摘    要:乳品掺假鉴别是目前我国乳品质量控制的难题之一,其对保障乳品的食用安全具有重要意义。本文综述乳品掺假的现状,重点阐述目前国内现有的乳品掺假检测技术,并对乳品掺假检测技术的发展趋势进行展望,旨在为进一步完善食品安全检测技术体系提供理论依据。

Abstract:The identification of milk adulteration is one of the current difficulties for milk quality control in our country and of great significance to ensure the food safety of milk products.This article reviews the current situation of milk adulteration,and focuses on the current domestic detection techniques for milk adulteration,and forecasts future technology development trends for the identification of milk adulteration,with the aim of providing theoretical evidence for further improvement of food safety detection techniques.
