摘    要:目的:建立板青颗粒中腺苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:依利特ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,15cm),检测波长:260nm,流动相:甲醇-水(10:90),柱温:室温,流速:1.0mL/min。结果:腺苷进样量在0.162-1.619μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。平均回收率为99.02%,RSD为0.82%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of adenosine contents in Banqing granules.Methods:HPLC was used by chromatographic column of ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm,15 cm),detective wavelength at 260 nm,the mobile phase of methanol-water (10:90),column worked at room temperature and the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min.Results:It present a good linear relationship when the sample size of adenosine was within the range of 0.162-1.619 μg,with relationship coefficient of 0.999 5,and the average recovery was 99.02%,RSD was 0.82%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
