摘    要:喹乙醇曾作为水产养殖动物饲料添加剂被广泛应用。随着人们对其毒性和危害的认识,对其使用也做出了新的规定。本文对喹乙醇的毒性及其与主要代谢物3-甲基-喹噁啉-2-羧酸(MQCA)的药代动力学、残留检测方法等做一简述。

Abstract:As feed additive of aquatic animal, olaquindox is used widely. Along with the people's understanding of its toxicity and harm, the use of the new rules is also made. In this paper, we introduced the toxicity of olaquindox, the pharmacokinetics and residue detection of olaquindox and its main metabolite methl-3-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid (MQCA).
