摘    要:依据本实验建立的高效液相色谱法,测定了口服大剂量喹烯酮的肉鸡、仔猪血液浓度。结果表明:喹烯酮口服后,作用于消化道,不易被机体吸收,主要以原药形式排出体外,所以喹烯酮在机体内的残留极少。

Abstract:The experiment was to study the pharmacokinetic in pigs and chickens of KXT in PO. METHODS: HPLC determination method of KXT was first produced in the experiment. Plasma concentrations in pigs and chickens of KXT were measured after it was taken orally in supernormal dose. RESUTS: After KXT was taken, it had effect on digestive system. It was not easily adopted to their bloods and mainly excreted in formal type. CONCLUSIONS: The residues of KXT in pigs and chickens is very low.
