| 中文摘要:采用RT-PCR方法,对2007年6月至2008年1月采自重庆及其周边7个地区9个猪场的68份疑似高致病性蓝耳病病料进行PRRSV检测。结果表明,6个猪场为HP-PRRSV阳性,3个为HP-PRRSV和经典型PRRSV阳性。HP-PRRSV平均阳性率为42.65%(29/68),3个猪场中经典型PRRSV平均阳性率为54.55%(12/22)。同时,从6个猪场采集血清131头份,HP-PRRSV阳性率为4.58%(6/131),经典PRRSV阳性率为12.21%(16/131)。HP-PRRSV RT-PCR阳性产物经序列测定后,进化树分析表明,BQ2、LK、LC、DA3样品中的HP-PRRSV分为4个支系,与JXA1株同源性为96.2%~98.9%。检测结果表明,在灭活疫苗广泛推广应用后,该病流行虽然得到遏制,但时有发生,流行毒株亦存在较大的变异。 |

| Epidemiology Investigation of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome in Chongqing and Its Surrounding Regions |

| Abstract:The investigation of HP-PRRSV(High pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus) by the methods of RT-PCR in Chongqing and its surrounding regions from June 2007 to January 2008 was reported in this paper. 68 samples of tissue were collected from 9 swine farms in 7 regions,the clinical diagnosis suspected HP-PRRS.The result is,6 farms affected HP-PRRSV and 3 farms affected HP-PRRSV and classical PRRSV.The infectious rate of HP-PRRSV is 42.65%(29/68) and the infectious rate of classical PRRSV is 54.55%(12/22).At the same time we selected 131 samples of serum from 6 swine farms,the infectious rate of HP-PRRSV is 4.58%(6/131) and the infectious rate of classical PRRSV is 12.21%(16/131).The sequence of positive PCR products BQ2, L K,LC and DA3 show 96.2%~98.9% nucleotide identity to JXA1,and phylogentic tree indicated that strains belong to 4 subgroups respectively.The results indicate that HP-PRRS occasionally presented,even it is contained by inactivate vaccine,and the strain of PRRSV occurs potential variation in Chongqing and its surrounding regions. |
