| 摘 要： | 乙型脑炎是由黄病毒科的乙型脑炎病毒引起的一种人与动物共患的虫媒病毒性疾病。由于本病对人类和多种动物危害非常严重，因而对其进行确诊很重要。本文对乙脑的病原学和血清学断方法进行了较为全面的综述。

| Abstract: | Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),a mosquito borne flavivirus ,is a zoonotic pathogen that causes serious public health problems.The disease is significant harmful to humans and animals,so it is important to accurately diagnosis it.Diagnostic methods of pathology and serology were reviewed in this article. |
