| 摘 要： | 通过PCR方法自含鸡白细胞介素18（Chicken interleukin-18，ChlL-18）成熟蛋白（mature ChIL-18，mChIL18）基因的克隆质粒中扩增mChlL-18基因，并将其克隆到真核表达载体pcDNA3．1／V5-His-TOPO中。阳性克隆鉴定后，在脂质体作用下转染鸡胚成纤维细胞（CEF），通过问接免疫荧光试验（IFA）检测到了mChIL-18在CEF中的表达。

| Abstract: | Chicken interleukin 18 mature protein gene was amplified from the recombinant plasmid named pT-mChIL18 by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and cloned into pcDNA3.1/V5-His-TOPO.The recombinant plasmid was transfected into chicken embryonic fibroblasts(CEF) with liposome.24,48,72 hours after transfection,the expression of mChIL-18 were successfully tested by indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA) with the antiserum of mChIL-18 expressed in E.coli. |
