In this paper,the flow velocity fields,suspended solids concentration fields and flow-through curves in rectangular sedimentation tanks with different reaction baffles location,inlet horizontal velocity and length height ratio are simulated in detail using a developed mathematical model given in Reference 2.According to the numerical results,the influence of different reaction baffles location,inlet horizontal velocity and length height ratio on the operating efficiency is analyzed.Finally,the rational reaction baffles location,inlet horizontal velocity and length height ratio are presented.  相似文献

Based on the diesel surrogate fuel (n-heptane and toluene), we develop a new kinetic mechanism of diesel surrogate fuel included polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) formation and growth of up to five aromatic rings. The new mechanism included 153 species and 697 reactions. We compare it with various experimental data available in the literature including shock tube, n-heptane premixed flames and homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI) engine, and the results show the good performance for HCCI combustion prediction by this new mechanism. The presented mechanism can be used as the basis for further reductions and applied the combustion and emission simulation by coupling chemical reaction kinetics model with computational fluid dynamics model in internal combustion engines.  相似文献

Brightness level of the mad lighting should be of the mesopic vision category. But the present road lighting standard in the various countries is in the bright vision condition, this is different with the mesopic vision effect, which will bring the appraisal error into the illumination quality. Therefore, studies on the mesopic vision condition through the reaction time of the road lighting have been the front research topic. Regarding this, this article introduces the middle vision reaction time test system which independently develops to carry on the photosource light effect the research. This system can adopt different light sources to form the illumination environment under the mesopic vision, simulate road barrier ahead the car at night with varied light, and examine reaction time according to visual characteristic of driver through electronic shutter. Through regression analysis of the massive measured data, the reaction time and the background halogen brightness function expression has been fitted under the different experimental condition, thus obtains the golden photosource vision effect to be higher than the sodium lamp photosource the conclusion. In the article, the system the structure, the principle of work, the experimental technique and the data processing result has carried on the analysis and the discussion. This research results which is founded in the mesopic visual condition the visibility model provide the experimental basis, which has the very good model significance for China road lighting project concrete implementation and the actual improvement.  相似文献

As the domestic technology of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) has not been mature.A assembled-parameter dynamic mathematical model is established for the primary chemistry reaction process in SCR reactor.The mass balance equation of the NH3 adsorption-desorption on the catalyzer surface and six gas components,and total energy balance equation in SCR reactor are set up respectively.A dynamic simulation model has developed by using MATLAB simulation tool.The steady calculation for model is carried on.Based on the established dynamic simulation model,two dynamic simulation experiments have been done,which include the simulation experiment of step disturbance about NOx concentration and temperature.The simulation results current is correctl.The analyzed results indicate that the established dynamic mathematical model for SCR reactor is credible,and prove that the simulation model is practical.  相似文献

针对一级行星两级平行轴风电齿轮传动系统,综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、传递误差等因素,建立31个自由度的弯扭轴耦合集中参数动力学模型,采用变步长Runge-Kutta法对系统动力学微分方程进行求解,得出齿轮传动系统各级传动误差;借助软件建立风电齿轮箱刚柔耦合动力学模型,并导入传动误差,采用模态叠加法求得齿轮箱轴承支反力,并将其作为声振耦合模型的边界条件,采用声学有限元法对风电齿轮箱进行振动噪声预估,并与试验结果对比分析,两者吻合良好。  相似文献

