| 摘 要： | 抗生素的危害已经引起了人们的普遍重视,寻找能够替代抗生素的添加物已成为一个研究热点。作者综述了抗生素在反刍动物产品中的残留和危害,总结了益生菌、植物提取物(单宁、皂苷、香精油等)、酶制剂、有机酸、抗菌肽和功能性寡糖等主要的抗生素替代物的作用机理及其应用现状。

| Abstract: | Harm of antibiotics has aroused popular attention of people,and finding supplements which can take place of antibiotics has become a hot spot of animal research. This article described the hazard and residue of antibiotics in ruminant production. And appliance of some substitutes for antibiotics,such as,probiotics,plant extracts (tannins,saponin,essential oil),enzyme,organic acid,antibiotic peptide and oligosaccharides,and their function mechanisms,as well as status,were discussed in this review. |
