本试验旨在研究酵母培养物(YC)对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及鸡蛋卫生指标的影响。选取2 304只210日龄的罗曼褐产蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复192只产蛋鸡。对照组(YC0组)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组(YC0.2组、YC0.4组和YC0.6组)分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%酵母培养物的试验饲粮。试验期9周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,YC0.4组和YC0.6组平均蛋重显著增加(P0.05),破蛋率显著降低(P0.05);YC0.2组、YC0.4组和YC0.6组软蛋率显著降低(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,YC0.4组和YC0.6组蛋壳厚度显著增大(P0.05);YC0.2组、YC0.4组和YC0.6组蛋黄颜色的亮度值显著降低(P0.05),黄度值显著升高(P0.05);YC0.6组蛋黄颜色的红度值显著升高(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验第3、9周,YC0.2组、YC0.4组和YC0.6组的蛋壳表面大肠菌群数量显著降低(P0.05);试验第3、6周,YC0.4组蛋壳表面细菌总数显著降低(P0.05)。4)对照组组相比,YC0.6组粗蛋白质、能量和干物质表观消化率显著提高(P0.05)。5)与对照组相比,YC0.2组、YC0.4组和YC0.6组盲肠乳酸杆菌数量显著降低(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加0.4%和0.6%的酵母培养物能够改善产蛋鸡蛋品质,提高饲料消化率;饲粮添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%酵母培养物均能够改善产蛋鸡的生产性能,减少大肠杆菌的数量,抑制盲肠中沙门氏菌的产生。综合考虑,产蛋鸡饲粮中酵母培养物适宜添加量为0.4%。  相似文献

本试验旨在通过研究饲料中添加不同水平的酵母培养物对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能、脏器指数和血液生化指标的影响,确定其适宜添加量。将192只断奶新西兰兔随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只,分别饲喂含0 %、0.1 %、0.2 %和0.3 %酵母培养物的试验饲粮,试验期6周。结果表明:添加酵母培养物可显著降低肉兔腹泻率(P < 0.05);与对照组相比,添加0.2 %和0.3 %酵母培养物组日增重和血清葡萄糖浓度显著提高(P < 0.05),添加0.3%酵母培养物组肾脏指数显著降低(P < 0.05);添加酵母培养物对平均日采食量、料重比、屠宰性能、心脏指数、肝脏指数、胰脏指数和血清胆固醇、甘油三酯浓度均无显著影响(P > 0.05)。因此,肉兔饲料中酵母培养物的适宜添加量为0.3 %。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的酵母培养物对四川农凤鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。选用23周龄、健康、体重接近的800只四川农凤鸡,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为4个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复20只鸡。各处理组日粮中酵母培养物添加水平分别为0(对照组)、1(试验1组)、2(试验2组)、3 kg/t(试验3组)。预试期7 d,正试期63 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加3 kg/t酵母培养物可以提高四川农凤鸡的平均蛋重6.63%(P0.05)、提高产蛋率23.67%(P0.05)、提高日产蛋量31.87%(P0.05),降低料蛋比22.07%(P0.05),减少蛋黄中胆固醇含量36.40%(P0.05),还可以显著改善蛋形指数;日粮中添加1、2、3 kg/t酵母培养物对四川农凤鸡的日采食量、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和哈氏单位无显著影响(P0.05)。在本试验条件下,日粮中添加3 kg/t酵母培养物有利于提高四川农凤鸡的平均蛋重、产蛋率、日产蛋量,降低料蛋比,减少蛋黄中胆固醇含量,并显著改善蛋形指数。  相似文献

