| 摘 要： | 采用HPLC测定猪肉中磺胺类药物的残留,以Cloversil C18色谱柱、甲醇-1％乙酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,进样量5μL,流速0.6 mL/min,240-280 nm波长紫外检测.测定结果表明,猪肉中含有磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲基异噁唑、磺胺噻唑、磺胺二甲嘧啶和磺胺喹噁啉等磺胺类药物.利用HPLC法检测猪肉中磺胺类药物残留快速、准确.

| Abstract: | HPLC was used to determine sulfonamides residues in pork with Chwersil C18 chromatographic methanol-1% acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase in gradient elution. Column temperature was 30℃ and sample quantity was 5μL with flow rate of 0.6 m/Jmin and ultraviolet detection wavelength of 240-280 nm. The results showed that sulfadiazine, sulfanilamide methyl isopropyl pho, sulfathiazole, sulfadimidine and Anti-k sulfa material were detected in the samples. It indicated that HPLC is a rapid and accurate method for the determination of suffonamides residues in pork. |
