对进口的加拿大牛冻胚胎进行解冻后移植效果观察。结果共解冻24枚冻胚,解冻后直接移植给24头受体牛,妊娠19头,移植妊娠率79.2%,其中荷斯坦奶牛冻胚移植21头,妊娠17头,移植妊娠率达81.0%,创造我国牛冷冻胚胎移植成功率的最高记录。 相似文献

2006年6月至2010年3月以来,北京奶牛中心与中国农业大学合作,在北京奶牛中心良种场开展了转基因牛胚胎移植试验研究。本试验利用中国农业大学培育的转基因母牛作为供体,进行超数排卵生产体内胚胎,将获得的胚胎移植给15~15.5月龄荷斯坦母牛受体。截止2010年3月21日,累计移植转基因奶牛胚胎87枚,移植受体牛87头,妊娠48头,移植妊娠率为55.17%;产犊43头,成活34头,犊牛成活率为79%;经中国农业大学研究人员检测,有14头公牛携带转入目的基因,这14头公牛已全部进入北京市种公牛站饲养。目前,有10头公牛到了试采精月龄,精液经农业部牛冷冻精液质量监督检验测试中心(北京)检测,质量符合国家标准。 相似文献

用简易分割方法,分割奶牛冷冻胚胎16枚,获得半胚32枚,分割成功率为100%(16/16),可移植半胚29枚,移植于16头受体牛,到第3个情期未返情者经直肠检查有6头妊娠,妊娠率为37.5%(6/16)。其中,在分割前或者分割后经恢复培养0.5~2h再移植的10头受体牛,5头妊娠;而未经恢复培养,分割后直接移植的6头受体牛中,只有1头妊娠。移植后3个月,直肠检查确定2头流产。已有1头受体黄牛生出1头奶牛牛犊(母)和1头受体奶牛产1头奶牛牛犊。其余的2头妊娠受体牛将于9月份产犊。此外,用简易分割法分割奶牛胚胎5枚,得到半胚10枚,裸半胚直接冷冻,解冻后回收可移植半胚5枚,移植于4头受体牛,无一头妊娠。结果表明,冷冻胚胎的分割半胚优于分割后冷冻半胚移植效果;冷冻胚胎分割前或者分割后恢复培养移植优于未经恢复培养而直接移植;简易分割法可应用于冷冻胚胎的分割。 相似文献

[目的]试验旨在探讨不同种类的促卵泡素(FSH)超数排卵处理、不同精液类型人工输精处理以及不同季节等前处理方式对高产荷斯坦奶牛体内性控胚胎生产效率的影响,为高产胚胎牛后代的繁育做出贡献。[方法]试验选取208头优质供体牛使用加拿大(Folltropin-v)和比利时进口的促卵泡素(FSH)进行超排,性控冻精和性控鲜精进行人工输精,春(3—5月)、夏(6—8月)、秋(9—11月)、冬(12—2月)四季进行胚胎生产。[结果]结果表明,使用产地为加拿大(Folltropin-v)促卵泡素进行超数排卵头均可用胚胎数和I级胚胎数(包括桑葚胚I级、囊胚I级)均显著高于比利时(P<0.05);通过使用性控冻精和性控鲜精对供体牛进行人工输精头均可用胚胎数分别为和I级胚胎数差异均不显著(P>0.05);春、夏、秋、冬四季进行胚胎生产头均可用胚胎数和I级胚胎数夏季均显著低于其他三季(P<0.05)。[结论]因此,使用加拿大促卵泡素(Folltropin-v)超数排卵、性控冻精进行人工输精避免在夏季进行胚胎生产可获得质量较高的高产荷斯坦奶牛体内性控胚胎。 相似文献

本试验采用FSH+PG的方法对22头供体荷斯坦牛分两批进行了超数排卵处理,140头受体南阳黄牛和供体牛采用2次PG法分批进行了同期发情处理。结果如下:(1)共有20头供体牛、104头受体牛在第二次注射PG后96h内发情,同期发情率分别为90.90%和74.29%;(2)20头供体牛回收胚胎176枚,可用胚胎140枚/头,平均回收胚胎8.8枚/头,平均可用胚胎7.0枚/头,可用胚胎比率79.55%;(3)104头南阳黄牛受体均移植单胚,51头妊娠,妊娠率为49.04%。 相似文献

A 5-yr study involving 45 to 78 pregnant Hereford range cows each year evaluated relationships among prepartum nutrition, body condition scores, BW changes and reproductive performance. Four prepartum nutritional treatments were imposed. One group of cows were fed to maintain (M) their November BW until calving in March and April. The other three groups of cows were fed to lose about 5% of their November BW by 8 wk before parturition, then to maintain BW (LM), lose an additional 5% of their BW (LL) or gain 5% of their BW (LG). After calving, all cows were fed to maintain BW. Body condition scores and BW were recorded every 14 d throughout the trial. Linear regression analyses were conducted to examine treatment effects on BW, body condition score and measures of reproductive performance. A discriminant analysis was performed on pregnancy rate and percentage of cows with ovarian luteal activity by 85 d after parturition. The M cows had a greater pregnancy rate (71%) than cows on other treatment groups. The LL cows had a reduced pregnancy rate (42%) compared with LM (51%) and LG (58%) cows. Prepartum nutritional treatment did not affect the days from parturition to conception. Precalving body condition score and November to January BW changes influenced pregnancy rate (P less than .001). The objective of this study was to investigate the association of the fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) gene with embryonic survival and fertilization rate in cattle. This gene was chosen because of its role in regulating trophectoderm expression of interferon-tau, the maternal pregnancy recognition factor in ruminants. To evaluate the effect of FGF2 on fertility traits, we produced in vitro-fertilized embryos from 281 Holstein cows and from 7 sires. A total of 4,542 in vitro fertilizations were performed, from which a total of 3,171 embryos were produced. Survival and fertilization rates were assessed at d 7 of embryonic development. Using the pooled DNA sequencing approach, we identified 2 SNP in FGF2, SNP11646 and SNP23. All sires and cows were genotyped for these SNP. For fertilization rate, no significant differences between genotypes were found for either SNP, whereas the effect on survival rate was significant for SNP11646. The survival rate of embryos produced from GG cows for this SNP was 37%, compared with 28 and 29% for embryos produced from AG and AA cows, respectively. Although the molecular mechanisms that cause embryonic mortality have not yet been identified, this study provides the first evidence of association between FGF2 and embryonic mortality in cattle. Thus, we propose that FGF2 can be used in animal breeding strategies to test for improved reproductive performance. 相似文献