选用720只健康无病的49周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,采用单因素完全随机分组的试验设计,随机分为2个处理组,每组设3个重复,每重复120只鸡.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.3%的酵母培养物,试验期7周,研究酵母培养物对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组日平均蛋质量显著提高7%,平均日产蛋量显著提高9.4%.试验组蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组13.6%,蛋黄胆固醇含量显著低于对照组7.3%.日粮中添加酵母培养物可以显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究酵母培养物(YC)对产蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响.选用1656只150日龄的海兰褐产蛋鸡随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复69只鸡,在玉米-豆粕-杂粕型饲粮基础上分别添加0、0.1%、0.2%和0.3% YC,研究其对产蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量、死淘率和料蛋比及鸡蛋哈夫单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳重量、蛋壳厚度和蛋黄颜色的影响,试验期20周.试验结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的YC可降低第1~20周产蛋鸡料蛋比2.15%、3.36%和2.10%(P<0.10,P<0.10,P<0.10);提高第1~20周产蛋鸡产蛋率1.25、0.94和1.36个百分点(P>0.10,P>0.10,P<0.10);延长产蛋鸡90%以上的产蛋率2.2、2.3和2.8周(P>0.10,P>0.10,P<0.10);降低产蛋鸡死淘率2.17、0.73和1.45个百分点(P>0.10,P>0.10,P>0.10).饲粮中添加YC有助于维持气温急剧升高时稳定、较高的产蛋率.饲粮添加YC显著改善了第20周的产蛋鸡蛋黄颜色(P<0.10),对其他蛋品质指标和产蛋鸡的体重增加没有显著影响(P>0.10).产蛋鸡饲粮中添加YC能够改善料蛋比、提高产蛋率和平均蛋重、延长产蛋高峰期、降低死淘率;虽然3个处理之间对生产性能指标的影响差异不明显,但0.2% YC组,在改善平均蛋重、料蛋比、平均日采食量方面表现优异.  相似文献

选用181日龄海兰灰产蛋鸡576只,随机分为6个处理,设对照基础日粮组,抗生素组基础日粮+500mg/kg10%杆菌肽锌组,4个酵母细胞壁组(在基日粮中分别添加500、1000、1500、2000mg/kg酵母细胞壁),每个处理6个重复,试验期56d,以研究酵母细胞壁对产蛋鸡生产性能指标的影响。结果显示,产蛋鸡日粮中添加1500mg/kg酵母细胞壁的处理组,产蛋率显著高于对照组和500、1000mg/kg酵母细胞壁处理组(P0.05),蛋重显著高于杆菌肽锌处理组,日产蛋量显著高于对照组(P0.05),料蛋比6个处理均没有显著的差异,但以1500mg/kg为最佳。通过本试验可以得出:产蛋鸡日粮添加酵母细胞壁能改善产蛋鸡的生产性能。  相似文献

以产蛋鸡为试验动物,探讨甘薯渣等比例替代玉米后对其生产性能、鸡蛋品质和血清激素含量的影响。选用720只35周龄海兰褐产蛋鸡随机分为4个处理,每个处理设15个重复,每重复12只蛋鸡,试验周期为8周。试验结果表明:当甘薯渣以2%、4%和6%水平等比例替代基础日粮中玉米后,产蛋率呈下降趋势(P0.1),2%甘薯渣组、4%甘薯渣组和6%甘薯渣组分别下降0.45%、0.77%和1.55%;日产蛋重和平均蛋重也下降,其中对照组与2%和4%甘薯渣组无显著性差异(P0.1),而6%甘薯渣组显著下降(P0.1);就料蛋比而言,各甘薯渣添加组均高于对照组,2%甘薯渣组、4%甘薯渣组和6%甘薯渣组分别提高0.75%、1.56%和2.76%,其中对照组与2%和4%甘薯渣组无显著性差异(P0.1),与6%甘薯渣组相比则显著提高(P0.1)。添加甘薯渣对蛋壳厚度、强度、蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位都没有显著影响(P0.1),其中,蛋壳厚度和强度呈提高趋势(P0.1),且随着添加水平提高有进一步增强趋势;而蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位则呈下降趋势(P0.1)。添加甘薯渣对血清甲状腺素T3和T4、生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子-1含量都没有显著影响(P0.1),其中,生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子-1呈现下降趋势(P0.1)。由此推断,甘薯渣在产蛋鸡日粮中可推广使用,其适宜添加量为0%~4%。  相似文献

