高效液相色谱法同时测定白头翁汤中秦皮甲素和小檗碱的含量

目的：建立同时测定白头翁汤中秦皮甲素和小檗碱含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Agilent ZORBOX SB-C18柱（5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）,流动相：乙腈（A）-0.1%磷酸水溶液（B）,线性梯度洗脱0-20 min,A-B（12∶88）→A-B（50∶50）],流速：1.00mL/min,柱温：30.0℃。检测器：紫外检测器,检测波长335.0 nm。结果：秦皮甲素和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为0.14-1.12μg（r=0.999 8）、0.12-0.98μg（r=0.999 7）;平均加样回收率（n=9）分别为99.78%、100.18%。结论：本方法简捷快速,结果准确可靠,适用于白头翁汤的质量控制。

Determination of aesculin and berberine in Baitouweng Tang by HPLC

Objective：To develop a method for the content determination of aesculin and berberine in Baitouweng Tang.Methods：The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBOX SB-C 18（5 μm,4.6 mm× 150 mm）.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile（A）-0.1% phosphoric acid（B） with the gradient elution 0→20 min,A-B（12∶88）→ A-B（50∶50）].The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The detector was VWD with detection wavelength of 335.0 nm.Results：The calibration curve of aesculin and berberine was in good linearity over the range of 0.14-1.12 μg（r=0.999 8） and 0.12-0.98 μg（r=0.999 7）,and the average recovery（n=9） was 99.78% and 100.18%,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and reliable,and can be used for the drug control.