The ride comfort of more than ten representative motorcycles is evaluated by the r. m. s acceleration value through road test. Then the investigation on ride comfort, with five grades, is carried out through these motorcycles rode by a dozen drivers. Using statistics and fuzzy mathematical methods, the fuzzy evaluation model of motorcycles ride comfort is built to discuss the relationship between the vibration magnitude and human reaction. Colour is one of the most important quality attributes of broccoli. Yellowing due to senescence of broccoli florets is the main external quality problem. Controlled atmosphere (CA) storage is a very effective method to maintain broccoli quality. The aim of this paper is to characterise the colour behaviour (measured by RGB colour image analysis) of broccoli as affected by CA and temperature. Data on colour behaviour and gas exchange were gathered for broccoli heads stored in containers at three temperatures and subjected to four levels of O2 and three levels of CO2 concentrations. An integrated colour model is proposed that combines a colour model with a standard gas exchange model. The colour model is based on an existing colour model that describes the formation of (blue/green) chlorophyllide from the colourless precursor, the bidirectional conversion of chlorophyllide into (blue/green) chlorophyll and the decay of chlorophyllide. A multi-response approach was applied, accounting for 92% of the variance. Gas exchange parameters were estimated using the gas exchange model, the colour parameters were estimated using the colour model. Both models are linked via the reaction rate constant that describes the decay of chlorophyllide, as this reaction rate constant was found to be affected by the gas conditions. The integrated model might be applied to predict colour changes of MAP packaged broccoli as a low level of O2 and a high level of CO2 will only affect colour retention at higher temperatures.  相似文献

A mathematical model was established by using the transfer matrix based on Winkler elastic subgrade and spring supports in Newmark method. In simplification for subgrade reaction with discrete spring supports, the unequal displacements of two ends for pile section were included in the model. Lateral displacement and cross-section angle of the pile were determined by lateral static load test and the values of parameters of multiple subgrade reaction models were calculated by computer programming. By identifying the stability of long pile in different subgrade reaction models, the change patterns of three factors were analyzed, including effective length of long pile, restrictions on pile top and extensive length on the ground.  相似文献

工夫红茶萎凋中温度对鲜叶失水率影响的预测模型   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了研究温度对工夫红茶萎凋过程中鲜叶水分散失的影响,构建鲜叶失水率变化的预测模型,本试验在相对湿度为60%~65%的萎凋条件下,检测设定萎凋温度(20,25,30,35℃)下鲜叶的失水率,明确萎凋温度、萎凋时间及鲜叶失水率的相关关系。进而以化学反应动力学和阿伦方程(Arrhenius)为基础,得到鲜叶失水率和温度之间关系的预测模型(R2>0.98)。对该模型的验证试验表明,模型预测值和试验真实值吻合良好(P=4.538%),利用模型能预测鲜叶在萎凋过程中水分散失的规律,进而判断鲜叶达到萎凋适度的时间,对工夫红茶萎凋工艺优化,具有重要理论价值和指导意义。  相似文献

以大白菜嫩叶为材料,利用改进的CTAB法,提取到高质量的大白菜叶片总DNA,通过优化酶切、连接、预扩增、选择性扩增等试验条件,建立了大白菜AFLP银染反应体系,得到了清晰的大白菜AFLP指纹图谱为大白菜品种的分子标记和大白菜品种间亲缘关系等研究奠定了基础.研究结果表明:(1)DNA模板的质量影响酶切以及后续的连接扩增反应,改良的CTAB提取法可用于大白菜AFLP分析,形成清晰的AFLP指纹.(2)大白菜基因组DNA最佳酶切反应体系为:模板DNA总量150ng,反应体积为12.5μL,EcoR I 1.25 U,Mse I 1.25U,5xReaction Buffer,最佳酶切时间为:37℃酶切4h.连接反应于20℃连接2.5h即达最佳效果.(3)6对引物组合(E-AAC/M-CAG、E-AAG/M-CAC、E-ACA/M-CTG、E-ACT/M-CAC、E-ACT/M-CTT、E-ACT/M-CTC)均获得稳定、清晰的扩增图谱,可进行中国大白菜的遗传变异分析.  相似文献