为了研究酵母培养物"赛克灵"对蛋种鸡生产性能和粪便微生物的影响,试验选择55周龄罗曼粉父母代蛋种鸡810只,随机分为试验A组(添加0.1%"赛克灵")、试验B组(添加0.2%"赛克灵")和对照组,每组6个重复,每个重复45只,测定蛋种鸡的产蛋率、种蛋合格率、平均蛋重、料蛋比、成活率、种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率等生产性能指标和粪便中大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量等。结果表明:1)日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%"赛克灵"可极显著提高蛋种鸡产蛋率、种蛋合格率、平均蛋重、存活率、种蛋受精率(P0.01),显著降低料蛋比(P0.05)。2)日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%"赛克灵"可降低蛋种鸡粪便中的大肠杆菌含量,试验A组与对照组无显著差异(P0.05),试验B组与对照组、试验A组差异显著(P0.05);日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%"赛克灵"可提高蛋种鸡粪便中的乳酸杆菌含量(P0.05)。说明酵母培养物"赛克灵"有提高蛋种鸡生产性能和改善粪便微生物数量的作用,0.2%添加量效果较好。  相似文献

试验以池塘养殖斑点叉尾鮰为对象,研究在高纤维饲料中添加酵母培养物(达农威水产益康DVAQUATM)对其成活率、生长和饲料系数的影响。饲料蛋白含量为32%。低纤维饲料中的粗纤维含量为4%,高纤维饲料中的粗纤维含量为10%。试验在12个面积为0.05~0.07公顷的池塘中进行,试验鱼放养密度为13,590条/公顷。试验共设3个处理组,分别为低纤维饲料组、高纤维饲料组和高纤维饲料+酵母培养物组。每个处理组设4个重复,养殖周期为20周。研究结果表明,虽然各处理组之间在生产性能方面差异不显著(P>0.05),但饲喂酵母培养物的处理组在成活率、鱼体增重、每平方米产量和饲料系数方面均表现出一定的优势。与饲喂含高纤维和低纤维饲料的处理组相比较,添加酵母培养物使得鮰鱼体重分别增加了10.6%和18.6%,单位面积产量分别提高了13.6%和14.8%,饲料转化效率分别提高了5.2%和20.0%。因此,饲料中添加酵母培养物可提高斑点叉尾鮰的生长性能。  相似文献