This study aimed to determine the effect of flunixin meglumine treatment during and after the transfer of in vivo produced embryos to Angus (cows) and Holstein (cows and heifers) breeds of cattle on pregnancy rate. Holstein cows were used as donors in the study. A double dose of prostaglandin F2α was administered to the recipient animals for synchronization. Uterine flushing was performed in donors on day 7 after artificial insemination. A total of 295 transferable embryos were obtained. These embryos were transferred to Angus cows (n = 85), Holstein heifers (n = 80) and Holstein cows (n = 130). After the transfer, these animals were divided into three subgroups. The first subgroup (TI) was administered flunixin meglumine during embryo transfer, and the second subgroup (TII) was administered flunixin meglumine both during embryo transfer and on days 8 and 9 after the transfer. The third subgroup (TIII) was not administered anything and it was considered the control group. Pregnancy examination of the recipients was performed on days 30–35 after the transfer using real-time ultrasonography. The pregnancy rates after embryo transfer were found to be 43.52% in Angus cows, 42.5% in Holstein heifers, and 24.61% in Holstein cows (p < .05). When the animals were not classified according to breed, the pregnancy rates in subgroups TI, TII and TIII were found to be 29.29%, 45.10% and 29.79%, respectively (p < .05). In addition, the pregnancy rates were higher in TII and TIII subgroups of Angus cows and Holstein heifers compared to that of Holstein cows (p < .05). As a result, the pregnancy rates obtained after embryo transfer in Angus cows and Holstein heifers were found to be higher than that in Holstein cows. In addition, it was concluded that the administration of flunixin meglumine during and during/after embryo transfer has a positive effect on pregnancy rates in Angus cows and Holstein heifers. 相似文献

This study analyses anomalous cases of gestation ending in pregnancy loss during the early foetal period and their effect on progesterone and plasma pregnancy-associated glycoprotein-1 (PAG-1) concentrations. Data derived from a large-scale ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis programme in high producing dairy cows. Over a 3-year period (2004–2007), a very low incidence (0.5%: 15 of 3094) of anomalous pregnancies was recorded. The results revealed that the following anomalies were detected on days 35–41 of gestation in cows carrying singletons with one single corpus luteum: embryo death in eight cows (0.3%); and embryo in the uterine horn contralateral to the corpus luteum in seven cows (0.2%). All these animals suffered pregnancy loss during the early foetal period. In cows carrying dead embryos, no signs of conceptus degeneration were observed on pregnancy diagnosis. Amnion size (approximately 25 mm diameter) and uterine horn fluid contents were estimated to be similar to those of the normal pregnant cows in this period. In the contralateral gestations, live embryos were observed in all ultrasound checks before pregnancy loss. Uterine fluid contents increased in the two cows in which gestation continued for more than a week. In the cases of embryo death but not in those of contralateral gestation, a drop in PAG-1 levels was noted prior to pregnancy loss. Two cows carrying dead embryos increased with time allantoic fluid contents. The PAG-1 values increased with time in one cow bearing a dead embryo (from 2.31 to 6.79 ng/ml) and in two of the contralateral gestations (from 1.66 to 2.33 ng/ml and from 0.39 to 6.79 ng/ml, respectively). Results of this study indicate that the foetal membranes continue to undergo some activity following embryo death, and that contralateral pregnancy may determine failure of the gestation process. 相似文献

本试验通过超排11头荷斯坦牛,获得42枚可用胚胎,分别移植到19头广西本地黄牛和18头低产奶牛中,广西黄牛受体的妊娠率为36.81%,其中母犊5头,公犊2头。荷斯坦牛受体的妊娠率为44.44%,流产2头,流产率25%,产犊6头,公母各3头。黄牛受体与荷斯坦牛受体生下的荷斯坦胚胎牛初生重差别明显,但经培育后,体重差距逐步缩小;产奶性能无差别。广西本土黄牛可以用于荷斯坦牛胚胎移植的受体牛,加强饲养管理可获得好的受胎率;做好胚胎移植出生犊牛培育,可获得良好的经济效益。 相似文献

选择健康、繁殖和营养状况良好的眼埃蒙特供体母牛和同样条件的南阳受体黄牛,通过同期发情、超数排卵、胚胎移植待技术处理,观测皮埃蒙特牛在发展南阳肉牛方面的实际应用效果。试验结果:冷冻胚胎移植黄牛妊娠泫为32.5%;超排处理皮埃蒙特肉牛3头获胚20枚,可用胚10枚,全部用于鲜胚移植,妊娠率为60%,同期发情处理受体黄牛41头,发情率为80.49%,72小时发情率为87.88%。 相似文献
