on herring and sardine, along with the plasma lipid profile of the farmed individuals, was determined. The total lipid content of farmed bluefin in this study was 0.922 g/100 g or 3.49 g of saturated fatty acids (SAFA), 4.48 g of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), 2.58 g polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) n‐3 and 0.37 g of PUFA n‐6 fatty acids; for wild specimens, it was 0.920 g/100 g, or 2.85 g of SAFA, 4.82 g of MUFA, 2.78 g PUFA n‐3 and 0.27 g of PUFA n‐6 fatty acids. The major fatty acids in this study were 16:0; 16:1, n‐7; 18:1, n‐9 and DHA 22:6, n‐3 acids. The sum of these major components accounted for more than 57% and 80% of the total fatty acids in all the samples of farmed and wild tuna respectively. No significant differences in the proximate composition were demonstrated between farmed and wild samples, except for the energy value, in favour of the farmed tuna. Statistically, glucose tends to increase together with cholesterol (CHOL) and plasma triglyceride, as for these pairs, it showed positive correlation coefficients and P>0.05. Some measured tuna metabolites demonstrated strong mutual correlations, especially GLU, CHOL and TRIG, which are crucial factors in the lipid profile of animals.  相似文献