在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加不同浓度的酵母培养物,以检测其对母猪、育肥猪、蛋鸡和奶牛生长性能和繁殖性能的影响。本研究共设计四个批次试验。试验一:选择遗传背景相同、体况良好、体重及妊娠时间相近的3~5胎龄妊娠长大杂交母猪并分为对照组和4%添加组(含4%酵母培养物),检测酵母培养物对母猪繁殖性能及仔猪生长性能的影响。试验二:把60 kg育肥猪(杜长大三元杂交猪)分成四组,分别为:A组:对照组;B组:4%酵母培养物组(YC);C组:4%YC替代常规日粮中3%玉米和1%豆粕;D组:猪场当前饲粮组(含6%YC),检测酵母培养物对育肥猪生长性能的影响。试验三:在产蛋期蛋鸡日粮中添加4%酵母培养物,检测酵母培养物对蛋鸡产蛋率和生长性能的影响。试验四:分别将高产和中产牛群分为试验和对照共4组。试验牛和对照牛各占50%,对照组采用普通高产泌乳牛日粮,试验组在每天的饲粮中,用1.5 kg酵母培养物替代1.5 kg精饲料,检测酵母培养物对奶牛产奶量和饲料消化率的影响。研究表明:在试验一中,酵母培养物提高了母猪平均产活仔数和平均产活仔重,提高了母猪哺乳期产奶量。同时,酵母培养物提高了断奶存活数、平均断奶重和平均日增重。在试验二中,酵母培养物提高育肥猪日增重和日采食量,同时降低了料肉比和每千克增重的饲料成本。同时,酵母培养物提高了血糖、总蛋白水平,而降低了尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活力。在试验三中,酵母培养物提高产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率,明显降低了呼吸道和消化道疾病,明显减少蛋壳破损率。在试验四中,酵母培养物一定程度提高了奶牛的产奶量,并提高了饲料的消化率。结果表明,在母猪饲料中添加酵母培养物可以提高母猪的繁殖性能,在育肥猪饲料中添加酵母培养物可以明显提高育肥猪生长性能并改善胴体品质,在产蛋期蛋鸡日粮中添加酵母培养物可以明显提高蛋鸡的产蛋率,在奶牛精饲料中添加酵母培养物可一定程度提高产奶量。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of sweet green pepper (SGP) on the performance and egg quality of commercial laying hens. A total of 144 Hy Line W36 egg layers were randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 9 replicate groups of 4 hens each. Treatments consisted of the following diets: 1) basal diet (BD), 2) BD + 75 ppm SGP, 3) BD + 125 ppm SGP, 4) BD + 225 ppm SGP. The diets contained 2,730 kcal/kg metabolizable energy and 15.5% crude protein. Egg production and egg quality were monitored for 16 weeks. Feed intake, hen-day egg production, egg mass, and feed conversion per dozen were not significantly affected by the addition of SGP to the diets. The addition of 225 ppm of SGP decreased egg weight. Specific gravity, albumen height, Haugh unit, yolk weight, albumen weight, albumen percentage, and yolk yellowness (b*) were not significantly affected by the addition of SGP. The addition of SGP to the diets increased yolk percentage, yolk color using a Roche fan, and yolk redness (a*). Based on these data, SGP was shown to be a useful feed ingredient for laying hens; it can be included in diets without negative effects on performance and egg quality. However, owing to the depression of egg weight with the inclusion of SGP, it may be of interest to producers and industry to control egg size in old layers and possibly improve shell quality. The addition of SGP to the diets impacted yolk color and may be useful in specialty markets.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the effects of yeast culture supplementation to laying hen diets containing 2 oilseed meals on performance, egg traits, and some blood parameters. A total of 180 Lohmann Brown laying hens 21 wk of age were allocated to 4 dietary treatments and fed for 16 wk. Two different basal diets were prepared; one contained soybean meal and the other contained sunflower seed meal. Both of the basal diets were supplemented with 0 and 2 g/kg commercial yeast culture product (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Yeast culture supplementation to diets containing either oilseed meal did not significantly affect feed intake, hen-day egg production, feed efficiency, interior and exterior egg quality characteristics, serum levels of total protein, triglyceride, cholesterol, alanine amino transferase, aspartate amino transferase, and alkaline phosphatase. Body weight gain (P < 0.05), egg weight (P < 0.001), and serum uric acid (P < 0.05) were increased with yeast culture supplementation. The reduction in egg yolk cholesterol was significant (P < 0.001) in the groups fed yeast-supplemented diets. The results in this study demonstrated that yeast culture supplementation to the diets containing soybean meal or sunflower seed meal increased egg weight and decreased egg yolk cholesterol without affecting performance and egg traits, but serum uric acid concentration was increased.  相似文献

The effects of poultry by-product meal (PBPM) and feather meal (FM) incorporated separately and in combination in the diet on laying hen performance and egg characteristics during postpeak production were determined. Bovans White strain laying hens, 42 wk of age, were fed diets with 0% PBPM and FM, 5% FM, 5% PBPM, or 4% FM + 4% PBPM. Egg production, feed intake, and egg mass were not significantly affected by dietary treatments, whereas egg weight and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were significantly affected. Egg weights of hens receiving 4% FM + 4% PBPM were significantly lower than those fed the control diet, whereas those fed 5% FM or 5% PBPM were intermediate. FCR was significantly improved by the diets containing 5% FM or 5% PBPM compared with the diet containing 4% FM + 4% PBPM. Dietary PBPM decreased Haugh units, but FM did not. Egg breaking strength, shell weight, and weights of albumen and yolk were not affected by treatments. The results suggested that FM or PBPM could be incorporated up to 5% singly or up to 8% in combination in layer diets but with possible detrimental effects on Haugh units, egg weight, and FCR.  相似文献