甜瓜ISSR-PCR反应体系的正交优化研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为在最短时间内找到甜瓜ISSR-PCR反应四个主要因素的最优水平,确定甜瓜ISSR-PCR最优反应体系进行本研究。采用CTAB法提取甜瓜基因组DNA,获得完整性好且纯度较高的DNA样品。利用统计软件MINTAB创建4因素3水平的正交试验设计,PCR结果用MINITAB进行方差分析。结果显示引物浓度对PCR反应结果影响最大,Taq DNA聚合酶对PCR结果影响最小,并对各因素水平间进行因素内多重比较分析,最终建立最优化的反应体系(20 μL):1×buffer,100 ng DNA模板,Taq DNA聚合酶1 U,引物0.4 mmol/L,dNTP为0.1 mmol/L。  相似文献

旨在利用SCoT分子标记技术为甜菜指纹图谱构建、遗传多样性分析以及其他分子标记辅助育种提供技术支持。本研究利用单因素实验优化了甜菜SCoT-PCR反应体系。结果表明,在20 μL反应体系中,甜菜SCoT-PCR最优反应体系包含2.0 μL的10×PCR buffer(含Mg2 )、10 ng的DNA、0.5 U的Taq DNA聚合酶、10 μmol/L的引物2 μL以及0.1 μL的dNTPs (2.5 mmol/L each)。利用优化后的程序对12份糖甜菜品种进行扩增,结果表明,该体系扩增结果稳定、条带清晰,可用于甜菜品种指纹图谱的构建以及其他分子生物学领域的研究。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究加热回流法提取构树叶总黄酮的最优提取工艺。采用单因素试验设计研究加热回流法提取构树叶总黄酮的适宜反应时间、反应温度、液料比和乙醇浓度,上述4个因素均分别设置为5个水平,以总黄酮提取量为评价指标筛选最佳反应条件;在此基础上采用正交试验设计研究最优提取工艺,对筛选确定的最佳提取工艺进一步进行重复验证试验和工艺放大验证试验。结果表明:单因素试验筛选获得最佳乙醇浓度为70%,最佳反应时间为2.5 h,最佳料液比为1:30,最佳反应温度为70℃;正交试验确定加热回流法提取构树叶总黄酮的最优提取工艺为:乙醇浓度70%、反应时间2.5 h,料液比1:30,反应温度80℃;重复验证试验和工艺放大验证试验得率分别为23.11 mg/g和23.13 mg/g。本工艺稳定性和可操作性良好,适用于构树叶总黄酮的提取。  相似文献

为提高芦荟饮料加工的出汁率,应用果胶酶处理进行了单因素试验及正交优化研究。结果表明,果胶酶用量为0.3g/kg,温度为40℃,反应时间0.5~1.5h,芦荟出汁率高于86%。在此基础上应用正交试验,得出果胶酶处理对芦荟出汁率的最佳工艺条件为:果胶酶用量0.2g/kg,反应温度50℃,反应时间0.5h,出汁率可达到94.36%,结合感官评价,表明此法可提高芦荟出汁率、缩短榨汁时间,并显著改善芦荟汁的感官品质。  相似文献

再生粗骨料混凝土的碳化是一个复杂的物理扩散和化学反应过程,其分析和预测较为困难。鉴于此,基于再生粗骨料混凝土的碳化机理,结合再生粗骨料混凝土中CO2的扩散定律和可碳化物质的质量守恒定律,综合考虑再生粗骨料混凝土中CO2的有效扩散系数、碳化反应速率系数、可碳化物质的量、再生粗骨料的表面附着砂浆等重要参数的影响,建立了再生粗骨料混凝土碳化分析的多场耦合模型,并通过试验数据验证了模型的有效性和适用性。  相似文献

采用漆酶体外酶促氧化茶多酚合成茶黄素。研究结果表明,在实验反应体系中,酶促氧化的最佳条件为:反应温度50℃,最佳pH值2.3,漆酶质量浓度1.8g/L,反应时间1.5h。其中pH值和温度是反应体系中2个极其重要的影响因素。与传统合成方法相比,该方法可以缩短反应时间,提高茶黄素产量。  相似文献
