摘    要:研究采用了裂裂区设计,以耐热较强的冷季型草坪草高羊茅Festuca arundineceacv.Huntdog 5为试验材料,比较了不同磷钾肥施量和多效唑喷施浓度对高羊茅在夏季条件下的逆境生理的影响。研究表明:丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化、细胞膜透性(PMP)大小以及抗坏血酸(AsA)含量的变化均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),MDA的含量和PMP大小与AsA含量呈负相关。以活性氧代谢指标与细胞膜透性为评判耐性大小的依据,耐热性最强的组合为A2B3C2(磷:60 kg/hm2,钾:140 kg/hm2,多效唑:250 mg/L),此处理组合能有效地延长高羊茅绿期,保证其安全越夏。

Abstract:A cool-season turfgrass(Festuca arundinecea cv.Huntdog 5),which has heat-tolerance and high quality,was introduced to study heat-resistance in the pot experiment.The split-split plot design with three factors and three levels was employed to study the effect of different treatments with different phosphorus,potassium,plant growth retardant(PP333) application rates on the stress physiology of tall fescue.The result showed that the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and ascorbic acid(AsA)were correlated significantly with the changes of permeability of plasma membrane(PMP),negative correlation was focused on the content of AsA,PMP and content of MDA.Based on the index of active oxygen and PMP,the best treatment for heat tolerance is A2B3C2,as is expected to extend the green time of F.arundinacea and overaestivate rationally in the transitional region.
