摘    要:目的:优选金银花中绿原酸超声波强化浸出工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以测定金银花中绿原酸提取率作为考核指标。结果:金银花中绿原酸超声波强化浸出工艺的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%,8倍量,超声浸出30min,绿原酸提取率高。结论:该试验绿原酸提取率高,稳定性好。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic treatment extracting process for chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica Thunb.. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to determine the optimum extracting process with the extracting rate of chlorogenic acid as makers. Results: The ultrasonic treatment optimum extracting process for chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica Thunb. was that adding 8 folds of 70% ethanol, refluxing for 30 min.
