| 摘 要： | 采用现代分析技术高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）对正常山羊肝细胞线粒体膜（ＭｉＭ）磷脂组分进行了定性和定量研究。结果表明：肝细胞ＭｉＭ四种主要磷脂组分磷脂肌醇（ＰｉｄＩｎｓ）、磷脂酰丝氨酸（ｔｄＳｅｒ）、磷脂酰乙醇氨（ＰｔｄＥｔｎ）和磷脂酰胆碱（ＰｔｄＣｈｏ）在１５ｍｉｎ内可达到完全基线分离且无杂质干扰和定性分析，在该实验条件下，其平均回收率为８０．６８％－８８．３２％。在正常肝细胸中每毫克ＭｉＭ蛋白Ｐｔ

| Abstract: | A successful method for separation and quantitative determinationof phosphatidylinositol(PtdIns),phosphatidylserine(PtdSer),Phosphatidylethanolamine(PtdEtn) and phosphatidylcholine(PtdCho)inhepatic mitochondria membrane of goats by HPLC has been developed.Underthe selected conditions,the averagerecoveries of them were 80.68%88.32%.The contents of PtdIns,PtdSer,PtdEtn and PtdCho (meanS,g/mgprotein)in the mitochondria membrane of normal goat liver were(1.4120.351) g,(0.4330.047) g,(13.3281.680) g(23.2232.731) g respectively.