Organic acids have been widely used as feed additives to replace antibiotics in livestock feeds. Data on the use of phenyllactic acid (PLA) are lacking. The effects of PLA on production performance, egg quality parameters, and blood characteristics in laying hens were studied in a 35-d experiment. A total of 240 ISA Brown 36-wk-old layers were divided into the following 4 treatments: 1) control (basal diet), 2) control + 0.1% PLA, 3) control + 0.2% PLA, and 4) control + 0.3% PLA. Although supplementing the diet with PLA did not affect ADFI and FE, it linearly improved egg production rate, eggshell breaking strength, and Haugh units. Egg weight, eggshell thickness, and egg yolk color were not significantly altered by supplementing the diet with PLA. White blood cell, red blood cell, total protein, and albumin concentrations were higher in the control + 0.1% PLA and control treatment groups (P < 0.05), whereas the groups fed the control + 0.2% PLA and control + 0.3% PLA diets had greater (P < 0.05) lymphocyte concentrations. In conclusion, PLA may exert some positive effects to the immune system and egg production over the short term. It may be beneficial to supplement the diets of laying hens with PLA in the absence of antibiotics. This experiment involved a small experimental sample and a short time, so the beneficial effects of PLA should be studied further in commercial farms over the long term.  相似文献

The purpose of this trial was to investigate the effects of adding graded levels of dehydrated, whole-cell microalgae (All-G-RichTM, Alltech Inc.) in layer diets on the performance, egg and shell quality, yolk color, oxidative stability, and fatty-acid concentration of eggs. Six replicate groups of 5 Hy-Line W-36 laying hens were assigned to each of 4 dietary treatments. Treatments consisted of feeding a corn-soybean meal control diet alone or supplemented with 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0% All-G-RichTM during a 32-wk production period. Fatty-acid content of egg yolk was analyzed after feeding the experimental diets for 4 wk. The docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) content in egg yolk was linearly increased (P < 0.01) with increasing levels of algae in the diet. There was no effect of dietary treatments on production performance of layers in the entire trial period. Egg weight and eggshell quality were not affected by dietary treatments. Supplements of 2 or 3% All-G-RichTM significantly increased redness (a*) and decreased lightness (L) of egg yolk. Yolk fatty-acid oxidation, as measured by thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), was not affected by treatments in eggs stored up to 30 d at 4°C. Based on these data, adding All-G-RichTM in layer diets can produce DHA-enriched eggs with no negative impact on egg quality.  相似文献

