| 摘 要： | 目的:测定川西獐牙菜中獐芽菜苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。色谱条件:SunfireTMC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相A为甲醇,B为超纯水,分析时间为60min,(梯度洗脱:0min时,A:B体积比为25:75;25min时,A:B体积比为60:40;26min时,A:B体积比为90:10;36min时,A:B体积比为25:75,持续至60min),流量为0.8ml/min,检测波长:为254nm,柱温:25℃;进样量为10μl。结论:本研究所建立的检测方法可快速有效地测定川西獐牙菜中獐牙菜苷的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the content of Sweroside in Swertia mussotii Franch. Methods： Using high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions ： Sunfire^TM C18 column （ 250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） mobile phase A for methanol, B for the purposes of ultrapure water, analysis time for 60min （ gradient wash ： 0min, A ： B volume than for 25：75 ;25min, A ： B volume than for 60：40 ;26min, A ： B volume than for 90 ： 10 ;36min, A ： B volume than for 25：75, continued to 60min） ; flow for 0.8ml/min , detection wavelength ： 254nm, column temperature： 25℃ ,sample size will be 10μl. Conclusion： The detection method is quick and effective determination of swertia soecies. |
