| 摘 要： | 为了解青岛地区各猪场中猪细环病毒II型（TTV2）的存在和感染情况，本实验对2012年3月至5月期间采自青岛地区4个猪场的59份猪血清样品利用病毒核酸提取试剂盒进行了猪细环病毒DNA提取，在此基础上利用TTv2的特异性引物进行PCR检测。结果显示只有莱西1个猪场的血清样品中检测到阳性，阳性率为13．8％，并且存在TTV1与TTV2混合感染的情况，混合感染率为6．9％。本实验结果证实某些猪场中存在猪细环病毒感染，由于TTV在猪的多系统衰竭综合征的病症发展中可能扮演一定角色，所以了解TTV在猪场中的存在状况具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the prevalence of porcine torque teno virus type 2 （TTV-2） in pig farms of Qin- gdao, 59 serum samples were collected from 4 pig farms in Laixi, Jiaozhou, Chengyang for detection of TTV2. High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid Kit was used to extract the DNA of TTV2, and then the DNA was detected by PCR using specific primers of TTV2. Results indicated that there was only one pig farm of Laixi showed positive and the infectious rate was 13.8%, and the co-infection rate of TTV1 and TTV2 reached to 6.9%. In conclusion, it was confirmed that TTV existed in some pig farms. As the TTV plays an important part in the PMWS, it is of great importance to know the infection of TTV2 in pig farms. |
