我国2000～2001年J亚群禽白血病病毒分离株gp85基因的序列比较

以相当于J亚群禽白血病病毒（ALV-J）原型株HPRS-103基因组碱基#5394-#5416及#7811-#7794的1对引物对PCR，在2000-2001年从山东，河南和宁夏分离的8株ALV-J中，有6株可以扩增出含gp85基因的2.2kb左右的特异性片段，对其中5株的扩增片段做了序列分析，结果表明，这5个毒株的囊膜糖蛋白gp85与原型株hprs-103有93.4%-96.8%的同源性，与我国最早的分离株SD99024有93.7%-98.7%的同源性，它们相互之间的同源性为91.2%-98.7%，由此说明，我国AVL-J的gp85基因正在不断发生变异。

Sequence Analysis of envelope glycoproteins(gp85) of Chinese Isolotes of J Avian Leukois Viruses in the Period of 2000-2001

The specific 2.2 kb fragments which includes t h e envelope glycoprotein(gp85) gene were amplified from 6 out of 8 strains SD0001 ,SD0002,SD0003,SD0004,SD0101,SD0102,HN0001 and NX0101 of subgroup J of avian leu cosis virus(ALV-J) which isolated from Shandong,Henan and Ningxia province in 2 000-2001 by a pair of primer which lie in the #5394-#5416 and #7811-7794 regi on in the genome of HPRS-103 strain,and 5 of them were cloned and sequenced.Their DNA and amino acid sequence were compared to that of ALV-J strains of HPRS-10 3,SD9902,et al.It was shown that gp85 envelope glycoproteins of the 5 strain had 93.4%-96.8% homology in the amino level to ALV-J prototype strain HPRS-103 a nd 93.7%-98.7% to strain SD9902 which was first isolated in China,and their m ut ual homology were 91.2%-98.7%.It was concluded that all of the 5 strains were a t the same stage of changes although the varied genes of gp85 were taking place.
