甘肃省城镇化地域差异研究

本文利用城镇化不平衡指数,以甘肃省14个市州为基本单元,在时间断面上,探讨了2004年城镇化与土地面积、总人口、耕地面积、粮食产量、农业总产值、工业总产值和国内生产总值等社会经济指标之间的不平衡性;在时间序列上,分析了1995-2004年相对于这些指标的城镇化不平衡指数变动趋势。结果表明:市州间城镇化水平的差异主要是由于客观自然地理条件所致,城镇化水平和各地的经济发展水平总体上是相适应的,但城镇化滞后于工业化且传统农业在经济中仍占重要的地位;相对于工业总产值和国内生产总值的城镇化不平衡指数呈上升趋势,不平衡性加剧,对于其他指标的城镇化不平衡指数呈下降趋势,不平衡性有所缓和。

Study On Regional Urbanization Differences in Gansu Province

Using the imbalance index of urbanization,taking 14 cities in Gansu Province as the basic unit,the differences between urbanization and social and economic indicators such as land area,population,cultivated land,grain yield,gross output of farming,gross output of industry and GDP and so on in 2004 were discussed.The trend of the imbalance index of urbanization responding to those indicators from 1995 to 2004 were analyzed.It was found that the imbalance index responding to industrial gross output and GDP rose and other indexes decreased.It was concluded that the total urbanization level was low,and the urbanization level differences among cities were mainly caused by the objective geography conditions.If the objective conditions were not considered,the differences were very small.The urbanization laged the industrialization.Traditional agriculture occupied the important status.
