摘    要:通过测定5个关键水质理化因子,研究蛋白分离器对南美白对虾养殖水质的调控作用。结果表明:使用蛋白分离器后,水体的pH值维持在8.0~8.3,养殖水体中氨氮最高达到0.917mg/L,亚硝酸盐最高达到0.324mg/L,DO含量在3.775~6.300mg/L,COD含量峰值为14.27mg/L。

Abstract:The paper studied the regulation of protein fractionator to water quality of Litopenaeus vannamei by measuring physical and chemical factors in culture period of ponds. The results showed that the pH value of water maintained at between 8.0-8.3 after using the protein fractionator. The highest concentration of ammonia (NH4+-N) ,nitrite nitrogen (NO2-N) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in culture period were 0.917mg/L, 0.324 mg/L and 14.27 mg/L, respectively. The content of the dissolved oxygen (DO) maintained at between 3.775-5.500 mg/L. After using the proteinfractionator was in effect at removing of micro-suspended solids and COD, and also could take off some ammonia (Nt-L+-N) and nitrite nitrogen (NO2-N).
