新城疫单抗ELISA试剂盒检测鸽新城疫病毒

用新城疫（ND）单抗酶联免疫（ELISA）试剂盒检测23例疑似ND的鸽泄殖腔棉拭样品，7份阳性样品用SPF鸡胚均会离到病毒，该病毒凝集鸡红细胞，并就抗新城疫病毒（NDV）阳性血清所抑制，其中4株病毒的MDT在48－68.6h之间，ICPI为1.55-1.85。试验结果表明所分离的病毒为NDV，亦表明ND单抗ELISA试剂盒能够检出鸽NDV，并可作为鸽群中NDV流行病学调查的有效手段。

Detection of Pigeon's Newcastle Disease Virus by the ELISA Kit based on Monoclonal Antibodies

The ELISA kit based on Monoclonal antibodies was applied to detect 23 pigeon's clocal swabs that were suspected of having Newcastle disease.The Newcastle disease viruses(NDV)were isolated from the seven pasitive specimens when they were inoculated into nine-ten -day -old SPF chicken eggs,the isolates were pasitive in hemagglutination(HA)test and hemagglutination-inhibition(HI)test.The biological characteristics of them four were determinde by measuring the mean death of chicden embryos(MDT),the intracerebral pathogenicity index(ICPI).Their MDT and ICPI were between48～68.8hrs and 1.55-1.85 respectively.The result indicated that the kit can also be used to detect pigeon's NDV and used as an efficient method to investigste the epizootiology of NDV in pigeons.
