| 摘 要： | 利用高效液相色谱法测定兽用敌百虫的含量.方法的线性范围为0.4～3.6 mg/mL,回归方程为y=63 700 x-347,r=0.999 9,变异系数0.28%(n=6).该法与经典容量测定法比较,节省了大量的试剂,简化了操作程序,得到了满意的结果.

| Abstract: | A method was developed for the rapid determination of trichlorfon by HPLC. The linear range of standard curve was 0.4~3.6 mg/mL and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the coefficient of variation was (0.28%(n=6)). The HPLC method was simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for determinating the content of (trichlorfon). |
