| 摘 要： | 本文以乙酸浸提法获得的猪小肠抗菌肽粗提物为对象,通过纸片扩散法研究其在肠道内的分布、抑菌活性及其与添加水平之间的量效关系。结果表明:空肠抗菌肽的含量高于十二指肠与回肠。来源于十二指肠和回肠的抗菌肽对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果均好于沙门氏菌;在空肠则未见明显差异。说明猪小肠抗菌肽的抑菌效果随添加水平减少而不断下降,呈明显的剂量-效应关系。

| Abstract: | The antibacterial peptide,obtained from small intestine of pigs by digestion using acetic acid,was carried out to probe into its distribution,activity and dose-effect relationship.The results showed that the content of antibacterial peptides in the jejunum was much better than that of the duodenum and ileum.The results revealed that the activity on E.coli of antibacterial peptides was much better than the salmonella in the duodenum and ileum,while no significant difference in jejunum.In addition,there was a significant dose-effect relationship in the antibacterial peptide of small intestine. |