1. A study was conducted to determine the effects of dried broccoli floret (DBF) on egg production parameters, egg quality and apparent nutrient digestibility of laying hens. It was hypothesised that feeding DBF can improve egg quality without adversely affecting layer performance.2. Seventy-two White Leghorn layers aged 62 weeks were randomly allotted to 4 dietary treatments (6 cage replicates with 3 hens each) and fed diets containing 0, 40, 80 and 120 g/kg DBF in feed for 56 d.3. Inclusion of DBF had no effect on feed intake, egg production, feed conversion ratio or egg components. However, egg weight increased (linear effect, P < 0.05) as the level of DBF in the diet increased. Egg breakage strength, eggshell strength and Haugh unit were not influenced by dietary treatments. Egg yolk colour (quadratic effect, = 0.002) and α-tocopherol concentration (quadratic effect, < 0.0001) improved as a result of DBF inclusion. Egg yolk cholesterol concentration was not altered by DBF inclusion. Apparent total tract nutrient (dry matter, organic matter and crude protein) digestibility coefficients decreased (linear effect, P < 0.05) as the level of DBF increased.4. Feeding DBF to layers up to 120 g/kg of the diet had no negative effects on feed intake, egg production and feed efficiency and improved egg yolk colour and α-tocopherol concentration. However, total tract nutrient digestibility coefficients were negatively decreased as a result of DBF inclusion.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加辣诺素(辣木和诺丽果的提取物)对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。将产蛋高峰期(22周龄)的海兰褐商品蛋鸡540只随机分为6个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。负对照组(NC)饲喂基础日粮,正对照组(PC)饲喂添加50 mg/kg杆菌肽锌的基础日粮,4个试验组分别饲喂添加0.25、0.50、0.75和1.00 g/kg辣诺素(LNS)的基础日粮。试验期24周。结果显示:①日粮处理对蛋鸡试验前期和后期生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05),试验后期添加0.50和0.75 g/kg辣诺素有改善料蛋比的趋势(P=0.087);日粮处理对试验前期和后期鸡蛋蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄重和哈氏单位均无显著影响(P>0.05),但日粮中添加杆菌肽锌和辣诺素有提高蛋壳强度的趋势(P=0.062),其中以添加0.75g/kg辣诺素组鸡蛋强度最高。②与正、负对照组相比,添加辣诺素显著增加了生蛋黄和熟蛋黄的罗氏蛋黄色比率(P<0.05),显著降低了蛋黄胆固醇的含量(0.25 LNS组除外)(P<0.05)。③与负对照组相比,添加0.50 g/kg辣诺素显著提高了鸡蛋总黄酮、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、卵磷脂、亚麻酸和亚油酸含量(P<0.05)。综合以上试验结果,辣诺素作为饲料添加剂具有提高鸡蛋营养品质的功能,考虑到添加成本,产蛋鸡日粮中添加0.25~0.50 g/kg为宜。  相似文献

为研究日粮中添加枸杞渣对蛋鸡生产性能与蛋品质的影响,以240只23周龄蛋鸡为试验对象,将蛋鸡随机分成4组,每组60只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%枸杞渣。结果显示:与对照组相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均产蛋率分别提高了1.85%和3.99%,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组日采食量均极显著降低(P<0.01),Ⅲ组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅳ组料蛋比极显著降低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ其他各组(P<0.01)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组蛋黄颜色极显著提高(P<0.01),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组蛋重显著下降(P<0.05),试验组蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位和蛋壳厚度与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加5.0%、7.5%枸杞渣可以提高蛋鸡的产蛋率,并能降低料蛋比;日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%枸杞渣即可显著降低蛋重,改善蛋黄颜色。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Rovabio, dietary energy, and protein on performance, egg composition, egg solids, and egg quality of commercial Leghorns in phase 2, second cycle. A 4 × 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatments comprising 4 dietary energy levels (2,791, 2,857, 2,923, and 2,989 kcal of ME/kg) and 2 protein levels (15.5 and 16.1%) with and without Rovabio was used. Hy-Line W-36 hens (n = 1,920, 87 wk old) were randomly divided into 16 dietary treatments (8 replicates of 15 hens per treatment). The trial lasted 12 wk. Dietary protein significantly increased feed consumption but decreased yolk color. As dietary energy increased from 2,791 to 2,989 kcal of ME/kg, feed consumption decreased from 98.0 to 94.9 g per hen daily, and yolk color increased from 5.27 to 5.56. There was a significant interaction among dietary protein, energy, and Rovabio on egg production, BW, egg mass, feed conversion, and yolk solids. Egg weight of hens fed the diets supplemented with Rovabio was significantly greater than that of hens fed the diets without Rovabio during wk 3 and 4. However, Rovabio did not significantly influence average egg weight (87 to 98 wk of age). Rovabio supplementation significantly increased BW of hens. These results suggest Rovabio had a small but significant influence on nutrient utilization of commercial Leghorns during phase 2 of the second cycle.  相似文献
