露水草提取物质量标准的研究

摘    要:建立了露水草提取物的质量标准。用薄层色谱法对其主要成分β-蜕皮激素进行鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对露水草提取物中β-蜕皮激素进行定量分析,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(1:2:4),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为243nm。结果薄层色谱无干扰,专属性强;β-蜕皮激素质量浓度在0.6~4.2mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.99997(n=7),加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于露水草提取物的质量控制。

Abstract:The quality standard for Extractum Cyanotis Vaga siccus was established with a TLC method for indentified beta -hydroxyecdysone in Extractum Cyanotis Vaga siccus and a HPLC method for determining simultaneously beta- hydroxyecdysone in Extractum Cyanotis Vaga siccus. The mobile phasa was made up of acetonitrile - methanol - water ( 1 : 2 : 4), the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the ultraviolet detection was set at 243 nm. The quantitative evaluation of beta - hydroxyecdysone had the linear range of 0.6 - 4.2 mg/mL ( r = 0. 999 97 ,n =7), the average recovery was 99.7% (RSD =0. 6% ,n =6). This method is simple and accurate with high specificity and good repeatability. It is suitable for quality control of Extractum Cyanotis Vaga siccus.
