饲料中添加发酵中药对文昌鸡肝毒性研究

摘    要:中药渣经微生物发酵可减少抗营养因子,增强功效,试验旨在研究饲料添加发酵中药渣对文昌鸡肝脏毒性影响。试验选用体重、日龄相近文昌鸡(43日龄,母)192只,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复6只。发酵中药渣添加水平为0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%,试验为期4周。结果显示,与组1相比,2、3、4组血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与组1相比,2、3组肝脏组织AST含量显著升高(P<0.05);3组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量显著升高(P<0.05),4组ALT含量显著降低(P<0.05);2、3、4组碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量显著升高(P<0.05);3、4组肝脏组织中GLU和总蛋白(TP)显著升高(P<0.05)。表明,饲料中添加发酵中药渣可减少文昌鸡肝细胞损伤,促进肝脏的合成代谢和贮备功能,其中以1.0%添加量最适。

Abstract:Chinese herbal residues were produced during Chinese herbal production and processing,which contained a lot of nutrients and active ingredients.However,the current utilization rate of Chinese medicine residue was low,resulting in a certain waste of resources and environmental pollution.The microbial fermentation of Chinese medicine residue could reduce anti-nutritional factors and enhance its efficacy.The experiment aimed to study the effect of fermented Chinese herbal residue added to feed on the liver toxicity of Wenchang chicken.In the experiment,192 healthy Wenchang chickens(43 days old and female)with similar weight and age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 repeats and 6 in each repeat.The added levels of fermented Chinese medicine residue were 0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%respectively,and the experimental farming period was 4 weeks.The results showed that compared with group 1,the content of AST,TBIL and GLU in Wenchang chickens of groups 2,3 and 4 were all decreased significantly(P<0.05),and ALB and TP content increased significantly(P<0.05).At the same time,compared with group 1,the content of AST in liver tissue of group 2 and 3 was increased significantly(P<0.05).The content of ALT in liver tissue of group 3 was increased significantly(P<0.05),and the content of ALT in liver tissue of group 4 was decreased significantly(P<0.05),AKP content in liver tissue of groups 2,3 and 4 were increased significantly(P<0.05),GLU and TP in liver tissue of groups 3 and 4 were increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant change in ALB and TBIL in liver tissue of each experimental group(P>0.05).The results suggest that the addition of fermented Chinese herbal residue in feed can reduce Wenchang chicken hepatocyte injury,and promote the anabolic and reserve function of the liver,in which the addition amount of 1.0%is most suitable.
